Description
Kochtopf Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kochtopf zur Verwendung mit einem gasförmigen Heizmittel, z. B. Gas, Azetylen-, Petroldampf oder dergleichen. Es ist bekannt, dass z. B. bei Gaskoch herden Heizgase und von der Flamme erzeugte Heiss luft rund um den Kochtopf nach oben streichen, wo durch ein unerwünscht grosser Teil von Wärme für die Erwärmung des Kochgutes verlorengeht.
Dieser Nachteil kann mittels des erfindungsge mässen Kochtopfes dadurch beseitigt werden, dass er einen doppelwandigen Mantel aufweist, der aus einer inneren und einer davon distanzierten äusseren Wand besteht, wobei der ringförmige, von diesen Wänden begrenzte Raum nach unten offen ist.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausfüh rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Der dargestellte Kochtopf 1 weist einen doppel wandigen Mantel 2 auf, der aus einer inneren und einer äusseren Wand 3 bzw. 4 besteht. Die Wände 3, 4 sind koaxial angeordnet und durch einen oberen gemeinsamen Rand 5 miteinander starr verbunden. Sie können aus einem Stück bestehen oder aneinander befestigt, z. B. geschweisst, werden. Zwischen den beiden Wänden 3, 4 ist ein radialer lichter Abstand h vorgesehen. Ferner weist die Wand 3 an ihrem oberen Ende Öffnungen 6 auf. Der Stiel 7 ist an dem Mantel 2 in an sich bekannter Weise angebracht. Der Durchmesser der inneren Wand 4 entspricht dem nor malen Durchmesser eines Kochtopfes üblicher Bauart.
Heizgase und von der Gasflamme erwärmte Luft ge- langen zwischen die Wände 3, 4 und können den ringförmigen Zwischenraum zwischen diesen Wänden nur durch die Öffnungen 6 verlassen. Dadurch wird aber die Wand 4 viel schneller als bei üblichen Koch töpfen erwärmt und gleichzeitig mit ihr das Kochgut. Es ist somit möglich, bei gleichbleibendem Gasver brauch einen besseren Wirkungsgrad zu erreichen. Die Öffnungen 6 könnten auch mindestens teilweise in dem Rand 5 vorgesehen werden. Der Rand kann Abflachungen haben, damit der Topfinhalt über die selben hinweg ohne auszuziehen ausgeschüttet wer den kann.
Cooking pot The present invention relates to a cooking pot for use with a gaseous heating medium, e.g. B. gas, acetylene, petroleum vapor or the like. It is known that e.g. B. with gas cookers heating gases and hot air generated by the flame sweep up around the saucepan, where an undesirably large amount of heat for heating the food is lost.
This disadvantage can be eliminated by means of the saucepan according to the invention in that it has a double-walled jacket consisting of an inner wall and an outer wall spaced therefrom, the annular space delimited by these walls being open at the bottom.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown. The cooking pot 1 shown has a double-walled jacket 2, which consists of an inner and an outer wall 3 and 4, respectively. The walls 3, 4 are arranged coaxially and rigidly connected to one another by an upper common edge 5. They can be made in one piece or attached to one another, e.g. B. be welded. A radial clear distance h is provided between the two walls 3, 4. Furthermore, the wall 3 has openings 6 at its upper end. The handle 7 is attached to the jacket 2 in a manner known per se. The diameter of the inner wall 4 corresponds to the normal diameter of a saucepan of conventional design.
Heating gases and air heated by the gas flame pass between the walls 3, 4 and can only leave the annular space between these walls through the openings 6. As a result, however, the wall 4 is heated much faster than with conventional cooking pots and at the same time the food is heated with it. It is thus possible to achieve better efficiency while using the same gas consumption. The openings 6 could also be provided at least partially in the edge 5. The edge can have flattened areas so that the contents of the pot can be poured out over the same without pulling out.
