Feeding system, especially for concrete mopping machines It is common to use hand scrapers for the economical charging of concrete mixers, by means of which the additives required for concrete preparation are either conveyed directly into the elevator bucket of the mixer or via a pre-silo into the elevator bucket, which is usually sunk in this case.
There are also known from several Seg ments assembled to a polygonal feeder walls in which the individual Seg ments with closable outlet openings are seen ver. The walls encompass an angle of about 180o and are usually placed on a pre-installed silo at ground level.
The individual segments are separated from each other by walls that run radially outward, so that a number of boxes corresponding to the number of segments is created in which the aggregates for the concrete preparation are stored and from which they are discharged through the outlet openings on the other side of the Wall can be taken from the pre-silo in very precisely determined quantities for the most common dosage. The prerequisite for this is that the material is piled as high as possible on the wall.
In order to compensate for the constant removal of material, which takes place with short interruptions during the concrete preparation, the material is either pushed up to the wall from behind with bulldozers or pulled up by means of a hand scraper with the hand scraper blade arranged above the wall.
For the scraper operator, d. H. For the man who wields the hand scraper shovel, the result is the necessity of constantly climbing uphill with the shovel to the head of the wall and then walking back down through the loose, often rolling material in order to be able to carry out the next scrape.
There is also the risk that when loading larger mixers with a drum capacity of more than 750 liters, or when using certain modern mixer types that can easily perform 40 or more mixer cycles per hour, the delivery rate of a hand scraper will not be sufficient to meet the requirements Procure aggregate quantities.
The object of the subject matter of the invention is to mechanize this work of material supply and to increase the conveying capacity. This object is achieved according to the invention in that an annular frame is arranged on the feeder wall with a bogie which can be pivoted about a vertical axis by 360 and which has a boom that can be pivoted about a horizontal axis,
carries a counter boom for pivoting the boom and a cable machine to operate a pull cable and a return cable running over a roller at the free end of the boom, the cables being connected to a conveying tool by means of which the material located in front of the feeder system can be accumulated.
The subject of the invention is tert erläu in detail in the embodiment described below.
Fig. 1 shows a side view of the system, in which a pre-silo for weight-wise dosing of the aggregates and the elevator bucket of the mixing machine and part of its guideway are drawn for the sake of clarity.
Fig. 2 shows the floor plan of the same system.
The feeder system shown consists of a feeder wall 1 which is known in terms of its function, the segments of which are held together by a profile iron construction 2 and which is placed on the filling opening of the pre-silo 3, which is equipped with a weighing device 4 in the exemplary embodiment. On the feeder wall, an annular frame 5 is attached, which carries a turntable 6 with the bogie 7, which can be pivoted about 3600.
The rotary movement around the vertical axis is carried out by means of an electric motor 8 and pinion 8a or by means of a handwheel. The boom 9 is mounted pivotably in the boom attachment 10. In this way, the boom 9 can be adjusted in height by means of the winch 11 shown in the drawing as a hand thread. The winch 11 is attached to the counter boom 12, and the rope 15 for raising and lowering the boom 9 is guided over the roller 13 attached to the counter boom 12 and over the pulley 14 which is attached to the boom 9 itself.
As the drive machine for the conveyor tool 22, an electric or internal combustion engine-driven cable pulling machine 16 (winch) with at least two adjacent, independently controllable cable drums is arranged on the bogie 7. It also serves as a counterweight for the boom 9. The cables 17 and 18 of the cable pulling machine 16 are guided over the rollers 19 and 20 arranged in the casual attachment 10.
The rope 18 serves as a pull rope and is fastened to the open front of the conveyor tool 22 BE, while the return rope 17 is guided over the roller 21 at the tip of the boom 9 and connected to the rear of the conveyor tool 22. The control of the cable pulling machine 16 takes place itself actively by limit switches 23 and 24 or by elec tric remote control from any point.
In Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 boom 9 and conveying tool 22 are shown in their starting position for loading a box of the feeder wall 1. When the cable drum of the cable pulling machine 16 is switched on, the conveyor tool 22 moves towards the feeder wall 1, whereby it is filled with material due to its weight and shape, which is conveyed up to the feeder wall 1 in this way.
After switching off the cable drum carrying the pulling cable 18, the conveying tool 22 moves back empty. This process is optionally repeated with the corresponding pivoting of the boom 9 by hand or by the electric motor 8 until the corresponding box of the feeder wall 1 is filled.
By actuating the winch 11 on the counter boom 12 is then lifted with the rope 15 of the casual 9 together with the between the rollers 19 and 20 on the one hand and the roller 21 on the other hand on both ropes 17 and 18 conveyor tool 22 and around the to feed the next Box swiveled to the necessary angle. Then the boom 9 is lowered again in the position 25 thus reached (FIG. 2), so that the work cycle can begin again.
