Fig. 8 zeigt, wie die Radachse19 in einem Wa gen29 befestigt sein kann, der auf Rollen30 in Nuten26 der Stützbeine 14 läuft.
Forklift When handling goods, low loading platform forms, so-called. Pallets, are used together with forklifts whose lifting members, e.g. B. in the form of forks, are driven under the platform, whereupon it can be lifted and transported further by means of the forklift.
Forklift trucks are performed in various ways, e.g. B. as a counterbalance forklift, as a support leg stacker or as a combination of two of these types. There are two types of support leg stacker, namely the so-called narrow-gauge type, in which U-shaped lifting forks are attached over the support legs with wheels, and so-called wide-gauge ones, in which the support legs equipped with wheels are attached to the side of the Lifting forks and outside the same.
The counterbalance forklift however has the disadvantage that it is heavy and expensive and requires a large width of the aisles in which it is to work. On the other hand, it is easy to operate and can be driven at great speed. The narrow-gauge support leg stacker, on the other hand, requires a smaller aisle width, but has poor lateral stability and low speed.
The wide-track support leg stacker is better in this respect, but it also requires space on the side and only a certain load width can be handled. Forklifts with an extendable frame are relatively heavy and expensive and have the disadvantages of counterbalanced forklifts when the load is to be picked up.
The invention relates to a forklift truck that combines various advantages of the various types of forklifts now available without having their disadvantages. The subject matter of the invention thus makes it possible to a large extent to meet the requirement that the forklift's support legs have large wheels and allow thin forks and good lateral stability as well as sufficient free height and high travel speed are ensured that the forklift is small and at the same time is easy, convenient to use and cheap and only requires a narrow aisle width and can accommodate various types of loads.
The invention is characterized in that at least one set of the larger bicycles along the support legs in the longitudinal direction thereof from a rear position on the chassis itself, in which the support wheels of the support legs rest on the travel mat, are arranged to be displaceable to a front position, in which these bicycles are in front of the chassis and lift the front part of the support legs with the support wheels from the base.
Some embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a self-propelled forklift from the side, with the support legs resting on the base by means of the small front wheels; Fig. 2 shows the forklift with the forks are raised; ; FIG. 3 shows the stacker from above, with individual parts being omitted ; FIG. 4 shows the stacker from FIG B> 5 shows on a smaller scale how the forklift can be driven over a threshold or elevation ;
Fig. 6 to 8 show different Ausführungsfor men in which the front pair of large bicycles can be brought into the front position to accommodate the load in which the small wheels are kept raised. ; Fig. 9 shows, roughly in the same way as Fig. 1-3 , a larger forklift truck with large ones that can be moved on the support legs Bicycles and with small steering wheels on the front ends of the support legs.
In FIGS. 1-5, a forklift truck with a chassis 1 with a drive and steering wheel 2 is shown, which has an electric motor built into the hub 3 / B> and is attached to a fastening support 4, which is pivotable by means of a ball bearing 5 around a vertical tube 6 on the frame 1 , where when routed through the tubular cable and control devices after the engine.
The truck has a steering wheel 7, from which the steering movement after the motor mounting bracket 4 z. B. is transferred by means of a chain 8 . The control mechanism can, however, also be designed in other ways.
At the front of the chassis a Hebege is alternate 9 attached, the z. B. consists of two upright standing U-profile beams, between which a carriage provided with rollers 11 with lifting forks 13 z. B. by means of a hydraulic cylinder-piston unit 12 (in Fig. 1 and 2) can be raised. The lifting forks 13 can have a U-shaped cross-section with the # opening facing down.
On each side of the frame 9 there is also a so-called support leg 14, which consists of an approximately horizontal arm which is carried on its rear part and a small support wheel 15 'on its front end / B> Made of hard material. These support legs can either be stored in a stationary manner on a horizontal axis on the frame 1 of the forklift, and in this case the legs incline slightly forward in the position according to FIG. 1 down. The legs can also be placed on the lifting frame 9 e.g. B. be movably mounted at 16 and can then rela tively to the lifting frame z.
B. be lowered by means of a hydraulic cylinder-piston unit 17 . In the position according to FIG. 1, the fork arms extend down below the support legs 14 in their lowest position.
Along these support legs 14 are two large bicycles 18, z. B. rubber wheels, movable angeord net, so that they can be moved in the L: longitudinal direction of the support legs from a rear position according to FIG. 1 into a front position according to FIG. The wheels 18 sit on a common axis 19 on which two brackets 20 are attached, which run on the outside of the support legs. The brackets 20 and thus also the axis 19 and the large wheels 18 are mounted on these support legs by means of rollers 21 which roll against the underside of the support legs 14, thereby causing the displacement movement the wheels 18 is made easier.
