Da sämtliche Türen geschlossen, be finden sich die Geberelemente<I>KT1-KT5</I> in gesättig tem Zustand. Beim Drücken des Aussenrufknopfes <I>DA 1</I> fliesst ein Gleichstrom vom Leiter 130 (Fig. 4) über den Kontakt des Brems magneten KMB <I>-</I> Rufknopf<I>DA 1</I> und zieht Relais RS1 an.
Kontakt KJS <I>1</I> öffnet, Relais<I>R V2</I> und Schütz R U2 fallen ab, Bremsmagnet<I>MB</I> wird strom los und Bremse 31 tritt in Wirkung.
Safety circuit for elevators The present invention relates to a safety circuit for elevators with a built-in encoder elements in the safety circuit.
The task of the safety circuit of an elevator is to allow the elevator car to move under the condition that the doors are closed and locked. The safety contacts, such as the stop button, safety gear contact, slack rope contact, etc., must be closed.
The aim is to set up every safety circuit in such a way that in the event of faults in the safety circuit, the circuit is brought into the safe state, i.e. H. the elevator must be shut down if an element of the safety circuit fails as a result of a technical fault. The procedure here is advantageously such that the presence of the safety signal is selected as an indicator for the safe state.
The object of this invention is to build a circuit for elevators with a safety circuit, in which the advantages of contactless transmitter elements are used; the invention is characterized in that the encoder elements have soft magnetic cores provided with at least one winding, are connected in series and, depending on the magnetic saturation of their cores, bring an alternating voltage signal that influences the elevator control into effect.
The saturable cores for the closing and locking control of the doors are advantageously saturated when the door is closed or locked, while they are desaturated when the door is open or unlocked.
The arrangement is expediently such that the alternating current signal flowing through the windings of the saturable cores acts on the elevator control via amplifier and rectifier.
In one embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, the core made of soft magnetic material carries a primary winding and a secondary winding and, in addition to the magnet arranged on the moving part (e.g. door or bolt), is influenced by a stationary magnet that counteracts the first magnet, whereby An alternating voltage is applied to the primary winding, which is transferred to the secondary winding when the core is desaturated.
When using this arrangement for the transmitter elements of the closing and locking control of the doors, it is advantageous if the core of soft magnetic material under the simultaneous opposing action of two magnets is desaturated when the door is closed or locked, while it is desaturated when the door is open or unlocked The door is saturated under the sole action of the stationary magnet, and the secondary winding of the core of each floor door feeds the primary winding of the corresponding core of the subsequent floor door.
In the accompanying drawings execution examples of the subject invention are shown; It shows Fig. 1 a view of the single-leaf shaft door of an elevator with the encoder element for the closing control of the door and the door lock, Fig. 2 the door lock with the encoder element for controlling the locking bolt of the door, and Fig. 3 and 4 a circuit diagram of a Elevator control.
In Fig. 1, the door leaf of a shaft door is designated by 10 and the door frame by 11. In order to control the closed position of the door leaf 10, the door has a transmitter element <I> KT </I>. This transmitter element consists of a magnet 57 fastened in the door leaf 10, preferably a permanent magnet, which acts on a soft magnetic core 52 mounted in the door frame 11. The core 52 has a winding 12. When the door 10 is closed, the magnet 57 saturates the core 52, while when the door is open it is desaturated.
As a result, an applied to the winding 12 AC voltage with the door closed a current he testify that passes the winding 12, while with the door open, due to the throttling effect of the winding 12, the alternating current is throttled in the same.
Furthermore, a lock 13 is placed in the door frame 11, which has a roller lever 14. The lock 13 is shown enlarged in FIG. It consists of a housing 15 made of magnetically non-conductive material, in which a locking bolt 16 is guided. The locking bolt 16 interacts with a locking lever 17 which is actuated by the roller lever 14. When the door is closed, the locking bolt 16 engages in the door leaf 10 and prevents it from being opened unintentionally. A transmitter element <I> KV </I> is installed in the housing 15, consisting of a soft magnetic core 70 with two windings attached to the housing 15.
On the one hand, the core 70 is influenced by a magnet 75, preferably a permanent magnet, fastened with the help of an angle 18 made of non-magnetizable material, and on the other hand by a magnet 80, preferably a permanent magnet, connected to the locking bolt 16 via an intermediate piece 19 made of non-magnetizable material. When the door is locked, both magnets 75 and 80 act on the core 70. The polarities of these magnets are selected so that the field lines in the core 70 cancel each other out, so that the core 70 is desaturated. As soon as the locking bolt 16 is brought into the unlocked position, only the magnet 75 can act on the core 70, which results in saturation of the same.
