Description
Milling body for clearing snow and digging trenches in the ground Milling body, consisting of an axis perpendicular to the drive direction and tools rotating about this axis for removing hard snow when clearing snow, for digging trenches in the ground and. the like, are, well known.
The main disadvantage of this milling body is that it is difficult when machining solid mate rials due to the reaction forces acting on the impact vehicle to hold the device in 'a' certain working position: turn z.
B. in the case of a horizontal axis milling body, the rotating tools on their attack side from top to bottom, so the milling cutter has the tendency to climb, while it has the tendency to dig in the reverse direction of rotation. These milling bodies therefore require heavy push vehicles or additional devices that hold the tools in place to absorb the reaction forces.
The subject of the present invention is a milling body for clearing snow and digging trenches in the ground, with tools rotating around an axis, characterized in that the milling body is divided along its axis of rotation into sections with different directions of rotation.
With a symmetrical arrangement of the individual parts of this milling body, symmetrical in terms of axial extension and direction of rotation to the center plane perpendicular to the axis, a tilting moment is compensated for in relation to the axis of symmetry perpendicular to the axis of rotation.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is described below.
In Fig. 1 such a cutter body suitable for clearing snow is shown at the front and in Fig. 2 from the side. The Fräsközper with transverse to the road, horizontal axis 1 consists of a section 2 attacking the snow from the bottom up and the two lateral sections 3 and 4 attacking the snow from top to bottom.
Via the drive shaft 5 and the bevel drive 6, the hollow shaft 7 and thus the center piece of the milling body 2 are driven. The shaft 9 rotates in the hollow shaft 7, driven by the gears 8, so that the two lateral sections 3 and 4 rotate in opposite directions to the central section 2.
With the hollow shaft 7 and the shaft 9, the cylinder sections 10 connected to their axes and the tools 1, 1. attached to them rotate
The sections 2, 3, 4 of the bluff body are partially surrounded by a cylindrical casing 12, 13 to which the centrifugal wheel 14 is connected.
The clearing device is connected to a. In Figs. 1 and 2 not shown push vehicle or support vehicle.
When the shaft 5 is driven by a motor, the middle part 2 of the milling body rotates on the attack side from bottom to top and guides the snow along the upper casing 13 into the blower wheel 14.
At the same time, the two edge sections 3 and 4 rotate from top to bottom on the attack side and guide the snow along the lower casing 12 into the centrifugal wheel 14, from which the material is ejected through the nozzle 15.
When using the subject matter of the invention as a tiller, the throwing wheel. 14 and the formworks 12 and 13 are omitted. Instead of the milling knife 11, prong or claw-like tools can occur, d'ie are conveniently connected to the axes of rotation 7, 9 via known, resilient, intermediate links to avoid damage.
In order to remove the loosened earth material, another conveying device according to known models can be used instead of the throwing wheel 14.
