Display device on turn-tilt windows or doors There are already known devices for turn-tilt windows or doors that have a single opening arm which is pivotably mounted on the frame with its one end as an extension of the vertical sash axis of rotation and with its the other end slides in a longitudinal guide of the upper edge of the wing. A disadvantage here is the need to have to arrange the longitudinal guide on the wing.
On the one hand, this makes the hidden arrangement of the extension arm in the sash rebate more difficult, if not impossible. On the other hand, an additional fitting part is required. In order to achieve an improvement here, according to the invention, the extension arm is rotatably fastened with its other end to a lever which is pivotably mounted approximately in the extension of the vertical wing axis of rotation. It is now possible to omit the longitudinal guide on the upper edge of the wing and to mount the extension arm only rotatable but no longer displaceable.
This results in a significant advantage both in terms of kinematics and when striking the sash. In addition, the concealed arrangement of the extension arm is made easier. The wing has a better hold in the tilted position and the well-known rattling in the presence of wind can also be considerably restricted.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention.
There are shown: Figure 1 is a front view of a window, Figure 2 is a partially cut and broken plan view of a window in the tilted position of the window and in a partially schematic representation, Figure 3 is a representation corresponding to Figure 2 of another embodiment, Figure 4 the broken section according to the line IV-IV in Figure 1, Figure 5 is a plan view of the opening device with the partially broken window sash and the indicated frame in the closed position of the window, Figure 6 is a representation corresponding to Figure 5 in the rotated position of the window sash, Figure 7 is a representation according to Figure 5 in the tilted position of the window sash,
FIG. 8 shows a representation corresponding to FIG. 5 in the half-tilted position of the window sash, FIG. 9 shows the section along line IX-IX in FIG.
The window 1 is provided with a known tilt and turn fitting so that the window sash 3 can be pivoted either about the vertical axis 4 or about the horizontal axis 5 by setting the lever 2 accordingly. The lever 6 is used to close the window. The window sash 3 has an opening device on its upper edge 7. This consists of an extension arm 8, which is pivotably mounted with its one end 9 on the sash rebate 10 of the upper edge 7 of the window sash 3.
In an upward extension of the vertical wing axis of rotation 4, a lever 12 is rotatably mounted at 11, which is connected on the one hand to the other end 13 of the raising arm 8 and on the other hand at its pivot point 11 with a control arm 14. The control arm 14 is mounted with its end 15 in a longitudinal guide 16 on the wing upper edge 7 longitudinally.
If in the embodiment of Figure 2, the window sash 3 is tilted by pivoting about the horizontal axis 5 (Fig. 1), the end 15 of the control arm 14 moves from the left in Figure 2 end of the longitudinal guide 16 in this figure marked location. As a result of the fixed connection between tween the control arm 14 and the lever 12, the latter is also pivoted when the control arm 14 moves, from the position shown in dashed lines to the extended position. If the wing 3 is merely rotated, the control arm 14 and the raising arm 8 remain in relation to the wing 3 in the position shown in dashed lines.
In principle, FIG. 3 shows the same arrangement as the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, but the extension arm 17 is angled at 19 and provided with a guide pin 18 which interacts with a guide curve 20. The guide curve 20 is attached in a manner not shown on the Blendrah men 25 and runs obliquely to this and in the tilted window sash 3 approximately in the direction of the bearing point 9 of the raising arm 17 at the upper edge of the sash 3. The functions of this Füh approximate curve 20 can be easiest from the Fi gures 7 and 8 recognize.
In FIGS. 5 to 8, the same reference numerals are used for the same parts as in the previous figures. The control arm 14 and the lever 12 consist of one piece here, but this does not change the functions of both parts. As can be seen from FIG. 7, the guide pin 18 of the extension arm 17 rests against the stop 21 of the guide curve 20 in the tilted position of the sash 3. If the device is operated incorrectly in this position by moving the lever 2, the wing 3 is initially further held in the tilted position by the extension arm 17 and the control arm 14.
If a rotary movement of the window sash 3 is initiated by any external influences, the guide pin 18 is supported on the curve 20 and slides along it. As a result, the lever 12 is pivoted in the direction of arrow 22 and the control arm 14 is pivoted in the direction of arrow 23. This results in an additional rotation of the window sash 3 about the bearing point 9 of the opening rod in the direction of arrow 24, ie. that is, the wing 3 is pivoted into the rotary position.
This can be seen clearly from FIG. 8, in which an intermediate position is shown, the bolt 18 being almost at the end of the curve 20. Due to the inclined position of the curve 20 in relation to the frame 25, the speed of the rotary movement around the bearing point 9 can be regulated.
In order to facilitate the movement of the window sash 3 from the incorrectly operated tilt position according to FIGS. 7 and 8 into the actual rotary position according to FIG. 6, special stop flaps 26 are provided, as FIG. 4 shows. These are attached approximately perpendicular to the frame 25 on this and are located approximately at the level of the bearing 27 of the wing 3 for the vertical axis of rotation 4. These bearings are guided through the tabs 26 exactly under the corresponding bearings 28 of the window frame 25, so that at a corresponding actuation of the lever 2, the rotary position is reached. Conversely, you can of course also move from the incorrectly operated rotary position to the tilt position.
In FIG. 1, a bend of the extension arm 17 can be seen, so that in the closed position of the window, which is shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the control arm 14 comes to rest below the extension arm 17. If, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the extension arm 8 or 17 is arranged in the wing fold 10 and the control arm 14 is arranged on the upper edge of the wing flap 29, only the control arm is visible to the outside in the closed position.
In the rotational position of the wing 3, a further guide curve 30 is provided for the Füh approximately bolt 18 of the extension arm 17. This is arranged concentrically to the pivot point 11 of the control arm 14 or the lever 12 and is open in the direction of the wing leading edge 31 at 32, so that the guide pin 18 can pass through here when the wing 3 is moved in the tilted position. The two guide curves 20 and 30 are made of one piece according to the embodiment of Figures 5 to 9 and are composed of two semicircles 33 and 34 open towards the frame 25 and a connecting piece 35 bent in opposite directions.
Through the guide curve 30, a firm contact of the extension arm 17 is achieved in the rotary position of the wing 3. In order to prevent any rattling, the control arm 14 is additionally provided with a tab 36 acting as a stop, so that the extension arm 17 is held in its position by the guide curve 30 on the one hand and by the tab 36 on the other.
