Fig. 3 zeigt in Seitenansicht einen Steuerschalter. Fig. 4 zeigt eine Stirnansicht hierzu in Richtung des Pfeiles A in Fig. 3.
Entertainment game In Swiss Patent No. 338746, an entertainment game with a magnet slidably arranged under a plate for moving a figure located on the plate is already explained. A course for the figure is marked on the plate by appropriate elevations. It is therefore a matter of moving the magnet located under the plate along this course so that the figure is directed past the corresponding elevations without hitting them.
When bumping into it, it can happen that the figure gets out of the magnetic force field and thus remains lying and has to be looked for again by directing the magnet back. In order to be able to move the magnet parallel to the plate in any direction, two drive elements are provided, by means of which the magnet can be moved independently of one another in two directions at right angles to one another.
When actuating the drive elements by hand by means of a hand crank or a hand wheel, the operator can prevent the figure from being released from the magnet by working emotionally with some skill, which is not the case with a motorized drive. For this reason, the idea of the motor drive has not yet been able to be implemented in practice in a satisfactory manner.
The present invention now overcomes this disadvantage and relates to an entertainment game of the type mentioned, which is characterized in that the displacement of the magnet is carried out by hand-controlled, motorized drive and the magnet is only within one under the plate, by profiling Formed Füh approximate path can move to prevent stripping of the Fi gur from the magnet. In this way, the magnet can be guided so that it remains within the predetermined course of the figure.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a floor plan with the deck slab lifted and the toy figure omitted.
FIG. 2 shows a cross section along the line II-II in FIG. 1.
3 shows a control switch in a side view. FIG. 4 shows an end view for this in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 3.
FIG. 5 shows, in the same representation as FIG. 3, another exemplary embodiment of the control switch. Apart from the motor drive, the movement of the magnet takes place mainly with the means described in the aforementioned Swiss Patent No. 388746, according to which, below the track or cover plate 1, a traverse 2 crossing the playing field in one direction by means of parallel guide rails 3 in the longitudinal direction of the latter is slidably mounted.
The traverse 2 is provided at one end with a driver 4, which engages in an endless chain 5, which runs over two deflection wheels 6 and 7, which are located at opposite ends of the playing field, with the deflection roller 7 being interposed a slip clutch 8 can be driven by a reversible electric motor 9. On the cross member 2 a slide 10 is mounted slidably longitudinally, which carries a vertical permanent magnet 11.
The carriage 10 has on the underside four rotatable guide rollers 12, which rails in parallel U-shaped guide rails 13 of the traverse are guided. For the sake of better clarity, the traverse is only illustrated by these guide rails 13 in FIG. According to FIG. 1, the slide 10 is driven by an endless pulling element in the form of a link chain 14,
which runs over two deflecting wheels 15 and 16 rotatably mounted on the ends of the traverse. The coupling of the chain 14 to the carriage 10 takes place via a coupling magnet 17.
The deflection wheel 15 sits longitudinally, but not rotatable on a parallel to the guide rails NEN 3 rotatably mounted prismatic, in particular square shaft 18 (Fig. 1), which at one end outside the playing field carries a sprocket 19 belonging to a chain drive 20, the with a slip clutch 21 in between by a controllable electric motor 22 can be driven.
By controlling the motors 9, 22 in one direction or the other with different speed levels seen before, the Tra verse 2 and independently of it one after the other or at the same time, the carriage 10 with the magnet 11 along the traverse in the other direction across the entire playing field .
As can be seen from Fig. 2, sits on the deck plate a game figure in the form of a simulated car 23, which has an iron plate 24 centrally between the wheels, which is arranged above the cover plate 1 with little play. Similarly, one pole of the magnet 11, which is designed as a vertical rod, is located directly below the plate 1, so that the car figure 23 follows the movements of the magnet.
On the cover plate 1 there are elevations 25 which in their entirety form a course in a known manner, not shown, which the car figure 23 is to traverse. The elevations can therefore be designed in the form of houses which delimit streets, traffic islands and other obstacles, etc.
In order to prevent the magnet 11 from losing contact with the car figure 23 as far as possible, a ball bearing is arranged at the lower end of the magnet 11, the inner ring 26 of which sits firmly on the magnet 11, while the outer ring 27 cooperates with guides that run through a profiling 28 is formed which is located at the level of the ball bearing and is delimited by corresponding elevations 29 which are located on a guide track profile plate 30. The profiling 28 is modeled on the course for the car 23 formed by the elevations 25 on the lane or cover plate 1.
The plate 30 closes at the same time the movement space of the magnet from below and therefore serves as a. Floor or intermediate floor of the table frame comprising all the components of the usual type.
