Description
Der Gegenstand vorliegend-er Erfindung ist in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform in beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Aufriss, in dem die Falz rippen der Ziegelunterseite punktiert ange geben sind; Fig. 2 zeigt eine schaubildliche Ansicht; Fig. 3 zeigt die schaubildliche Ansicht der vier Ecken der sich überdeckenden Zie gel nach der Eindeckung;
Interlocking tiles with several top and side rabbets. The invention relates to a folding tile with several head and side folds, in which a head rib and an edge strip are provided on the brick base. After the roofing, the edge strip of the upper tile protrudes over the head rib of the lower tile. The lower flank of this head rib is inclined at an obtuse angle to the adjoining brick surface. The head rib is connected to a side rib, which is not covered by the cover bead of the neighboring tile after the covering.
The subject matter of the present invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the accompanying drawing, namely shows: Figure 1 is an elevation in which the fold ribs of the brick underside are dotted are given; Fig. 2 is a perspective view; Fig. 3 shows the perspective view of the four corners of the overlapping bricks after the roofing;
FIG. 4 shows the engagement of the felting head on two overlapping bricks and FIG. 5 shows the interlocking of the corner cutouts at the abutting corners of the bricks.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, is on. the brick base an edge strip si is provided, which protrudes after the covering over the head rib ai of the next following, un tern brick. The head rib ai is related to the side rib ei ; this is not covered (see Fig. 3) by the lateral cover bead d of the side adjacent tile on the left, and the first continuous closure is formed here.
To guide the water flowing on the brick surface, the ribs i are arranged on the brick surface and extend into the head rib ai. The lower flank of the rib ai is inclined at an obtuse angle to the adjoining brick surface in order not to let the joint between the bricks gape too strongly, whereby the two surfaces merge into one another in a rounded shape: the edge strip can be bent down slightly. The sidebar si is.
as can be seen from Fig. 2, bent up in the left corner. Similar to the front of the brick base, an edge strip s2 protruding over the head rib a3 is also provided at the rear of the brick head, which is led along to the corner of the brick and then a little along the side of the brick. The edge strip s2 is bent at right angles in the corner and continues in the side channel g3.
This side channel opens into the inner side channel g in the covering (see FIG. 4); of the tile adjoining at the bottom, partly covered over, and this channel g2 in turn into the channel gi of the next tile and this channel gi on the surface of the next tile. In this way, indirect drainage of the folds takes place, which means that the previously common water outlet openings are superfluous.
In order to avoid the rabbet channel from overflowing, the inner rib e2 is designed lower than the outer rib c3. In this way it is possible to have several covered ribs run through as an uninterrupted system of ribs from one brick corner to the other and to achieve a finish that is particularly effective in every respect.
In order not to disturb the water in its flow in channel g2, and to be able to make this channel as narrow as possible, the rib d2 engaging in the channel is only about as high as the height difference between rib c2 and it is.
In the same way as on the top of the brick, the ribs on the underside run from one corner to the other without interruption. At the corners, the ribs of the top and bottom meet in such a way that they form the corners Eoi, Eo2 and Ezci, Eu2 and Eckausselinitte, which interlock during the covering. This creates bars in the corners that can interlock and close off the entire surface between the overlapping bricks.
The ribs on the top and bottom of the tile together with the corners thus form a single one. closed, all around the brick system running around.
The folding ribs are specially designed at the interlocking corners. So are z. B. the side ribs c_, c3 and e4 in the corners Eu, Eu., And Eu., Laterally widened; Instead of these widenings, projections can also be arranged here or the ribs can be bent outwards. In this way, they abut the head ribs ai, a2 and a3 with their widened surface, the ribs being able to be designed in the shape of a hook to further reinforce the termination.
The head and side ribs that abut or interlock in the corner cutouts form the two channels gi to e2 and g2 to e2 running around the corner; the ribs bi, b2, dz resp. d3 on the underside of the covering tile reach into the channels ei, e2. g2 resp. g3 a.
The final effect of the interlocking corners can be reinforced. in that, as shown in the exemplary embodiment, the corners form acute angles so that the corners interlock more deeply without widening the interlocking. They thus form, as it were, in front of standing cones.
