Description
Transporteinrichtung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Transportvorrichtung, insbesondere für Gewebestücke, die durch einen Behandlungsraum hindurch geführt werden sollen.
Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung, welche insbesondere für die Anwendung in Laboratorien geeignet ist, zeichnet sich aus durch je eine sich parallel zur Transportrichtung erstreckende Stützschiene und Gewindespindel, von denen die letztere mit einer An triebsvorrichtung in Verbindung steht, und durch Transportrahmen, die einerseits zwei sich auf der Gewindespindel abstützende Führungsschuhe mit Mitteln zum Eingriff in das Gewinde und andererseits eine Auflage auf der Führungsschiene aufweisen.
Diese Ausbildung hat den Vorteil, dass trotz einfacher Ausbildung des Antriebes die Transportrahmen nicht befestigt, sondern nur auf Gewindespindel und Stützschiene aufgelegt werden müssen, worauf der Rahmen von der sich drehenden Gewindespindel erfasst und in Längsrichtung transportiert wird.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Transportvorrichtung dargestellt. Es zeigen:

Fig. 2 die Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1 im Grundriss.
Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 eine Winkelprofilschiene bezeichnet, die an ihren nicht dargestellten Enden an einem Apparategestell, beispielsweise eines Gewebetrockners für Laborzwecke abgestützt ist, wobei die Profilschiene sich durch die Trocknungskammer desselben hindurch erstreckt. Parallel zur Winkelprofil schiene 1 verläuft eine Gewindespindel 2 mit Flachgewinde, die an ihren Enden ebenfalls im Gestell des Trockners gelagert ist.
Die Spindel steht an ihrem einen Ende über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe mit einem Elektromotor in Verbindung, wobei falls unterschiedliche Behand lungszeiten erwünscht sind, der Elektromor oder das Getriebe bezüglich Abtriebsdrehzahl einstellbar sind.
Die Gewindespindel 2 und das Winkelprofil 1 stützen gemeinsam einen Rahmen 3 über Lappen 4 und 5, bzw. 6 ab. Die Lappen 4 und 5 sind zu diesem Zweck mit Schuhen 7 versehen, welche zylindrisch sind und die Spindel 2 über einen Winkel von annähernd 1800 übergreifen. An ihrer konkaven Innenseite besitzen diese Schuhe Eingriffsmittel in Form von in die Gänge der Gewindespindel eingreifenden, schraubenlinienförmig verlaufenden Rippen 8. Andererseits trägt der Lappen 6 einen Gleitschuh 9, welcher auf dem Winkelprofil aufliegt und mindestens an der Berührungsfläche aus einem leicht gleitenden Material, beispielsweise aus Kunststoff besteht.
Der Rahmen 3, welcher aus zwei Profilstücken und zwei Verbindungsstangen gebildet ist, kann direkt zum Aufspannen des zu behandelnden Materiales dienen, d. h. er kann z. B. als Nadelrahmen ausgebildet sein. Andererseits ist es aber auch möglich, diesen einen bestehenden Nadelrahmen auf diesen Rahmen 3 aufzusetzen.
Im Betrieb der Transportvorrichtung dreht sich die Spindel 2, wobei die als Muttern wirkenden Schuhe 7 den Rahmen 3 einerseits führen und andererseits dessen Verschiebung in Längsrichtung bewirken; der Schuh 9 gleitet dabei entlang der Profilschiene 1.
Die beschriebene Vorrichtung hat den Vorteil grosser Einfachheit und eines wartungsfreien Betriebes. Uberdies ist sie unempfindlich gegen erhöhte Temperaturen, wie sie in Trocknungskammern beispielsweise auftreten.
Die Spindel kann an ihren Enden als Welle ausgebildet sein, so dass der Rahmen anhält, wenn beide Lappen 4 und 5 die Gewindegänge verlassen haben, bzw. sich auf dem gewindefreien Teil befinden. Selbstverständlich rasst sich die Vorrichtung auch zum Transport anderer Gegenstänge als Gewebestücke verwenden.

The present invention relates to a transport device, in particular for pieces of tissue that are to be guided through a treatment room.
The device according to the invention, which is particularly suitable for use in laboratories, is characterized by a support rail and threaded spindle extending parallel to the transport direction, the latter of which is connected to a drive device, and by transport frames that have two on the one hand the threaded spindle supporting guide shoes with means for engaging in the thread and on the other hand a support on the guide rail.
This design has the advantage that despite the simple design of the drive, the transport frames do not have to be attached, but only have to be placed on the threaded spindle and support rail, whereupon the frame is grasped by the rotating threaded spindle and transported in the longitudinal direction.
An example embodiment of the transport device according to the invention is shown in the drawing. Show it:

1 with an angle profile rail is designated in Fig. 1, which is supported at its ends not shown on an apparatus frame, for example a fabric dryer for laboratory purposes, the profile rail extending through the drying chamber of the same. Parallel to the angle profile rail 1 runs a threaded spindle 2 with a flat thread, which is also mounted at its ends in the frame of the dryer.
One end of the spindle is connected to an electric motor via a reduction gear, and if different treatment times are desired, the electric motor or the gearbox can be adjusted with respect to output speed.
The threaded spindle 2 and the angle profile 1 jointly support a frame 3 via tabs 4 and 5 or 6. For this purpose, the tabs 4 and 5 are provided with shoes 7 which are cylindrical and overlap the spindle 2 over an angle of approximately 1,800. On their concave inside, these shoes have engagement means in the form of helical ribs 8 engaging in the threads of the threaded spindle. On the other hand, the tab 6 carries a sliding shoe 9, which rests on the angle profile and at least on the contact surface is made of an easily sliding material, for example Made of plastic.
The frame 3, which is formed from two profile pieces and two connecting rods, can be used directly to clamp the material to be treated, i.e. H. he can z. B. be designed as a needle frame. On the other hand, however, it is also possible to place an existing needle frame on this frame 3.
When the transport device is in operation, the spindle 2 rotates, the shoes 7 acting as nuts on the one hand guiding the frame 3 and on the other hand causing its displacement in the longitudinal direction; the shoe 9 slides along the profile rail 1.
The device described has the advantage of great simplicity and maintenance-free operation. In addition, it is insensitive to elevated temperatures such as those that occur in drying chambers.
The spindle can be designed as a shaft at its ends so that the frame stops when both tabs 4 and 5 have left the threads or are on the thread-free part. Of course, the device can also be used to transport other counter rods than pieces of tissue.
