Spacer for reinforcing bars made of reinforcing steel The object of the innovation is a spacer for reinforcing bars made of reinforcing steel, which consists of wire bent in the shape of a bow with legs spread apart, which are connected to one another by a web with a saddle-shaped bend to accommodate the reinforcing bar.
If a higher load-bearing capacity is required of slab ceilings made of concrete steel or similar concrete structures, the reinforcement made in the form of a wire body is laid in two parallel planes. For holding the lower reinforcement, correspondingly low spacers are known, which are preferably bent from a bow-shaped bent piece of wire and have a web with a saddle-shaped deflection for receiving the reinforcing rod.
To hold the upper reinforcement, conical concrete blocks with an upper contact surface for the reinforcement bar or the wire body or so-called brackets have been used, but their load-bearing capacity is very low or, with correspondingly larger wire thicknesses, very strong structural parts are required to achieve a corresponding load-bearing capacity do.
Such expenses, which make the production costs of the spacer more expensive, are in no relation to the insignificance of this construction aid, which is an outright mass-produced item.
The invention has set itself the task of avoiding these disadvantages and creating a spacer which is especially suitable for the upper reinforcement of plates and similar constructions and consists of a wire body, which achieves the greatest possible stability with the lowest possible wire consumption.
The solution is that the spacer consists of two wire brackets that are at right angles to each other and welded to one another in their web centers, each with two legs at the same steep angle to the concrete formwork, and only one wire bracket is the saddle-shaped bent web, the other wire bracket is a straight one Has web, and the welding point of the two wire brackets is under the saddle-shaped bend of the straight web overlapping upper support web.
The contact and welding point in the two web centers ensures that the load is evenly distributed over all four feet. These four feet are not vertical, but to achieve optimal stability, they are expediently about 10 different from the vertical, so that they are at the same steep angles of about 80 to the concrete formwork. The point of contact of the two brackets falls exactly on the axis perpendicular. The stability of the spacer according to the invention is therefore extremely high.
The reinforcement fabric to be placed on the spacer is linked to the spacer in the usual way with binding wires. In order to prevent the rebar from sliding off the spacer, the overhead bracket is preferably provided with the saddle-shaped deflection, which is exactly in the middle and the load acting on the spacer thus centered on this.
An advantageous embodiment of the spacer according to the invention is that the two wire brackets welded together have a different height around the saddle-shaped deflection and the ends of the four legs that are at the same angle to the concrete formwork are in the plane of the concrete formwork when the spacer is vertical and in this Level is located, have beveled end faces against the legs.
Furthermore, it may be useful to set up the spacer, which has a height corresponding to the support of the upper reinforcement, for the auxiliary position of the lower reinforcement and for this purpose with a wire rod that is welded horizontally between two legs and has a protrusion on both sides of the legs Mistake. In order to get along with such a wire rod ge smallest length, it is useful to weld it to adjacent legs of both wire brackets. The distance between two adjacent legs is namely less than the distance between two opposing legs. It is also possible, please include that the wire rod preferably has legs bent downwards at right angles, which are supported on the casing.
The object of the invention is shown in several embodiments in the drawing, for example, namely Fig. 1 and 2 show two inventive spacers of different heights, Fig. 3 such with a welded on bearing rod for the lower reinforcement, Fig. 4 is a partial view of the foot end of a leg and Fig. 5 the spacers with an upper and lower reinforcing fabric.
The spacer consists of two wire brackets 1 and 2 welded together. The wire bracket 1 has legs 3 and 4, and the wire bracket 2 has legs 5 and 6. All legs are at the same steep angle to the concrete formwork 7, which is about 10 from the vertical, the in Fig. 4 with 8 denotes net, differs. The corresponding beveled end face of each of the legs 3 to 6 is marked 9 be. It lies in the plane of the concrete formwork 7. The wire bracket 1 has the saddle-shaped arched web 10, which is welded to the straight web 11 of the wire bracket 2 at the point of contact 12 of the two with this.
The webs 10 and 11 are at right angles to one another, and the welding point 12 is located in the middle of both webs. The saddle-shaped deflection is denoted by 13. It serves to accommodate the upper reinforcement, designated 14, made of reinforcing steel, which is preferably a wire mesh made from wires welded together.
The embodiment shown in FIG. 3 shows a spacer which, in addition to supporting the upper reinforcement, is also suitable, at least as an alternative, for supporting a lower reinforcement designated by 15. For this purpose, a horizontal wire rod 16 is welded to the legs 3 and 5 of the two wire brackets 1 and 2 at the points 17 and 18 with these. On both sides of the legs 3 and 5, it has protrusions 19 and 20, which can be bent towards feet 21 and 22, as shown in dashed lines.
In Fig. 5, an assembly example is illustrated light. The spacers carry in the saddle-shaped bend 13 the upper reinforcement 14 and with the wire rods 16 the lower reinforcement 15, which can also be supported by correspondingly low spacers.