When the door is locked, an alternating voltage applied to the primary winding is transferred to the secondary winding, while when the door is unlocked, such a transfer cannot take place due to the saturation of the core 70.
According to Fig. 3 and 4, a drive motor 30 drives a brake 31, consisting of a brake disc, brake shoe and brake magnet <I> MB, </I> a gear 32. On the slowly running shaft of the gear 32, a drive pulley 33 is attached, Over which wire ropes 34 lead, from which a cabin 35 is suspended at one end and a counterweight 36 at the other. In the car 35, the call buttons DC are attached. A slide 37 is attached to the cabin 35, which is attached in the shaft and actuates a shaft switch JS1-5 belonging to each stop.
Furthermore, the locking magnet <I> M V </I> be fastened to the cabin, which magnet interacts with a movable slide 38. This slideway 38 actuates the roller lever 14 and the door lock 13 connected to it.
The motor 30 is fed from the network <I> R S T </I> via power switches, for example contactors R U1 and R U2. The primary winding of a transformer Trl is connected to the conductors <I> S </I> and <I> T </I>. The following symbols in the circuit diagram for an elevator with five stops mean:

Secondary winding 50 of the transformer Trl leads to a rectifier GL <I> 1 </I> whose positive output is connected to a positive common conductor 1000 and whose negative output is connected to the negative common conductor 101 of the elevator control .
Conductors 65 and 66 lead from a further secondary winding 51 of the transformer Trl. The conductor 66 is with the beginning of the winding 12 of a first soft magnetic element KT I of a first part of the safety circuit, consisting of elements KT1-KT5 assigned to each floor door for the closing control of the door , connected. When the doors are closed, cores 52-56 are saturated by permanent magnets 57-61. The cores 52-56 are each provided with a winding 12 which are connected in series.
The end of the winding of the last core 56 is connected to one input of a push-pull transistor amplifier 62, wel cher consists of the input transformer Tr2, transistors 63, 64 and the output transformer Tr3. The other input of amplifier 62 is connected to conductor 65. In systems with a large number of elements <I> KT </I> connected in series, a terminating impedance for the first part of the safety circuit is connected in parallel to the inputs of the amplifier 62.
Each end of the secondary winding of the transformer Tr2 leads to a base of the transistors 63 and 64. The center of the secondary winding of the transformer Tr2 is connected to the emitters of the transistors 63 and 64 and the positive conductor 1000. The collectors of transistors 63 and 64 are each connected to one end of the primary winding of a second transformer Tr3.
It is fed from the conductor 101 via a safety gear contact KJ, a stop button DH on the middle of the primary winding of the transformer Tr3. The secondary winding of the transformer Tr3 is connected to the inputs of a rectifier GL2. The positive output of the rectifier GL2 leads to the conductor 1000, the negative output serves as a collective conductor <B> 130. </B> Between the conductors 130 and 1000, the call button and shaft switch circuit are installed.
According to Fig. 4, the conductors 65 and 66 are connected to the primary winding of the first element KV I of a second part of the security circuit, consisting of elements KV1-KV5 assigned to each door lock for the locking control of the door, a limiter resistor 67 being built into the conductor 65 is. The encoder elements KV1-5 consist of soft magnetic cores 70-74, each core having two windings. These windings are connected in such a way that the secondary winding of the preceding transmitter element feeds the primary winding of the following transmitter element.
Each core 70-74 is influenced by one permanently attached magnet 75-79 and one movable magnet 80-84 attached to the locking bolts 16. The secondary winding of the core 74 of the last encoder element KV5 is connected to the inputs of a two-stage push-pull transistor amplifier 85 a related party.
The first stage of amplifier 85 consists of an input transformer Tr4, transistors 86 and 87 and the primary winding of a transformer Tr5. The second stage is formed from the secondary winding of the transformer Tr5, transistors 88 and 89 and an output transformer Tr6. The switching of the first and second stages of the amplifier 85 takes place in an analogous manner as was already described for the amplifier 62. The centers of the secondary windings of the transformers Tr4 and Tr5 are connected to the conductor 1000.
The first stage is fed from the conductor 130 to the center of the primary winding of the transformer Tr5 and that of the second stage from the conductor 101 to the center of the primary winding of the step-up transformer Tr6.
The outputs of the amplifier 85 go to a rectifier GL3. The positive output of the rectifier GL3 leads to the conductor 1000. The negative output feeds the coils of the contactors R U1 and R via a conductor 90, contacts KR <I> V </I> and KR <I> U </I> U2.
