Air drying device for hands, face and scalp hair The present invention relates to an air drying device for hands, face and scalp hair, in which according to the invention a complete symmetry of the arrangement of all rotating masses with respect to the motor is achieved in the design of the device.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically, namely: FIG. 1 shows a section of the device parallel to the front of the housing, and FIG. 2 shows a section along line 11-II in FIG. 1. The electrical air drying device according to FIG Asked embodiment has a box-like housing a, which can be arranged with its back, for example, on a wall. The shape of the housing is chosen so that the front housing wall slopes downwards at an angle from top to bottom.
Inside the housing, an electric motor m is arranged in a central position so that its shaft runs horizontally ver parallel to the box wall on the front side. Fan blades k, which rotate in air guide chambers b and form blade fans, are seated on both ends of the motor shaft. b1 are the air inlet openings and b2 the air outlet ducts, the flow axes of which run parallel to the housing front wall, as can be seen in FIG. 2, and converge at an acute angle in the downward direction.
The air flows generated are guided without deflection, ie without flow losses, via the resistors i built into the air outlet ducts b, which heat the exiting air. The bottom of the housing a forms a ge compared to the mouths of the air channels b2 offset back spherical shell e, which is designed as an air-permeable Fil ter. This allows the air drawn in by the blade fan to enter, separating all impurities.
Due to the symmetrical arrangement of all rotating masses with respect to the motor, such as fan blades and air masses, both an advantageous compensation of the vibration moments and the separation of the paths of the inflowing and outflowing air masses is possible. The inclined position of the front wall of the housing favors the direction of the air paths and creates space for the inflow of fresh air from below. The concave filter with the dry air flows in front of it allows fresh air mixed with warm dry air to be drawn in.
The two heating resistors i or infrared radiators arranged in the housing can be arranged in the immediate vicinity of the air outlet openings. This saves heating energy because only a few parts of the device housing are heated with this arrangement. The underside of the housing, designed as an intake air filter, is set back in relation to the outlet openings for the hot air flows, so that the suction exerted on the filter by the wing ventilators also collects enough fresh air in addition to preheated air.
The disinfection of the dry air and the hands to be dried etc. can be achieved by installing at least one ultraviolet emitter or disinfecting fragrance dispenser.
