Additional patent to the main patent No. 314373 The main patent relates to a control device for regulating or measuring devices with nozzle valves controllable by a pulse generator for letting in and out a pressure medium into and out of the pressure actuation system of the regulating or measuring device.
According to the patent claim of the main patent, this control device is characterized in that a rocker arm, which is arranged in the pressure chamber of the device and provided with nozzle closure surfaces in the same direction at two support points, which in the state of equilibrium with its two nozzle closure surfaces on the two opposite mouths of an inlet nozzle and an outlet nozzle rests and thus keeps both nozzles closed,
can be tilted by the pulse generator connected to it, depending on its deflection direction, either for the purpose of opening the inlet nozzle around the mouth of the outlet nozzle or vice versa for the purpose of opening the outlet nozzle around the mouth of the inlet nozzle.
The present invention aims to improve a control device of the above type, in which an inlet nozzle and an outlet nozzle protrude parallel to one another into the housing and can be released alternately by a closing plate that can be tilted by a force exerted by the pulse generator, in particular to simplify it while reducing the space required and cheaper. According to the invention, this is achieved by
that the closure plate is held elastically on the two nozzles and by the action of a third fixed point and can be tilted by the force of the pulse generator acting at a point outside the support point.
According to a particularly advantageous and simple exemplary embodiment of the invention, the closure plate is held by a torsion leaf spring fastened in the housing. The support of the plate system happens-2veehB2äfg-ih- a fixed point which lies on the central axis crossing the connecting line of the two nozzles, in which the torsion leaf spring or the other tilting joint system of the closure plate is also stretched.
In a simple manner, this support can take place through the fixed point on the lower surface of an angle plate connected to the closure plate, with the actuator of the pulse generator, z on the free leg of the angle plate at a suitable distance from the fixed point. B. a rod or a. Attacks ram.
If a leaf spring is used to hold the closure plate, the spring force of the leaf spring may already be sufficient to hold the plate elastically on the two nozzles and on the third fixed point. However, since the leaf spring should be easily twistable, or if. If a corresponding holding element is used in its place, it is expedient to have a special spring act on the closure plate or on the angle plate from above, which spring presses the plate onto the nozzles and the fixed point.
The force of this spring can advantageously be adjusted from the outside.
In the drawing, the invention is illustrated in one embodiment, for example.

FIG. 2 shows a horizontal section through the power switch along the line A-B of FIG.
Fig. 3 shows a rotated by 90 compared to Fig. 1, partially sectioned side view of the Ge advises, wherein the closure plate is in the state of equilibrium and closes both nozzles.

FIG. 5 shows a side view analogous to FIG. 3 with the upper part omitted, the closure plate being tilted to the other side and the left nozzle being open.
Fig. 6 shows a plan view of the leaf spring drawn out for itself.
Fig. 7 shows a plan view of the angle plate drawn out for itself.
FIG. 8 shows, on an enlarged scale, a section along the line C-D in FIG. 2.
FIG. 9 shows, on an enlarged scale, a section along the line E-F of FIG. 2, and FIG. 10 shows, on an enlarged scale, a section along the line G -H of FIG. 2.
The device is mounted on a base plate 1 on which a cover 2 is attached by means of screws, not shown in detail. An actuating element 4 of a pulse generator, for example a rod, a wire or a plunger, is guided axially displaceably through a rubber hose 3 which is inserted centrally into the cover 2 and has a small hole,
Wel Ches is adjustably fastened by means of a screw 8 in a bore 5 of the bellows base 6 of a metal spring bellows 7.
In the interior 9 of the housing 1, 2 lead three lines 10, 11, 12: The line 10 opens through a hole 13 in the base plate 1 freely in the Ge housing interior 9 and leads z. B. to a indicating and / or writing manometer or to a servomotor or other measuring or control device. The line 11 opens into an outlet nozzle 14, and the line 12 opens into an inlet nozzle 15.
The two nozzles 14, 15 are screwed parallel to each other in threaded bores 16 and 17 (Fig. 10) of the base plate 1 so that they can be easily replaced.
A closure plate 18 is tiltably mounted above the nozzles 14, 15 which z. B. can be made of metal or provided with a rubber lining 19. The closure plate 18 is attached to the free end of a gate leaf spring 20 by means of a screw 22 with the interposition of an angle plate 21. The other end of the leaf spring 20 is clamped on a bearing block 23.
In its central axis, wel che runs through the bearing block 23 and the center between the two nozzles 14 and 15, the angle plate 21 connected to the leaf spring 20 is additionally supported by a support 25 screwed into the base plate 1 by means of a thread 24, which next to the nozzles 14, 15 forms the third fixed point. The support 25 protrudes freely through a correspondingly large bore 26 in the leaf spring 20.
A spring 27 acts from above on the leaf spring 20 between the support point 25 and the closure plate 18 and is held firmly by means of a spring plate 28. The spring plate 28 lies under the head of a screw 29 which is guided with play through the overlying bores 30 and 31 of the angle plate 21 or the leaf spring 20 and is screwed into a corresponding threaded bore 32 of the base plate 1. In this way, the tension of the compression spring 27 can be adjusted from the outside.
The actuating rod 4 is attached to the free leg 33 of the angle plate 21. Instead, a plunger that rests freely on the leg 33 can also be used. In this case, a counter spring 34 provides the necessary frictional connection from below.
The closure plate 18 or the ver related angle plate 21 with the leaf spring 20 is in the state of equilibrium (Fig. 1 and 3) in three fixed points supported, namely on the two nozzles 14 and 15 and on the support 25. The two nozzles are closed here.
When the bellows 6, 7 is compressed by the pulse generator under the action of an outside force acting in the direction of the arrow drawn in FIG. 3, the rod 4 pushes the angle sheet metal leg 33 in the direction of the arrow drawn in FIG. 5 below. As a result, the angle plate 21 tilts with the closure plate 18 with the corresponding torsion of the leaf spring 20 around the right nozzle 14 and the support 25, the closure plate 18 from the left nozzle 15, so from the inlet nozzle lifts.
As a result, compressed air flows into the interior 9 of the device and increases the internal pressure until the internal force and the external force are balanced. The bellows 6, 7 then expands again, the system comes into equilibrium, and both nozzles 14, 15 are closed again from the plate 18 ver.
If the external force becomes smaller, then the internal force pushes the bellows 6, 7 apart. Since the rod 4 pulls the angle lever arm 33 upward in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. As a result, the angle plate 21 with the closure plate 18 tilts around the left nozzle 15 with a corresponding twisting of the leaf spring 20 and lifts off from the right nozzle 14, that is to say from the outlet nozzle and possibly also from the support 25.
As a result, compressed air escapes from the interior 9 of the housing until the state of equilibrium is restored and the closure plate 18 closes both nozzles again.
The small hole or the clearance in the rubber hose 3 when carrying out the rod 4 causes a throttling effect through which the pressure increase or decrease in the bellows 6, 7 is delayed ver against the internal pressure in the housing space 9. This avoids unwanted vibrations in the system.
