Fig. 2 zeigt den zugehörigen Grundriss.
Doors with door stops For doors, especially doors fitted with door closers, e.g. B. elevator doors, the need often arises to be able to determine them in the open position, possibly against the action of the closer.
The invention relates to a door with a door stop, which is characterized in that an arm which is pivotable about a horizontal axis, is under spring force and held by a stop is articulated to a carrier seated on the top of the door leaf, which arm has a roller at its free end carries, which in the holding position of the door leaf hits the edge of the door frame when the door is open and when the door is closed, pressing the spring, runs under this edge and rolls on the underside of the door frame.
An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows the upper left corner of an open door in the holding position.
Fig. 2 shows the associated floor plan.
On a metal door that z. B. is used as a lift door and the door leaf 11 is articulated in a hinge 12 on the Rürrahmen 13, a door holder is attached to the top of the door leaf. On a carrier 14 with two parallel, bow-shaped legs 15, 16, which is screwed with a horizontal plate 17 on the upper frame 18 and with a bend 19 on the side frame 20 of the door leaf, an arm 21 with a transverse pin 22 in on the plate 17 attached eyelets 23 mounted vertically pivotable.
The arm 21 is pressed upwards by the force of a helical spring 24, in that the helical spring 24 is supported against the cranked end 25 of the carrier 14 and the arm 21, so that these two parts are spread apart, the stroke being screwed by a stop screw 26 is limited. The helical spring 24 is held by a hub 27 on the support end 25 and by a hub 28 on the arm 21. The shaft of the stop screw 26 is passed through the hub 27 and screwed into the hub 28, and the screw head is held in the hub 27. At the end of the arm 21, a roller 30 is mounted on a transverse pin 29.
In the holding position, the roller 30 lies on the edge of the horizontal frame beam 31 and thereby forms a resistance against the closing of the door leaf. If this resistance is overcome by pressure on the door leaf in the closing direction, the roller 31 moves under the frame holder 31 and rolls off on its underside without resisting the movement of the door leaf. The spring 24 is thereby pressed. The resistance to the closing of the door leaf depends partly on the spring pressure, partly on the height of the roller 30 relative to the frame edge and can be adjusted to the desired level by changing the height by means of the stop screw 26.
The vertical frame bar 32 is cut out so that the roller can move under the frame bar 31 when the door leaf is completely closed.
The opening angle that the door leaf encloses with the door frame in the holding position can be chosen arbitrarily, but is preferably slightly greater than 90, taking into account human feeling and the usual presence of a door closer, which is not shown in the drawing , e.g. B. 105 to 110 selected. The pin 29 encloses the same angle with the arm 21, since in the holding position the pin 29 lies parallel to the frame edge on which the roller 30 rests.
With reference to a door closer, the contact force of the roller 30 can be adjusted so that with a secure closing force of the closer for the door opened at right angles, when the door is opened further into the holding position, the contact force is greater than the static closing force and thus the The door is kept open and can be freed from the holding position by additional human force and open with further, z. B. more than 120, the dynamic closing force in the holding position is greater than the adjustment force and the door swings through the holding position.
The door holder can be attached directly above the door closer, and the cutout on the door frame, which is usually required for the crank arm of the closer, for doors with an opening angle of more than 90, can also be used for the door holder.
