Falzpfannenziegel with merging head and side rabbets The claim of the main patent relates to a Falzpfanne tile with merging top and side rabbets, whereby a counter rib on the bottom of the tile only extends up to the level of the lower head rib and the right upper corner of the tile is excluded so an upper part of the counter rib is omitted and only the side rebate outer rib is covered in the laid tile at the upper left corner, which is bent at an angle to the middle of the tile at the lower left corner,
to find space in the recess in the upper right corner of the lower left secondary brick.
In the version, which is shown in the main patent, the brick deviates, if only slightly, but according to the coverage of the brick (1) over the brick (11) of the rectangular shape.
The invention relates to an improvement of the joint pan tile according to claim of the main patent, which tile is characterized in that its upper left corner is right-angled and the side fold outer rib on the tile base is bent towards the tile center via the inclined deflection and at the end forms two further rib parts, the whole in such a way that when the brick is laid, the mouth of the side rebate groove comes to rest directly over the head edge of the covered brick.
Because in one embodiment of the invention the opening of the Seitenfalznut is in the area of the head edge of the covered brick (II. Brick of the brick meeting corner), such a brick can form a rectangle in plan view, which not only the production of the brick shapes, but also the decor - Ken the tile on the roof much easier.
The drawings show comparative Ausfüh approximately examples, namely: Fig. 1 shows a brick as shown in the main patent in plan view, Fig. 2 is a plan view of an embodiment according to the invention.
FIG. 3 illustrates a section through a four-tile corner overlap in the direction E-F of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 shows a plan view of an overlap of corners I and III in the corner of two tiles according to FIG. 2.
FIG. 5 is an illustration of the overlap of the tile corners I and III of two tiles according to FIG. 1.
FIG. 6 shows a top view of the overlap of tile corners I, 1I and III of three bricks according to FIG. 2, while FIG. 7 illustrates a corresponding cover of three bricks according to FIG.
A comparison of the angle a and a1 from FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 and from FIG. 5 to FIG. 4 and from FIG. 7 to FIG. 6 shows that in the bricks according to FIGS. 1, 5 and 7, the edge t of the outer head rib g does not form a right angle with the outer edge of the side outer rib b in FIGS. 1, 5 and 7, but rather deviates somewhat from the right angle, i.e. shows an acute angle (a).
In Fig. 2, 4 and 6, however, the outer edge t of the head rib g forms a right angle a1 with the outer alignment v of the side rib b, that is, the upper left corner of the brick I.
The comparison of FIGS. 4 and 5 reveals from the overlap of the brick corners I and III that, in the bricks according to FIG. 1 in FIG. 5, part b2 of the side rebate outer rib b by the amount s of the projecting brick I at Point i is offset to the right via brick III from the flight v.
In Fig. 4, that is, with the laid bricks according to Fig. 2, the side rebate outer rib b lies with its outer alignment line v on the upper brick III in the same alignment with the outer alignment v of the side outer rib b of the tile I.
The bend part c to the rib part b2 is guided to the right in Fig. 4 and 6 by the entire overlap width s, that is, the rib b is bent at the brick base towards the center of the brick over the inclined pivot c and at the end forms two further rib parts b1, b2 .
The lowermost extension part of the side outer rib b lies with the extension w next to the hatched lower overlap area x, both in FIG. 6 and in FIG. 7. In both cases, the side outer rib b with its parts b2, b1 and w next to the coverage area s and the coverage area x. The ver clearly illustrate FIGS. 6 and 7.
The parts c, b2, b1 and w of the side rib b which are bent towards the center of the brick effect the safe drainage of the water from the side rebate groove p via the mouth p1 towards the center of the brick, i.e. away from the brick meeting corner and result above In addition, a good lock against blowing in snow, soot and the like.
In FIG. 6 it can be clearly seen from the representation of the corner overlap of corners I, II and HI that the opening p1 of the side rebate groove p lies in the area of the head edge t of the covered brick (brick II), that is, when the brick is laid III comes the mouth p1 of the Seitenfalznut p directly over the head edge t of the covered tile I to lie.
In Fig. 7, as in Fig. 6, the coverage of the corners I, 1I and III is illustrated. Here, in the laid brick III according to FIG. 1, the opening p1 of the Seitenfalznut p lies completely in the area of the overlap over the head fold of the brick II and thus under the head edge t of the covered brick I.
The lower end b1 of the side rebate outer rib b lies with its upper edge u (see Fig. 3) in the tile according to Fig. 2 a little lower than the rib part b2 with its upper edge u2, so that when the tiles are stacked on top of one another, the upper foot rib i (Fig. 3) still finds space.
The upper right corner of the brick according to FIG. 2 is beveled at the point indicated by r, since with it the inclined part c of the outer side rib b according to FIG.