The corners of the guideway profiling 28 can have bevels or rounded-offs which ensure a gradual transition from one direction to the other in the event of changes in direction.
According to FIG. 2, the profile plate 30 is provided with an opening 31 at certain points in the guideway, into which a U-shaped, upwardly bent part 32 of a contact spring 33 projects. This contact spring is secured to the plate 30 in an insulating manner by means of screws 34 and is supplied with control current through a line 35. The free end 36 of the contact spring 33 cooperates with the free end of a further contact spring 37, which is also attached to the plate 30 by means of screws 34 and connected to a power line 38.
The lines 35, 38 are in a control circuit, which can be used for registration purposes or signaling and is closed when the magnet located above the part 32 is passed through. As soon as the magnet leaves the point in question, the contact spring 33 springs with its free end 36 downwards, whereby the circuit is opened.
Such control current switches can be provided at several predetermined locations on the plate 30.
The profiling 28 can also be located at one of its place below the track slab 1, namely above the cross member 2, for. B. Immediately on the underside of the plate 1. At this a counter-profile is then, so to speak, formed by a corresponding increase in relation to the course marked by the elevations 25. Of course, the ball bearing 26, 27 must then be at the same height as the profile.
In the embodiment of the control switch according to FIG. 5, it is assumed that, as provided in the diagram according to FIG. 1, each of the two drive elements 5 or 18 is actuated by its own reversible electric motor, both of which can be controlled by a common control element . This control member has a two-armed lever 39 which is mounted in a carrier 41 by means of a ball joint 40.
One lever arm is provided with a handle 42, while the other lever arm carries a round control disk 43 at the free end, which works with four pairs of spring contacts which are arranged around the control disk 43 offset by 90 relative to one another. The con tact pairs 44 are in the control circuit 45 for the forward gear of a motor, for. B. the motor 9 in Fig. 1. The diametrically opposite angeord designated contact pairs 46 are in the control circuit 47 for the reverse gear of the same motor. Similarly, the pairs of contacts 48 are in the control circuit 49 for the forward gear of the other motor, for. B. 22.
The last, invisible contact pair is then in the control circuit for the reverse operation of this motor.
By appropriately pivoting the lever 39, the operator can turn each motor on and off again with one hand at will, either in the forward or reverse direction. He can also switch both motors on and off at the same time by a corresponding diagonal movement of the handle 42 in the various combinaions with respect to the forward and backward movement of the same. The speed regulation of the motors he follows suitably through a separate control element by the other hand of the operator, with the option of choosing the right speed for each motor.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, it is provided that both drive elements 5 and 18 (FIG. 1) can be driven by a common electric motor, contrary to the representation in the drawing, but can again be controlled by a common control element. This again has the control lever explained with reference to FIG. 5, the matching reference numerals of which are identical in both cases.
It differs from the control lever according to FIG. 5 that the control disk located at the free end of the lever 39 is designed as a friction disk 50 rotatably mounted on the lever 39, which is driven by the drive motor by means of a flexible shaft 51. Each drive member 5 or 18 (FIG. 1) then has two friction wheels 52, 53 or 54, 55 coupled to one another by a chain drive 52 ', 53', 56 or 54 ', 55', 57, with the endless tension members 56 and 57, respectively.
The friction wheels 52, 53, 54, 55 are again set at 9011 against each other around the steering wheel 50, so that the steering wheel 50 can optionally be brought into engagement with any of the four friction wheels 52-55 by pivoting the lever 39 accordingly. If the steering wheel 50 z. B. brought into engagement with the friction wheel 52, then the drive 52 ', 53', 56 is driven in one direction, whereby the ent speaking drive member, for. B. 5 in Fig. 1, is moved in one direction. If the movement is to take place in the other direction, the steering wheel 50 is brought into engagement with the friction wheel 53 by pivoting the lever 39 accordingly.
The same is true when engaging the steering wheel 50 with the friction wheels 54 and 55, for the other drive organ z. B. 18 (Fig. 1).
So there is no need for a reversible motor to operate both drive elements at will in forward or reverse gear.
Analogously to the control member according to FIG. B. 52 and 54 are made by moving the lever 39 in the diagonal direction. In this way, the various combinations for the drive in the forward or reverse gear of the two links 5, 18 can again be achieved.
Here, too, the speed gradations of the common motor can be achieved by means of a separate control element which can be operated with the other hand of the operator. If both drive elements are to be driven at different speeds at the same time, special gear ratios can be switched on for each drive element so that, despite the common drive, the speed of one drive element can be reduced or increased compared to the other.
