Description
Verschluss für Kanalisationsrohre Vorliegende Neuheit betrifft einen Verschluss für Kanalisationsrohre, dazu dienend, die im Rohrstrang eingebauten Kontrollschächte auch bei durchfliessen dem Wasser trockenzulegen, um den inneren Fertig verputz des Schachtbodens nachträglich ungehindert ausführen zu können. Bisher wurde zu diesem Zwecke entweder das Zuleitungsrohr behelfsmässig, zum Beispiel mit Lehm, zugestopft, wobei das da durch aufgestaute Wasser im nächsthöher gelegenen Schacht von Zeit zu Zeit ausgepumpt werden musste; oder es wurde der Verputz unter Verwen dung von Spezialzementen und Zusätzen bei ent sprechendem Mehraufwand unter Wasser ausgeführt.
Diese Nachteile können mit dem neuen, im Zulauf rohr eingesetzten Verschluss umgangen werden, in dem derselbe mit einem genügend grossen, offenen Durchlassstutzen mit Verlängerungsschlauch versehen ist, wodurch das zufliessende Wasser abgefangen und direkt in das Abflussrohr geleitet wird, ohne den Schacht offen passieren zu müssen. Das Abdichten des Verschlusses im Zulaufrohr kann entweder pneu matisch durch Aufpumpen eines ringsumlaufenden Pneus oder mechanisch durch Anpressen eines Gummiringes erfolgen, wobei gleichzeitig der er forderliche Festsitz im Rohr zustande kommt.
Die Montage kann somit augenblicklich und auf einfachste Weise bewerkstelligt werden, ebenso die Demontage.
In Fig. 1 beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel eines solchen Verschlusses mit pneu matischer Abdichtung und in Fig. 2 ein solches mit mechanisch betätigter Abdichtung dargestellt. Fig. 3 zeigt die Anwendung desselben im Kontrollschacht mit der Wasserableitung.
Closure for sewer pipes The present innovation relates to a closure for sewer pipes, which is used to dry out the inspection shafts built into the pipeline even when the water is flowing through, so that the interior finished plastering of the manhole floor can subsequently be carried out unhindered. So far, for this purpose, either the supply pipe has been plugged up temporarily, for example with clay, whereby the water that has dammed up in the next higher shaft had to be pumped out from time to time; or the plastering was carried out under water using special cements and additives with a corresponding additional effort.
These disadvantages can be avoided with the new closure used in the inlet pipe, in which the same is provided with a sufficiently large, open passage nozzle with an extension hose, whereby the inflowing water is intercepted and led directly into the drain pipe without having to pass openly through the shaft . The sealing of the closure in the inlet pipe can be done either pneumatically by pumping up a circumferential tire or mechanically by pressing a rubber ring, whereby at the same time the necessary tight fit in the pipe comes about.
The assembly can thus be carried out instantly and in the simplest possible manner, as can the disassembly.
In Fig. 1 of the accompanying drawings, an exemplary embodiment of such a closure with a pneumatic seal and in Fig. 2 is shown such with a mechanically operated seal. Fig. 3 shows the use of the same in the inspection shaft with the water drainage.
