Description
Puffer, insbesondere für Schienenfahrzeuge Schienenfahrzeuge werden mit Puffern versehen, um hauptsächlich während des Rangierens auftre tende Stösse aufzunehmen. Um unangenehme Stösse während der Fahrt zu vermeiden, werden die einzel nen Schienenfahrzeuge so miteinander verbunden, dass sich die in den Puffern befindlichen Federele mente stets unter einer Vorspannung befinden.
Durch die ungleichen Schwankungen der Fahrzeuge während der Fahrt führen die aneinander anliegenden Puffer- teller relative Bewegungen aus. Demzufolge verursa chen die auf die Puffer wirkenden Kräfte eine ver hältnismässig rasche Abnützung der aus Stahl her gestellten Pufferteller, was zu einem häufigen Ersatz derselben zwingt. Ein weiterer Nachteil der aus Stahl hergestellten Pufferteller besteht darin, dass sie beim Aufeinanderstossen, insbesondere beim Rangieren, einen grossen Lärm verursachen.
Bei dem den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildenden Puffer, insbesondere für Schienenfahrzeuge, soll dieser Nachteil dadurch vermieden sein, dass der Pufferteller ganz oder teilweise aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt ist. Aus Festigkeitsgründen wird dabei vor teilhaft nur der innere Teil des Tellers aus Kunststoff ausgeführt, während der äussere Teil des Puffertellers aus Stahl hergestellt wird.
Die einzige Figur derbeiliegenden Zeichnung ver anschaulicht ein Beispiel eines erfindungsgemässen Puffers im Schnitt. Am Pufferstössel 1 ist ein. äusserer Teil 2 in Form eines Stahlringes mit Hilfe von Nieten 3 befestigt. Dieser äussere Teil 2 weist eineinRichtung des Stössels 1 erweiterte konische Bohrung 4 auf, welche die Aufgabe hat,
einen mit einem konischen Rand versehenen inneren Teil 5 aus einem Kunst stoff, beispielsweise aus Nylon, festzuhalten.
In der Figur ist als Beispiel ein bombierter Teller gezeigt. Der gezeigte Kunststoffteil lässt sich aber auch an flachen Tellern anbringen.
Selbstverständlich kann, bei Weglassung des Stahl ringes 2, der ganze Pufferteller aus Kunststoff be stehen.

Another disadvantage of the buffer plates made of steel is that they cause a lot of noise when they collide, especially when maneuvering.
In the case of the buffer forming the subject of the present invention, in particular for rail vehicles, this disadvantage is to be avoided in that the buffer plate is made entirely or partially from a plastic. For reasons of strength, only the inner part of the plate is made of plastic, while the outer part of the buffer plate is made of steel.
The single figure of the accompanying drawing illustrates an example of a buffer according to the invention in section. There is a on buffer tappet 1. outer part 2 in the form of a steel ring with the help of rivets 3 attached. This outer part 2 has a conical bore 4 widened in the direction of the plunger 1, which has the task of
a conical edge provided with an inner part 5 made of a plastic, such as nylon to hold.
In the figure, a cambered plate is shown as an example. The plastic part shown can also be attached to flat plates.
Of course, if the steel ring 2 is omitted, the entire buffer plate be made of plastic.