According to the scheme of FIGS. 3 and 4, the car is in the third stop in the idle state, since the contact KJS3 of the shaft switch JS3 is in the middle position. The core 72 of the safety circuit is in a saturated state, since the locking bolt 16 of the door lock 13 of the third holder is in the unlocked position, since the locking magnet <I> MV </I> is de-energized and the movable slide 38 is the roller lever has operated in the unlocked sense.
The two conductors 101 and 1000 are under direct voltage and the conductors 65 and 66 are under alternating voltage. With all of the doors closed, cores 52-56 are in a saturated state. As a result, the windings of the cores 52-56 connected in series in the first part of the safety circuit allow the alternating voltage occurring on the conductors 65 and 66 to pass, so that the primary winding of the input transformer Tr2 of the amplifier 62 is excited. The amplifier 62 operating according to the known push-pull principle amplifies the alternating voltage and this alternating voltage is fed to the rectifier GL2.
The requirement must be placed on the safety circuit of an elevator control that it goes into the safe state in the event of a fault in any element, i.e. H. the elevator control must be interrupted. It is known that a short circuit within the element is the most common fault in transistors. If, for example, such a short circuit takes place in transistor 63, it loses its controllability in the base-emitter circuit. The direct current in the circle: conductor 101 - contact KJ- stop button DH <I> - </I> secondary winding of transformer Tr3 - collector of transistor 63 - its emitter conductor 1000 increases.
In contrast, the alternating current signal at the output of the amplifier 62 decreases, so it is no longer large enough to operate the elevator control.
Even if a magnet fails, for example the magnet 57 attached to the door leaf 10 as a result of its fastening being loosened, the elevator control is interrupted, because in the absence of this magnet the core 52 is desaturated, which results in an interruption of the alternating current flowing through the winding 12 of the magnet 52 .
The second part of the safety circuit with the transmitter elements KV1-KV5 is interrupted, since the cabin is in the idle state in the third stop and the cabin door is unlocked, which results in the core 72 becoming saturated. The saturated core 72 prevents a transformer transmission of the alternating voltage occurring at the conductors 65 and 66. As a result of the interruption in the safety circuit, the contactor coils R U1 or R U2 cannot be energized, and the cabin cannot travel until all the doors are locked.
A driving example is explained below. It is assumed that the outside call button <I> DA 1 </I> is operated. Since all doors are closed, the transmitter elements <I> KT1-KT5 </I> are in a saturated state. The alternating voltage applied to the conductors 65 and 66 can pass the windings of the cores 52-56, so that a direct voltage occurs between the conductors 130 and 1000. When you press the outside call button <I> DA 1 </I>, a direct current flows from the conductor 130 (Fig. 4) via the contact of the brake magnet KMB <I> - </I> call button <I> DA 1 </I> and relay RS1 picks up.
As a result, contact K2RS1 closes, and relay R V2 picks up via contacts KJS <I> 1 </I> and K2R <I> V 1 </I>. The self-holding circuit of the floor relay RS1 closes via the contacts KlR V2 and KIRS1. When the relay R V2 is pulled in, contact K3R <I> V2 </I> also closes and excites the locking magnet <I> MV. </I> The movable slide 38 is attracted,
and the locking bolt 16 locks the door of the third stop. As a result, the magnet 82 acts on the core 72 and desaturates it. The alternating current applied to the second part of the safety circuit can pass through the safety chain, is amplified in the amplifier 85 and converted into a direct current in the rectifier GL <I> 3 </I>. This leads via the conductor 90 - contact K4R <I> V2 - </I> contact K2R <I> U1 </I> and picks up the contactor R U2. The brake magnet <I> MB </I> is excited and the brake 31 is released via the contact <I> KIR U2 </I>. The motor 30 brings the elevator car 35 in motion.
As soon as the car 35 approaches the first stop, the shaft switch JS 1 is actuated by the slide 37. Contact KJS <I> 1 </I> opens, relay <I> R V2 </I> and contactor R U2 drop out, brake magnet <I> MB </I> is de-energized and brake 31 takes effect. The locking magnet <I> MV </I> falls off and the movable slide 38 unlocks the door lock 13.
In the example given, the throttle principle was used in the first part of the safety circuit and the transformer principle in the second part as the switching criterion for the encoder elements. Either one or the other is expediently used for the two parts of the safety circuit.
In addition, the safety contacts DH and KJ were built into the DC power supply of the amplifier 62. However, all safety contacts such as the stop button, safety gear contact, regulator contact etc. can also be inserted in the first part of the safety circuit in the form of contactless, saturable elements connected in series.
