Über dem Back raum 3, welcher gleichzeitig als Feuerstelle dient, ist ein pyramidenstumpfförmig verlaufender, aus Metall blechwänden gefertigter Aufsatz 11 angeordnet, dessen Innenraum 12 als Grill- Räucher- und Abluftabzug dient. Unmittelbar über der Decke 6 des Backraumes 3 befin det sich wenigstens ein Feuerrost 13, auf dessen Ober fläche Grillkohle aufgelegt werden kann. Über dem Feu errost 13 sind im Abstand, wie an sich bekannt, ein Grillrost bzw. Grillspieße 14 zur Aufnahme des Grill gutes angeordnet, welche in seitlichen Lagerstellen 15 der Aufsatzwände 11 mechanisch oder elektrisch dreh bar gelagert sind. Im oberen Teil des Aufsatzes 11 sind Querstäbe 16 eingesetzt, an welchen die Räucher stücke an Aufhängehaken 17 befestigt werden können. An der Vorderseite des Aufsatzes 11 befindet sich eine nicht dargestellte Verkleidungsplatte, welche beim Grillprozeß entfernt wird, während diese beim Räucher prozeß am Aufsatzteil 11 verschlossen bleibt. Im letz teren Fall erfolgt die Abluft der Feuerstelle im Back raum 3 über einen Stellschieber 18, der sich über einen Ausschnitt 19 der Decke 6 des Backraumes 3 erstreckt. Zum Grillen kann zusätzlich die aus dem Backraum 3 überfällig gewordene Glutkohle entnommen und dem Rost (13) des Grillgerätes zugeführt werden, wodurch eine wesentliche Brennstoffeinsparung ermöglicht wird. Ferner besteht bei der vorgeschlagenen Anordnung der Gerätekonstruktion die Möglichkeit gegrilltes Fleisch im Backraum 3 warm zu halten.
