Description

  

      Gartengrill       Es sind bereits im     Garten    auf     s:tellbare    Grills be  kannt geworden, welche jedoch, da sie aus Eisen  hergestellt sind, unter dem     Einfluss    der     Witterung     bald verderben. Dagegen ist bei dem den     Gegenstand     dieser Erfindung bildenden     Gartengrill        erfindungs-          gemäss    das Gehäuse aus     einem        witterungsfesten    Bau  stoff hergestellt. Dabei ist dieses Gehäuse     vorteilhaft     aus vorfabrizierten Bauelementen zusammengesetzt.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan  des ist in der Zeichnung     schaubildlich        dargestellt.     Danach besitzt der gesamthaft mit 1     bezeichnete    Grill  eine rechteckige     Bodenplatte    2, je     in    den Ecken der  selben stehende prismatische Füsse 3, eine auf den  Füssen ruhende rechteckige Sockelplatte 4 sowie eine  Rückwand 5 und     Seitenwände    6,

   welche in der     Form     eines U sich von den     Rändern    der     Sockelplatte    er  heben und einen nach     vorne    und oben offenen     Grill-          raum    bilden. Die     Sockelplatte    4 ist bei gleicher Breite  länger als die Bodenplatte 2, um an der Frontseite des  Grills eine     Abstellfläche        zu    baden.  



  Bei der     dargestellten    Ausführung sind die erwähn  ten, das Gehäuse bildenden Teile     alle    aus     armiertem     und an den Sichtflächen abgeriebenem Beton     herge-          stellt,-und    zwar als     vorfabrizierte        Bauelemente,    wel  che von jedem Laien an Ort und     Stelle    ohne Mörtel       aufgestellt    werden können.  



  Der Boden des     Grillraumes    ist mit     vorteilhaft     3 cm starken     Schamotteplatten    7 ausgelegt, auf welche  dann     Holzkohle    geschüttet wird. Diese kann z. B.     mit          Hilfe    von     Zündtabletten    entzündet werden. An der  Innenseite der Seitenwände 6 sind     in    Abständen über  einander horizontale Nuten 8 angebracht, welche zur  Aufnahme     in    verschiedenen Höhenlagen     eines    mit  Handgriffen 9     versehenen    Bratrostes 10 dienen.

   In  den nach oben gekehrten     Schmalseiten    der     Seiten-          wände    6 sind ferner nach oben offene Schlitze 11  angebracht, in welche ein Drehspiess 12 von oben         eingelegt    werden     kann.    Zum     gleichen    Zwecke weisen  auch die vorderen Enden der Seitenwände 6     ähnliche     Schlitze 11' auf.

   Unter Benützung der     Schlitze    11  können am Spiess     grössere    Bratstücke     oder    2     bis    3       Poulets    gebraten werden, wobei     dann        freilich    der  Bratrost 10 herausgenommen wird.

   In besonderen  Fällen wird der Drehspiess     in    die vorderen     Schfntze    11'       eingesetzt,    wobei     dass        Bratstück    bequem begossen  werden kann.     In    solchen Fällen wird unter den  Braten eine Saucenschale gelegt, während hinter dem  Drehspiess, mit     Glutkörben,        eine    stehende Glut     auf-          gestellt    wird.  



  Die     Zubehörteile    (Bratrost,     Drehspiess)    werden       selbstverständlich    versorgt; das Gehäuse des     Grills     kann jedoch Winter und Sommer im Freien ver  bleiben, ohne dadurch Schaden zu nehmen.  



  Es ist möglich, den beschriebenen     Grill',    z. B. aus  ästhetischen     Gründen,    mit     Natursteinen    oder     Ziegeln     zu     ummauern.  



      Garden grill Adjustable grills are already known in the garden, but because they are made of iron, they soon spoil under the influence of the weather.   An embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown diagrammatically in the drawing. Thereafter, the overall designated 1 grill has a rectangular base plate 2, each in the corners of the same standing prismatic feet 3, a rectangular base plate 4 resting on the feet and a rear wall 5 and side walls 6,

   which in the shape of a U rise from the edges of the base plate and form a grill area that is open to the front and top. The base plate 4 is longer than the base plate 2 with the same width in order to bathe a storage area on the front of the grill.



  In the embodiment shown, the aforementioned parts forming the housing are all made of reinforced concrete that has been rubbed off on the visible surfaces, namely as prefabricated components that can be set up on site by any layperson without mortar.



  The bottom of the grill space is lined with preferably 3 cm thick fireclay plates 7, on which charcoal is then poured. This can e.g. B. be ignited with the help of ignition tablets. On the inside of the side walls 6, horizontal grooves 8 are attached at intervals above one another, which are used to hold a grid 10 provided with handles 9 at different heights.

   In the upwardly facing narrow sides of the side walls 6 there are also upwardly open slots 11, into which a rotary spit 12 can be inserted from above. For the same purpose, the front ends of the side walls 6 also have similar slots 11 '.

   Using the slots 11, larger pieces of roasting meat or 2 to 3 chickens can be roasted on the skewer, in which case the roasting grid 10 is of course removed.

   In special cases, the rotisserie spit is inserted into the front doors 11 'so that the roast can be comfortably basted. In such cases a sauce bowl is placed under the roast, while standing embers are placed behind the rotisserie spit with ember baskets.



  The accessories (gridiron, rotisserie spit) are of course supplied; However, the housing of the grill can be left outside in winter and summer without being damaged.



  It is possible to use the described grill ', e.g. B. for aesthetic reasons to wall with natural stone or bricks.
