Abstract

Die Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe, ein vielseitig verwendbares Grilliergerät zu schaffen, mit dem nicht nur Fleischstücke auf einem Rost grilliert werden können, sondern das sich gleichermassen zum Grillieren von Poulets und zum Herstellen von Raclettes eignet. Das Mehrzweck- Grilliergerät weist als tragendes Element einen mit Ringnuten la versehenen Stab 1 auf, der an seinem unteren Ende zugespitzt ist, um ihn bei Bedarf in natürlichen Boden einstecken zu können; ein Teller 2 begrenzt dabei die Eindringtiefe. Wenn das Gerät auf festem, ebenem Bodenaufgestellt werden soll, wird das untere Stabende in einen mehrarmigen Füss 5 eingesteckt, der Stellschrauben 4 zum Ausgleich von Bodenunebenheiten aufweist. Das mit 6 bezeichnete Heizelement ist in dem in der Zeichnung dargestellten Anwendungsfall über dem Grillrost 5 angeordnet. Die beiden Teile 5,6 und auch der Bratspiess 9 sind mit Traghülsen 7 versehen, mit denen sie in der gewünschten Höhe am Stab 1 fixiert werden können. In den Hülsen sind federbelastete Kugeln angeordnet, die in die Ringnuten la des Stabes einrasten, zum Fixieren dienen die an jeder Hülse 7 vorgesehenen Flügelschrauben 8. In dem in Fig.1 dargestellten Fall ist das Gerät zum Grillieren eines auf dem Drehspiess 9 angebrachten Fleischstückes, insbesondere Poulet, eingerichtet. Der Grillrost 5 dient hier lediglich als Träger für den auf ihm mittels Führungshülsen 11 verschiebbaren Saucen- und Abtropfbehälter 10. Der aus Boden 14 und Deckel 15 bestehende Kohlebehälter steht hier mit seiner grob perforierten Hauptabstrahlungsfläche vertikal.Die Rückwand und die schmale Unterseite des Bodens 14 sind mit einer Vielzahl kleiner Lufteintrittslöcher versehen. Deckel 13 und Boden sind über ein Scharnier 15 miteinander verbunden, damit in aufgeklapptem Zustand ( Fig.2) Kohle nachgefüllt werden kann. Am Boden 14 sind über Scharniere ein- und ausklappbare Windschutzbleche 16 angeordnet, die mit einem Griff 16a versehen sind. Ein weiteres Paar von Windschutzblechen 17 ist oben am Deckel 15 über Scharniere schwenkbar angebracht. Diese Bleche 17, die im Betrieb sehr heiss werden, können in ihrer Winkellage so eingestellt werden, dass sich besonders günstige Abstrahlungsverhältnisse ergeben. Die an diesen Blechen 17 angeordneten Handgriffe 18 dienen einerseits dazu den gewünschten Abstrahlungswinkel einzustellen, gleichzeitig aber auch dazu, den Deckel des Kohlebehälters zu verschwenken um Kohle nachzufüllen. Bei ganz nach unten geschwenktem Deckel 15 können die seitlichen und oberen Windschutzbleche 16 bzw. 17 eingeklappt werden, so dass sie bei geschlossenem Deckel vollständig im Kohlebehälter aufgenommen sind und somit das ganze Heizelement ein kompaktes, flaches Paket bildet. Das Gerät kann/in der in Fig.2 dargestellten Zusammensetzung auch als Baclette Ofen verwendet werden. Dazu wird der Saucenbehälter 10 mit seinen Führungen 11 nach aussen gezogen und um 180 umgeklappt, so dass sein flacher Boden als Käseauflage dienen kann. Als Abstützung für diese Auflage dient dabei ein von einem Stativbein hochklappbarer Stützstab 19, der in eine Halterungshülse 20 am Saucebehälter eingreift. Wird das Gerät mit in den Boden bis zum Teller 2 einptecktem Trägerstab 1 verwendet, dann stützt sich der umgeklappte Sauceribehälter 10 direkt auf dem Boden ab. Will man Fleischstücke oder anderes Bratgut direkt auf dem Rost 5 grillieren, dann wird das Heizelement mit der anderen am Eoden 14 angeordneten Hülse 7 auf den Trägerstab 1 aufgesteckt, so dass nun die Hauptabstrahlungsflache horizontal liegt und der Rost 5 wird über dem Heizelement montiert.
