Sound-insulating wall and ceiling covering panel It is known to provide the ceiling, or the latter form the panels, with through holes, openings or the like for sound dampening in living and working rooms. The sound passes through the plate smoothly and is not additionally attenuated by special baffles.
The invention relates to a schallisolie-generating wall and ceiling covering panel, which is characterized by high soundproofing properties. The sound-insulating wall and ceiling covering panel is characterized according to the invention in that groove-shaped recesses are provided on at least one side of a one-part or multi-part panel, the depth of which is at least a third of the panel thickness.
In the drawing, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a partial view of a first embodiment of the plate with grooves arranged on both sides, made of Pavatex or chipboard, Fig. 2 is an end view of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 a Partial view of a second Ausfüh approximately form made of plywood with grooves arranged on both sides, Fig. 4 is an end view of Fig. 3,
Fig. 5 is a partial view of a third embodiment from Pavatex, Fig. 6 is a front view of this, Fig. 7 is a partial view of a fourth Ausfüh approximately form from Pavatex, Fig. 8 is a front view of this, Fig. 9 is a partial view of a fifth embodiment of chipboard, with grooves only on one side, FIG. 10 is an end view of FIG. 9,
11 is a partial view of a sixth embodiment made of plywood, with grooves only on one side, FIG. 12 is an end view of FIG. 11.
The wall and ceiling panel 1 shown in Figs. 1 to 4 consists of a wood fiber plate, for. B. from Pavatex (registered trademark), or from a chipboard form in the first embodiment and from a plywood sheet in the second embodiment.
In Fig. 1 and 2, the plate is provided with narrow grooves 2 on the front and wide grooves 3 on the back. The grooves 2 on the front side are offset in relation to the grooves 3 on the rear side and run on both sides in two crossing groups parallel and at equal distances from one another. On the sides of the plate, the grooves are deeper than half the plate thickness, so that the grooves 2 intersect the grooves 3 with them at the intersection points. This creates openings 4 at the intersection of the grooves 2 and the grooves 3.
When gluing the plate to the wall or ceiling, the rear grooves 3 form sound-absorbing cavities, which have 4 connection with the grooves 2 and the outside through the openings. The sound-absorbing effect of such a plate with the grooves 2, 3 is surprisingly good.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 differs from the previous one only in that the grooves 2, 3 are kept the same width on the front and back. In this case, the plate is made of plywood and can be used on both sides and glued to walls, concrete and wood.
In the third embodiment in FIGS. 5 and 6, the panels consist of two individual panels 1a and 1b glued together. The plate on the back has an uninterrupted layer as an adhesive surface. The front plate 1b is provided with grooves 2 and 3, and the rear plate 1a is provided with grooves 2a on the surface facing the former. The plate la is glued to the side facing away from the plate 1b on a base. The grooves 2 and 3 are in turn connected to one another by the openings 4.
The sound-insulating effect of this plate is rather higher than in the previous embodiments.
The grooves 2a on the underside of the upper single plate are above the grooves 3 of the lower single plate and two of them form channels K.
According to FIGS. 7 and 8, the plate again consists of two individual plates, namely the soft Pavatex plate 1 a and the hard Pavatex plate 1 b glued to it. The grooves 2 and 3 are located in the soft plate part 1a, the grooves 2 being provided on the front and the grooves 3 on the rear side thereof. 4 denote the openings already mentioned above, through which the spaces delimited by the grooves 2, 3 communicate with one another.
The plate 1b covers the grooves 3 located on the upper side of the lower plate part and in turn forms channels K.
The front plate according to FIGS. 9 and 10 is a so-called chipboard z. B. Novopan (a registered trademark), which serves as an adhesive panel. It is only provided with grooves 2 on one side. 1 b is the top layer.
According to Fig.11 and 12, the plate is made of plywood and the grooves 2 are also one-sided and extend approximately to the top layer 1b. The board described can be a wood fiber, plywood, chipboard, fiberglass, synthetic fiber, pressed cork or plastic rigid foam board, depending on the intended use.
In the case of the designs that have groove intersection openings, the latter can be used for air supply and removal. They can also be used for air circulation in ceiling and wall heating and for smoke evacuation.
