Mobile device for reloading pourable building material from a dump truck into a transport container with a smaller capacity.According to the construction methods that are widely used today, the concrete is no longer prepared on the construction site, but for economic reasons is brought to the construction site from a concrete factory in dump trucks. There the concrete is poured onto the ground and shoveled from the concrete pile into smaller transport containers, which are then brought to the place where the concrete is to be poured by means of a crane.
The fact that reloading from the dump truck into the smaller transport containers proves to be cumbersome and time-consuming does not need to be explained in more detail.
The present invention therefore aims to create a mobile device by means of which wel cher z. B. concrete and other pourable building material such. B. sand, gravel or the like, can be reloaded in a much more rational way from a Kippwa gene in transport containers with a smaller capacity.
This device is characterized in accordance with the invention by a supporting structure provided with running wheels, yoke-like, made of profile iron, under which the transport containers for filling the same can be set up one after the other and which is designed on one of its front sides as an elevator ramp on which a to accommodate the whole Loading of the tipping car with certain tipping containers with a lower, closable emptying opening can be pulled up by means of a motor-driven elevator winch mounted on the other end of the supporting structure from the receiving position up to a height that allows
fill the transport container placed under the tipping container from above. An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing. Figures 1 and 2 are side views of the device in two different states.
The reloading device drawn in Fig. 1 in the position of use has a support structure made of iron profile, which has two polygonal, yoke-like side supports a, which consist of double-T-profile iron and are connected to each other by means of crossbars, which will be discussed below is.
On the front of the end face of this support frame, the profile iron a1 of the two side supports run at an angle of inclination of approx. 450 and together form an access ramp for a tipping container b, which narrows downwards and has an emptying opening on the underside, which is normally by means of a pivotable , is closed with a cover c provided with a manual control rod cl.
On the rear face side, the side supports have vertically extending profile irons a22, with which profile irons a3 inclined towards the front end face of the supporting structure are welded. The profile iron a3 of the two side supports a are connected to each other by means of a crossbar d.
Another crossbeam e connects the lower ends of the support with the profile iron a1 of the two sides welded, downwardly bent profile iron d, which form support parts. The support structure is thus in the state of use at the front with the crossbar e on the floor. On the other hand, on the rear face, the post-forming pro file iron a9 for reasons mentioned below on wooden blocks f.
The profile iron a2 and a1 of each side support are mutually braced at the top by means of a side bar g, on the other hand, an auxiliary support h is also assigned, which is welded down to the profile iron a9.
The two profile irons a9 are further connected to one another with crossbars, which cannot be seen here, creating a ladder-like support member on which a drum winch j and a little further up a drive motor i are mounted for the same. The cable k of the drum winch j is guided over a guide roller m mounted on the cross bar d and then runs over a Pull roller n attached to the tipping container b. Under the profile iron a1, auxiliary rails o are welded to reinforce the same.
At the lower ends of the profile iron a1, forwardly projecting rail attachments a5 are welded, which are designed as tabs p at the front, in which a downwardly open slot p1 is provided.
On the rail attachments a, 5 and the lower end parts of the profile iron a1 catch parts for the rollers b1 of the tilting container b forming tabs r are welded. A lifting device s is attached to each end of the crossbar e. Similar lifting devices t are also attached to the bottom of the profile iron ä2.
To use the device, the tilting container b is lowered from its raised position, in which it is drawn in full lines in FIG. 1, on the ramp formed by the profile iron a1, until the ramp provided thereon and guided in the profile iron a1 Guide rollers b2 get into the bent profile iron a4 and the tilting container b is thereby caused to execute a pivoting movement outwards, which is limited by the fact that the rollers b1 of the container b rest on the tabs r in the tilted position of the latter, as in FIG. 1 is shown in dash-dotted lines.
Before the so-ge lowered and tilted tipping container b are at a distance equal to the wheel spacing of the leading to the Her of pourable building material such. B. concrete serving dump truck two ramps forming wooden trowel placed on which the dump truck to be unloaded drives backwards to then tilt the loading bridge backwards, as indicated in Fig. 1 in dashed lines, and the whole bulk cargo in to let the tipping container b flow.
The tilting container b is then pulled up by means of the cable winch, initially pivoting about its tilting axis until it assumes its upright position. When he has reached the high position shown in Fig. 1, the cable winch is stopped and secured so that the tilting container b is held by the Ka bel k in its high position.
Smaller transport containers than the tipping container are then brought one after the other under the emptying opening of the tipping container b and filled from above by opening the cover c by means of the operating rod cl.
In Fig. 1, one of these Transportbehäl ter is indicated in dash-dotted lines. These transport containers are expediently guided on rail carts under the yoke-like support structure for filling and then removed again in the filled state. B. in high-rise buildings to be transported by means of a crane to the point where concrete is being poured. The entire facility can be transported as a whole, easily and conveniently, from one construction site to another.
For this purpose, running wheels v are provided below on the inside of the profile iron a, which are relieved in the position of use of the device by placing the wooden blocks f under the posts a2 when they are made available. For this purpose, in addition to the two lifting devices t.
If, on the other hand, the front end of the device is also lifted with the lifting devices s, a type of turntable w with running wheels w1 and a drawbar sel w2 can be attached to the slotted tab p, so that the entire device is shown in FIG Ready to drive position by means of the nenden dump truck to bring the building material in the shortest possible time from one building site to another.
