Gemäß .dar Erfindung wird ein als Tischgerät geeigneter Elektroherd dadurch geschaffen, daß die Back- und Brateinrichtung seitlich neben, den Kochplatten angeordnet und versenkt in das: Rahmengehäuse eingebaut ist. Gemäß einer Ausführungsform des. Gegenstandes. der Erfindung ist das. Gehäuse dar Back- und Brateinrichtung mit einem aufklappbaren Deckel versehen.
