Dispositif pour transporter des bouteilles
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif pour transporter des bouteilles, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un plateau sous lequel est fixé au moins un cylindre relié à une pompe à vide, ledit cylindre étant destiné à coiffer une bouteille et à la retenir du fait de l'aspiration produite par la pompe à vide, et des moyens assurant l'étanchéité entre le cylindre et la bouteille et le centrage de cette dernière dans le cylindre.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

Le dispositif représenté comprend un plateau 1 sous lequel sont placés deux cylindres 2 et 3 dont l'extrémité supérieure est obturée par un disque 4 soudé, sur la paroi latérale des cylindres 2 et 3, et fixé contre le plateau 1 au moyen d'une vis 5 et d'un écrou 6.
Le disque 4 du cylindre 2 est pourvu de deux conduits 7 et 8 débouchant d'une part à l'intérieur du cylindre 2 et, d'autre part, au-dessus du plateau 1, en passant à travers des orifices 9 ménagés dans la paroi de ce dernier. Le disque 4 du cylindre 3 est pourvu d'un seul conduit 10 débouchant à l'intérieur du cylindre 3 et au-dessus du plateau 1, le conduit 10 étant relié au conduit 8 du cylindre 2 par l'intermédiaire d'un tuyau 1 1 en matière plastique ou en caoutchouc par exemple. Le conduit 7 est branché au moyen d'un tuyau 12, également en matière plastique ou en caoutchouc, sur une pompe à vide non représentée.
A l'intérieur de chacun des cylindres 2 et 3 est serrée une butée 13 cylindrique en matière élastique, présentant à son extrémité inférieure un tronc de cône creux 14, ladite butée étant percée de canaux 15 engagés sur les conduits 7, 8 et 10 des disques 4.
L'extrémité inférieure des cylindres 2 et 3 est pourvue d'un manchon 16 en matière élastique, en caoutchouc ou matière plastique par exemple, fixé sur les cylindres 2 et 3 par un collier 17.

Le plateau 1 étant adapté par exemple sur une machine à encaisser les bouteilles, est amené audessus des bouteilles 18 devant tre transportées, et est abaissé sur ces dernières jusqu'à ce que leur goulot vienne buter contre la paroi latérale 19 du tronc de cône creux 14 de la butée 13, cette paroi faisant glisser le goulot contre la base supérieure 20 dudit tronc de cône 14. La base supérieure 20 étant de dimensions adaptées à celles du goulot, ce dernier se trouve parfaitement centré dans son cylindre. Les dimensions du manchon 16 étant prévues de façon que ce dernier s'adapte parfaitement à la périphérie de la bouteille lorsque son goulot est appliqué contre la base supérieure 20 du tronc du cône 14, la bouteille 18 est centrée sur toute sa longueur dans son cylindre.
Sous l'action de la pompe à vide, il se produit à l'intérieur des cylindres 2 et 3, qui sont reliés entre eux par le tuyau 11, un vide qui applique fortement et de façon étanche les manchons 16 contre la périphérie des bouteilles 18 qui sont aspirées et maintenues dans les cylindres 2 et 3. A ce moment le plateau 1 peut tre soulevé et déplacé jusqu'à l'endroit où doivent tre disposées les bouteilles 18 qui sont libérées par l'arrt de l'aspiration de la pompe à vide.
I1 est à remarquer que la forme et les dimensions du tronc de cône 14 et de sa base supérieure 20 peuvent tre adaptées à tous les types de bouteilles, qu'elles soient pourvues d'une fermeture mécanique, d'une capsule ou d'un simple bouchon.
Les manchons 16 peuvent également tre adaptés à tous les types de bouteilles.
I1 est prévu de réaliser un dispositif comprenant plusieurs cylindres placés sur une ou plusieurs rangées. Lors du transport, les bouteilles ne peuvent se balancer ni s'entre-choquer, étant donné qu'elles sont solidement axées dans leurs cylindres respectifs par les butées 13 et par les manchons 16.