A plate 22, which carries four rollers 23 , which roll against the inside of the support legs and the wheel axle 19 , is also attached to the wheel axle 19 guide in the displacement movement of the wheels 18 .
The wheel axle 19 is pushed outwards (FIG. 2) and inwards (FIG. 1) by a hydraulic cylinder-piston unit 24 with piston rod 24a. The consoles 20 are designed in such a way that in their inner position (FIG. 1) they prevent the large support leg wheels 18 from being displaced outwards when the lifting forks 13 to be in too low a position.
In the outer position of the large support leg wheels (FIG. 2), the consoles 20 also prevent a load platform (P, FIG. 4) resting on the lifting forks from being placed on these wheels. This is because the upper ends of the consoles 20 support the lifting forks 13, as can be seen from FIG. 4.
Fig. 1 shows the stacker with the large support leg wheels 18 retracted in the rear position, whereby they are raised slightly above the floor to enable the truck to be steered. In this position, however, they also act as support wheels for the lateral stability of the forklift if it wants to fall sideways.
When they are extended into the position according to FIG. 2, they go down towards the floor and, in the fully extended position, lift the front part of the support legs with the small wheels 15 from the floor and take over the pressure of the load of this according to FIG. 2. By the articulated Ver connection of the support legs z. B. with the lifting frame 9 at 16 this assumes a position inclined backwards in the position of the support legs according to FIG.
Because the center of the set of large wheels 18 in the position according to FIG. 2 is exactly below the center of gravity of the load resting on the forks, the wheels 18 give this The forklift has very good stability when driving, even in tight bends, since steering with the rear wheel 2 and possibly also a support wheel 25 articulated on the chassis 1 (Fig. 3) takes place. In FIG. 3, one of the lifting forks 13 has been removed in order to clearly show support legs and support leg wheels.
Fig. 5 shows how a person with the forklift can swing down the support legs 14 by means of the hydraulic unit 17 and its articulated connection to the rear part of the support legs and the frame > 1 can bend the truck and thereby facilitate driving over ramp bridges and the like. This is made possible by the fact that the lifting frame in the position shown in FIG.
According to FIG. 6, each support leg 14 has a rail 14a which is inclined forwardly downward in relation to the support leg and on which the rollers 21 roll. This Ausfüh tion is due to the fact that the support leg is arranged as low as possible in relation to the floor and its cross-section wants to be as high as possible for reasons of strength.
Fig. 7 shows another embodiment with articulated lugs 26, which by means of rollers 27 in a groove 28 of the support legs to run. The wheel axle 19 is attached to the upper end of this joint bracket. By means of a piston rod 24a of the hydraulic unit 24, the brackets 26 can be moved forward and pivoted downward when the lower end of the brackets is stopped at the end of the grooves 28 , whereby the The front part of the support legs 14 is raised so that their little wheel 15 is lifted from the floor.
Fig. 8 shows how the wheel axle 19 can be fastened in a carriage 29 which is on rollers 30 in grooves 26 the support legs 14 runs. The front ends of the support legs 14 are raised by a hydraulic cylinder-piston unit 31 which, when the car is driven to the front end of the grooves, receives pressure oil from the hydraulic unit 24, whose piston rod 32 </ B> in this case consists of a tube.
The larger fork lift truck shown in FIGS. 9, 10 and 11 has large displaceable support leg wheels, like the one described above, but the front part is the support legs provided with small articulated wheels 33 which replace the small wheels 15 according to Fig. 1 . This stack is designed in such a way that it rides on these wheels even when the large support leg wheels 18 are in their inner position (Fig. 9).
The wheels 33 should only absorb the load pressure while the load is lifted and, if necessary, pushed back out of a compartment or the like.
The hydraulic cylinder-piston unit 17 is connected to the cylinder of the unit 12 'of the hub frame 9 and receives an oil pressure from this through a line 12a. In this way, when lifting the load by means of the forks 13 , this stacker forms a combination of a counterweight stacker and a support leg stacker to keep the wheels 33 from its own weight even while the load is being picked up to relieve the forklift.
After the large support leg wheels 18 have been pushed out into the position according to FIG. 10 , the forks 13 as in FIG. 2 are in a raised position, the stacker works as a support leg stacker.
The forklift according to FIGS. 9-11 is provided with rear steering wheels 34. From the motor 35 power transmission elements 36 , e.g. B. a chain to a telescopic axle 37 which is connected to a cardan 38 by means of which the front wheels 18 assigned to the support legs are driven can be. A pressurized oil apparatus 39 is available for the various hydraulic units.
