Description

  

      Rakelhalter    für     Rakelgummi    für Film- oder Siebdruck    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet     ein    Ra  kelhalter für     Rakelgummi    für Film- oder Siebdruck,  bei welchem die Klemmorgane für das Festklemmen  des     Rakelgummis    Mittel für das Einstellen des     Rakel-          gummis    in verschieden stark über die Klemmstellen  vorstehenden Lagen aufweisen, um den     Anpressdruck     des     Rakelgummis    regulieren zu können.

   Durch den  regulierbaren     Anpressdruck    wird erreicht, dass mehr  oder weniger Farbe durchgedrückt wird, so dass der  Druck auf dem Papier oder Textilstoff mehr oder  weniger scharf ausfällt.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausfüh  rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.       Fig.    1 ist eine Stirnansicht des     Rakelhalters.     



       Fig.    2 ist eine Vorderansicht desselben.  



       Fig.    3 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch den     Rakel-          halter    in grösserem Massstab und geschlossenem Zu  stand.  



       Fig.    4 zeigt einen gleichen Querschnitt des     Rakel-          halters    in einer anderen Einstellage des     Rakelgummis,     und       Fig.    5 zeigt einen Querschnitt in geöffnetem Zu  stand des     Rakelhalters.     



  Der dargestellte     Rakelhalter    weist zwei     seitliche     Klemmplatten 1 auf, welche an einer Scharnier  schiene 2 derart gelenkig angeordnet sind, dass sie  aus der Lage nach     Fig.    3 in die Lage nach     Fig.    5       verschwenkbar    sind. Auf der Innenseite der beiden  Klemmplatten 1 sind je vier Längsrinnen 3 vorhan  den, die sich über die ganze Länge der Klemmplatten  1 erstrecken. Ferner sind auf der Aussenseite der  Klemmplatten 1 Längsrinnen 4 vorhanden, in welche  Federbügel 5 eingreifen, welche die Klemmplatten 1  in dem geschlossenen Zustand zusammenpressen.

   Der       Rakelgummi    6 ist hinten in eine U-förmige Schiene 7  eingeklemmt, welche beidseitig je einen nasenartigen  Vorsprung 8 besitzt, der sich über die ganze Länge    des     Rakelgummis    6 bzw. der Schiene 7 erstreckt. Die  beiden Vorsprünge 8 können wahlweise in eine der  vier Rinnen 3 der zugehörigen Klemmplatte 1 ein  greifen, und es kann dadurch der     Rakelgummi    6  in eine von vier Lagen eingestellt werden, wie es  in     Fig.    3 angedeutet ist. Die innerste Lage des     Rakel-          gummis    6 ist in     Fig.    3 und die äusserste Lage     in          Fig.    5 gezeigt.

   Dadurch, dass der     Rakelgummi    6 über  seine Klemmstelle mehr oder weniger vorsteht,     kann.     erreicht werden, dass beim Film- oder Siebdruck mehr  oder weniger Farbe durchgedrückt wird und der       Druck    auf dem Papier oder Gewebe mehr oder weni  ger scharf ausfällt. Zur Erreichung dieses Zweckes  waren bisher mehrere     Rakelhalter    mit Gummi not  wendig.    Es hat sich gezeigt, dass mit dem beschriebenen       Rakelhalter    hauptsächlich bei Strukturgeweben ein  besonders gut deckender Druck erreicht wird.  



  Dar     Rakelhalter    kann für Längs- und     Querrakeln     für Hand- und Maschinenbetrieb verwendet werden.  Beim beschriebenen     Rakelhalter    können die  Klemmplatten 1, die     Scharnierschienen    2 und die  Schienen 7 aus Metall, z. B. Eisen, oder aus Kunst  stoff hergestellt sein.  



  Ferner kann das Verstellen und Festhalten des       Rakelgummis    in den Klemmorganen auch durch  Stifte, Raster, Schrauben, Bajonett-, Schlitz- und  Keilverschlüsse,     Federspannscheiben    oder Magnet  halter erfolgen.

       FIG. 4 shows the same cross section of the doctor blade holder in a different setting position of the doctor blade rubber, and FIG. 5 shows a cross section in the open state of the doctor blade holder.



  The squeegee holder shown has two lateral clamping plates 1 which are articulated on a hinge rail 2 in such a way that they can be pivoted from the position according to FIG. 3 into the position according to FIG. 5. On the inside of the two clamping plates 1 there are four longitudinal grooves 3 in each case, which extend over the entire length of the clamping plates 1. Furthermore, there are longitudinal grooves 4 on the outside of the clamping plates 1, in which spring clips 5 engage, which press the clamping plates 1 together in the closed state.

   The squeegee rubber 6 is clamped at the rear in a U-shaped rail 7, which has a nose-like projection 8 on both sides, which extends over the entire length of the squeegee rubber 6 or the rail 7. The two projections 8 can optionally engage in one of the four grooves 3 of the associated clamping plate 1, and the squeegee rubber 6 can thereby be set in one of four positions, as is indicated in FIG. The innermost layer of the squeegee rubber 6 is shown in FIG. 3 and the outermost layer in FIG.

   Because the squeegee rubber 6 protrudes more or less over its clamping point, can. What can be achieved is that with film or screen printing, more or less color is pushed through and the print on the paper or fabric is more or less sharp. To achieve this purpose, several doctor blade holders with rubber were not agile. It has been shown that with the squeegee holder described, a print with particularly good coverage is achieved mainly in the case of structural fabrics.



  The squeegee holder can be used for longitudinal and transverse squeegees for manual and machine operation. When the doctor blade holder described, the clamping plates 1, the hinge rails 2 and the rails 7 made of metal, for. B. iron, or made of plastic.
