Description

  In der     Zeichnung    ist eine     beispielsweise    Ausfüh  rung des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zei  gen       Fig.    1 eine     Seitenansicht    des Schraubstockes ;       Fig.    2 eine Seitenansicht der zugehörigen Grund  platte ;       Fig.    3 einen Schnitt durch den Schraubstock ent  lang der Linie     A-A    gemäss     Fig.    1 ;

         Fig. 4 einen teilweisen Schnitt durch den Schraub stock entlang der Linie B-B gemäss Fig. 1 und Fig. 5 eine Ansicht des Details in Richtung des Pfeiles P gemäss Fig. 4.

  Tiltable vice The present invention relates to a tiltable vice which is suitable for clamping workpieces when machining their surfaces at different angles, in particular in milling machines.

  The previous tiltable vices have a low rigidity, which results in vibrations during machining, so that the size of the chip removal and the size of the feed are limited and it was therefore not possible to fully utilize the milling machine.

  The present invention now aims to avoid this disadvantage and to create a tiltable vice stock which has sufficient rigidity and thus allows good utilization of the Fräsma machine. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the center of curvature of the arcuate path lies in a plane which is given by the upper surfaces of the two jaws.

  In the drawing, an example Ausfüh tion of the subject invention is shown. It show Fig. 1 is a side view of the vice; Fig. 2 is a side view of the associated base plate; Fig. 3 is a section through the vice along the line A-A according to FIG.

         FIG. 4 shows a partial section through the vise along the line B-B according to FIG. 1 and FIG. 5 shows a view of the detail in the direction of the arrow P according to FIG.

  The tiltable part 1 of the vice, which is provided with the slide 9 including nut 10 and with the screw 11 and the crank 12, is supported in the dovetail-like path of the cradle 2 (FIG. 1). The press inserts 3 (Fig. 4 and 5), which are provided with the small areas p and inserted into the cradle 2, secure the tiltable part 1 of the vice in the set position in a vertical plane after tightening the nuts 4 on the screws 5 .

   On the base plate 6, on wel cher the cradle 2 with the tiltable part 1 is attached by screws 7 and nuts 8, any position of the vice can be set in a horizontal plane. The tiltable vice can also be used without a base plate.
