Abstract

Instruments of the pneumatic opener type for opening essentially bottles corked with corks or other similar plug material by introducing a compressed gas through the cork by means of a needle (3). The cork is removed from the bottle by using differential flow rates of compressed gas and is automatically ejected from the needle. The opener may open bottles at a high rate without fatigue, without handling the bottles and without breaking the latter.

Car en effet il est cor.- posé d'une aiguille creuse pointue comportant deux trous latéraux,-relize à un piston, lui-rême guidé dans un cylindre bouché aux deux extrémités, d'une longueur équivalente à celle de l'aiguille, plus celle du piston; puis un dispositif de commande pneumatique par l'extrémité du cylindre, côté piston, on envoie un gaz comprimé ( l'étanchéité étant assurée par un joint mis à cet effet sur le piston) l'appareil étant posé sur le goulet de la bouteille à déboucher, l'action de la pression fait sortir l'aiguille du cylindre par un trou ménagé à l'autre extrémité du cylindre pour rentrer dans le bouchon, le piston étant lui percé en son axe, il permet de laisser passer le gaz dans l'aiguille creuse munie de deux trous latéraux ( côté pointue).Une fois l'aiguille enfoncée entièrement dans le bouchon et traversant le bouchon, les deux trous latéraux se trouvent dans la bouteille et le gaz comprimé faisant monter la pression à I'intérfeur de la bouteille exerce une force sur le bas du bouchon, ce qui a pour effet de pousser le bouchon hors de la bouteille. Une fois le bouchon extrait de la bouteille et la pression n'étant plus exercée sur le piston, un ressort situé dans le cylindre entre le piston et la flasque servant de bouchon côté aiguille, ayant été comprimé par la descente du piston pour effectuer le débouchage fait remonter le piston auquel est fixé l'aiguille, celle-ci étant enfoncée dans le bouchon, lui-meme étant en butée sur le bout du cylindre.Ces deux conséquences ont pour effet de faire surtir automatiquement l'aiguille du bouchon. The unblocker which is the subject of the invention makes it possible to avoid all these problems and allows industrial exploitation. REVENDICATION CLAIM Le déboucheur est composé d'une aiguille creuse pointue comportant deux trous latéraux, reliée à un piston, lui-meme guidé dans un cylindre bouché aux deux extrémités, d'une longueur équivalente à celle de l'aiguille plus celle du piston; puis un dispositif de commande pneumatique par l'extrémité du cylindre, côté piston, on envoie un gaz comprimé ('é- tanchéité étant assurée par un joint mis à cet effet sur le piston) l'appareil étant posé sur le goulot de la bouteille à déboucher, l'action de la pression fait sortir l'aiguille du cylindre par un trou aménagé à l'autre extrémité du cylindre pour rentrer dans le bouchon, le piston étant lui percé en son axe, il permet de laisser passer le gaz comprimé dans l'aiguille creuse munie de deux trous latéraux ( côté pointue une fois l'aiguille enfoncée complètement dans le bouchon et le traversant, les deux trous latéraux se trouvent dans la bouteille et le gaz comprimé faisant temonter la pression à l'intérieur de la bouteille exerce une force sur le bas du bouchon, ce qui a pour effet de pousser le bou chon hors de la bouteille.
