Hierfür kommen besonders Kunststoffe in Betracht.
Device for automatic regulation of the air passage in isolatable and coolable wall or roof glazing Air flow can be carried out.
In the case of buildings, it is known to either cool double glass walls and similar components according to the time of year by circulating air or replacing them, or to use the enclosed air layer as insulation against heat loss. It has already been provided that the cooling air supply is automatically throttled or switched off as required. This is usually done using a control device connected to a measuring device, which adjusts the slider accordingly depending on the preset target value.
These devices are very complicated. For this reason, and not least for economic reasons, their application is limited; especially when a large number of well-known ventilation or insulation rooms for wall or roof glazing are possible.
The invention has the task of creating a simple automatic regulating device. The object is achieved by the device mentioned at the beginning, which is characterized according to the invention by a regulating slide with cutouts which, depending on the temperature-related expansion and shrinkage capacity of a regulating member, release fixed air passage openings more or less.
Embodiments of the invention are discussed below: The regulating slide expediently consists of a strip. The main materials used are plastics and materials with a large expansion coefficient compared to the components. The bar is fastened to the components at one end, inside or outside, while the other end of the bar is freely movable and has a cutout that corresponds to the ventilation opening.
The bar can also have lateral guide parts in the manner of a groove and can also be tuned so that it covers the ventilation opening in the cold season and at a certain temperature the cutout more or less coincides with the same and thus allows air to pass through fully or partially releases. The regulating slide can also consist of a double-sided attached before stretched elastic band.
A modified embodiment provides a regulating member in order to effect the functions of the regulating slide described enclosed. The regulating slide can be verbun via a lever system with a bar with a large expansion coefficient. The changes in length of the bar are enlarged by the lever on the slide.
In the drawing, embodiments of the device according to the invention are shown: Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the regulating device built into the parapet of a glass wall.
Fig. 2 shows schematically an example of a Regu lierschiebers with an associated bar.
Fig. 3 and 4 show the positions of the ventilation slide at lower and higher temperatures.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a vertical Doppelver glazing 1, as is common in building glazings, in the parapet 2 of the space between the glass panes 1 and 1R connecting to the outside air ventilation duct 3 is provided. The air passage openings 4 on the outside of the parapet 2 establish this connection. Behind the parapet cladding or the fixed ventilation slot plate 2a, the regulating slide 5 is slidably arranged in the guide bar 6.
The regulating slide 5 is firmly connected at one end 5a to the parapet cladding 2a by screwing 5b. The other end 5c can move freely.
The regulating slide 5 consists of a mate rial with a large expansion coefficient compared to the parapet cladding 2a. Plastics are particularly suitable for this. The regulating slide 5 is provided with cutouts 5, which preferably match the size of the air passage openings 4 and are otherwise arranged in relation to them so that they partially or completely coincide with the temperature increase these come and accordingly release the air outlet into the ventilation duct 3.
Since the temperature-related change in length of the regulating slide 5 increases linearly with the distance from the attached end, the distances between the cutouts 5d associated with the air passage openings 4 are divided accordingly.
It is easy to see that the device can be designed and modified in many ways.
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment in which the functions of the regulating slide are performed by two parts. The regulating slide 7, which is freely movable over its entire length, is assigned a bar 8, the temperature-dependent expansion and shrinking movements of which are transferred to the regulating slide 7 in an enlarged manner via the lever 9. The changes in length of the strip 8 can be multiplied as required by appropriate dimensioning of the lever system, so that the passage of air can be completely released even in the area of lower temperature fluctuations. The rest of the arrangement of the regulating slide is analogous to the device according to FIG. 1.
The bar 8 is fastened at 8a be and supported by the guide means 8'b. The lever 9 has a center of rotation at 9a and is connected by eyelets or other fastening means to the bar 8 on the one hand and the regulating slide 7 on the other hand. The opening 7a on the regulating slide 7 for receiving the fastening eyelet is designed here as a slot, with which the variable radius of the lever is taken into account.
Fig. 3 shows, shown schematically, the effect of the spring tension or pressure moving union ventilation slide 5. This is firmly clamped at 5a in the frame or on the wall 11a and freely movable at 5c; the free end at 5c is connected to an extended helical spring 10a, which is attached at its other end at 5e in the frame or in the wall 11, b, exerts a train on the movable ventilation slide in the cold state and so the rise in temperature occurs Makes the stretching movement easier to start. 4 shows the movable ventilation slide 5 at a higher temperature, that is to say it has become longer or expanded under the influence of heat.
Here the slide end 5c meets the now compressed helical spring 10b, so it is under compressive stress, which means that when the temperature falls, the shrinkage movement back to the state of FIG. 3 is initiated by the spring pressure.
