Automatische Zierstichnähmaschine Die Erfindung bezweckt die Schaffung einer auto matischen Zierstichnähmaschine, bei der es möglich ist, jeweils den letzten Stich eines Zierbildes sicher festzustellen.
Da mit den bekannten automatischen Zierstich- nähmaschinen ornamentartige Stickereien und Motive ausgeführt werden können, bei denen sehr häufig am Ende eines genähten Zierbildes die Stoffvor- schubrichtung geändert wird, ist es für die Bedie nungsperson sehr schwierig, das Ende des Zierbil des durch Beobachtung der Nadeleinstiche zu er kennen. In den meisten Fällen sind die Zierbilder nicht vollständig ausgenäht oder sie sind mit einer Anzahl Stichen des folgenden Zierbildes weiterge näht.
Das Ergebnis ist in den meisten Fällen trotz grosser Aufmerksamkeit und Anstrengung der Bedie nungsperson eine unexakte und unschöne Arbeit.
Um diesen Nachteil zu beseitigen, ist die Zier stichnähmaschine nach der Erfindung dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass eine antreibbare Skala vorgesehen ist, an der die Anzahl, der genähten Stiche eines Zier bildes ablesbar ist, zur sicheren und einfachen Fest- stellung des letzten Stiches eines jeden In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.
Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine teilweise Vorderansicht des Nähma- schinenarmes mit Einblicköffnung zur rotierenden Stichzahlskal'a, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie I-1 in Fig. 1 in vergrössertem Massstab, und Fig. 3 verschiedene Zierbilder mit Richtungswech sel:, nämlich:
a) mit einfachem Wechsel der Stoffvorschubrich- tung, b) mit mehrfachem Wechsel der Stoffvorschub richtung, und c) ein Zierstichmotiv. Mit 1 ist der Nähmaschinenarm bezeichnet, der durch einen Verschlussdeckel 2 abgedeckt ist. Die im Innern des Armes 1 liegende Armwelle 3 treibt in der bekannten Weise über eine Schnecke 4 das Schneckenrad 5 an. Letzteres .ist mit einer Welle 6, die in den beiden Lagern 7 und 8 gelagert ist, durch eine Schraube 9 fest verbunden.
Auf der Nabe 10 des Schneckenrades 5 ist ein Kurvenpaket 11 ange ordnet und mit den Schrauben 12 und 13 fest mit diesem verbunden. Jede der Kurven 11 besitzt an ihrem Mantel die zur Ableitung eines Zierbildes not wendige Formen. Von einer einzelnen Kurve 11 wird in der bekannten Weise von einem nicht ge zeichneten Taster eine ebenfalls nicht gezeichnete Stichbreitenkulisse bewegt und die Bewegung von hier aus durch einen nicht dargestellten Lenker auf die aus dem Arm herausragende Nadelstange 14 mit der Nadel 15 übertragen. Auf dem vorderen Ende der Welle 6 ist eine Skala 16 angeordnet.
Sie ist mit der Nabe 17 fest verbunden, die ihrerseits mit der Schraube 18 auf der Wedle 6 befestigt ist. Die Zahlen 19 der Skala 16 erscheinen in der Einblick- öffnung 20 des Armdeckels. 2. Jeder Zahl ist ein Teilstrich 21 zugeordnet. An der Einblicköffnung 20 befindet sich ein fester Teilstrich 22. Steht der jeder Zahl zugeordnete bewegliche Teilstrich 21 genau unter dem festen Teilstrich 22, dann entspricht die jeweils darunterstehende Zahl der Anzahl der Nadeleinstiche eines Zierbildes.
Im Ausführungsbei spiel erscheinen auf der Skala die Zahlen 2 bis 36, weil die Maschine für das Nähen eines einzigen Zier bildes 36 Nadeleinstiche benötigt.
Näht man mit der funktionsbereiten Maschine eine Ziernaht gemäss Fig. 3 a), dann muss an jedem Ende eines Zierbildes die Stoffvorschubrichtung geändert werden, was dadurch erfolgt, dass man die Nadel am Ende des Zierbildes im Nähgut stecken lässt, dann den Nähfuss lüftet und den Stoff in die richtige Rich tung verschwenkt. Um zu erkennen, ob dieser Rich tungswechsel an der richtigen Stelle des Zierbildes durchgeführt wird,
lässt man die Maschine unter Beobachtung der Näharbeit bis fast an das Ende des Zierbildes mit normaler Geschwindigkeit Taufen und bremst nun die Maschine unter Beobachtung der Skala durch die Einblicköffnung 20 ab und bringt die Maschine zum Stillstand, sobald der Teilstrich 21 der Zahl 36 unter dem festen Teilstrich 22 an der Einblicköffnung 20 steht. In der gleichen Weise wird das Zierbild gemäss Fig. 3 b) genäht. In diesem Fall ist mehrfacher Richtungswechsel des Stoffvor schubes erforderlich. Auf dieselbe Weise werden die einzelnen Zierbilder von Motiven gemäss Fig. 3 c ) genäht.
Selbstverständlich kann die vorstehend beschrie bene Ausführung abgewandelt werden. So kann die Einblicköffnung an eine andere Stelle entsprechend der Anordnung der Steuerkurven verlegt werden. Ferner ist es möglich, anstelle der rotierenden von den Steuerkurven getrennten Skala eine Zierstich kurve selbst mit einer Skala zu versehen. Schliesslich kann die Skala an einer anderen als der gezeichneten Stelle, z. B. aussen am Maschinengehäuse angebracht sein und die Skala kann von der Welle 6 aus durch Zahnräder oder andere geeignete Mittel angetrieben werden. Auch ist es möglich, dass die Skala durch geeignete Mittel hin und her gehend bewegt wird, z.
B. durch eine Kurve oder ein Kurbelgetriebe.
