Window and door sealing device The present invention relates to a window and door sealing device which can be used wherever a good sealing of an outwardly and inwardly opening window or door sash is desired.
The sealing device according to the invention is characterized in that an insert frame arranged sunk in a carrier frame and formed by articulated legs is provided as a sealing fitting, the legs of which are in motion connection with an operating element, such that the clear width of the insert frame changed and with respect to the support frame in the sealing position or can be brought out of the water.
The insert frame can also be used to actuate two axle pin groups alternately in order to enable the sash to be pivoted around two different axes.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject invention are Darge, namely shows: Fig. 1 is a view of the left half of a door or window sash with insert frame visible in partial sections in the open position, Fig. 2 is a partial view of the door or window sash Fig. 1 with a section through the Actuating device, the insert frame in the closed position,
Fig. 3 is a cross section through the actuating organ of the insert frame according to section line III to 111 in Fig. 1, Fig. 4 is a partial cross section through the wing frame according to section line IV-IV in Fig. 1,
5 shows a window sash optionally pivotable about a vertical or horizontal axis with an insert frame built into its lining frame; and FIGS. 6 to 8 each show an abbreviated partial view of the insert frame on a larger scale, FIG. 6 being the same as FIG Position of the wing, FIG. 7 shows the wing released for pivoting about the horizontal axis and FIG. 8 the wing released for pivoting about the vertical axis.
In Fig. 1, a door leaf 1 is arranged in a lining frame 2 about a horizontal or vertical axis, not shown in the drawing, pivotable. The feed frame 2 is provided with a circumferential groove 3 in which a frame formed from four U-iron legs 4, 5, 6, 7 insert is mounted.
The ends of the frame legs are, as the detail drawing in Fig. 6 shows, verbun by hinge pins 8 with connecting links 10, which are rotatably mounted in the groove 3 about journal pins 9 in the corners of the wing. On the square 11 of the door handle 12 there is a driver 14 which is mounted in the lock case 13 and which is articulated to the leg 4 of the insert frame by a bolt 8 '.
The driver 13 has, on the one hand, a nose 15 for engaging a tumbler 16 which can be actuated by a key and, on the other hand, a spring 17 which presses the driver 14 into its basic position.
The connection of the legs of the insert frame is chosen so that when the driver is rotated into its basic position in the direction of the arrow, a in FIG. 2, the legs of the insert frame in their sealing position according to FIGS. 2 and 3 are pressed outwards, d . H. the insert frame receives the effort by the spring 17 to enlarge its clear width. The reduction of the bet frame d. H.
the withdrawal of the legs from their sealing position is achieved by actuating the door handle 12 or by rotating the driver against the action of the spring 17d. H. in the sense of arrow a he reaches. In the position of the tumbler shown, the door handle is blocked against actuation.
When the tumbler 16 is pushed back into the release position, the insert frame can be moved by depressing the door latch in its reduced position, which releases the pivoting of the door leaf according to FIG. 1. If the door handle is released again, the insert frame is enlarged under the action of the spring 17 until its legs 4-7 fully seal against the casing frame 2, as indicated in FIG. 1 by dash-dotted lines, and also in FIGS 2 and 3 is shown.
The legs of the insert frame can, as FIG. 3 shows, engage in their sealing position in a groove 3 'of the feed frame 2, or they can, as FIG. 4 shows, be provided with an elastic profile 7' with which they are in the sealing position the smooth feed frame 2 (Fig. 1) lie on, or engage in a groove 3 'of the feed frame, as .es from FIG.
This type of seal for a door or window wing is particularly suitable for doors or windows that can be opened inwards and outwards, be it that they can swing around a vertical or horizontal axis or alternatively around a horizontal and vertical axis - are stored.
Such a wing, which can optionally be pivoted about two different axes, is shown in FIGS. In this embodiment, a window wing 1 is mounted in the feed frame 2 so as to be able to pivot about a horizontal axis formed by the two stub axles 18 and a vertical axis formed by the two stub axles 19. The seal of the wing in the feed frame is achieved here by a set frame 4, 5, 6, 7 built into the feed frame 2, which can be actuated by a cremone 20.
In the horizontal position of the cremone ersicht in Fig. 5, the insert frame is in its sealing position pressing against the periphery of the wing 1. In this position, the wing 1 is also blocked by the simultaneous engagement of both axle pin groups 18 and 19 in corresponding pivot bearings 18 'and 19' of the wing.
As FIG. 5 shows, the legs 4, 5, 6 and 7 forming the insert frame are mounted in the feed frame 2 in a groove 21 arranged on its inner circumference. In the corners of the frame groove 21, the connecting links 10 are rotatably mounted about axle journals 9 and are articulated to the ends of the legs 4, 5, 6 and 7 by Achsbol zen 8. The hollow channels of the U-profiles are outward, i.e. H. the frame groove 21 to swept. The axle bolts 18 and 19 are bushings 22 of the feed frame 2 in stock.
To actuate the axle bolts 18, 19, connecting members 10a are used, which are rotatably mounted about axle journals 9 of the chuck frame 2 and are articulated to the legs 4, 5, 6, 7 by hinge bolts 8 and by means of a guide slot 23 attack on a transverse bolt 24 of the axle bolts 18 and 19, respectively.
The insert frame can be enlarged or lifted from the wing circumference in both cases from its sealing position according to FIGS. 5 and 6 by rotating the cremone 20 in one or the other direction of rotation. In the sealing position, the cremone is, as shown in FIG. 5, in the horizontal or central position and is held in the water position by the action of a spring, not shown in the drawing.
By turning the cremone to the right, the legs of the insert frame are moved in such a way that the horizontal axle bolts 18 are withdrawn and the vertical axle bolts 19 are simultaneously advanced by the connecting links 10a, while the horizontal axle bolts 18 are pushed forward by turning the cremone to the left and the vertical axle bolts are pushed forward Axle pin 19 can be pulled back "open".
In the first case, the wing is around the vertical journal 19 (Fig. 7) rotatable bar and in the latter case around the horizontal journal 18 (Fig. 6) can be swung.
With the cremone d. H. In the sealing position of the insert frame, both the horizontal axle bolts 18 and the vertical axle bolts 19 are in a central position that partially engages the pivot bearings 18 ', 19' of the sash 1, as can be seen from FIGS. If the cremone is released again in the partially or fully open position of the sash, the cremone is rotated into its central position or the insert frame is pressed into its sealing position under the action of the spring acting on it, and the sash is thereby braked.
In this braking position, the wing can only be pivoted while overcoming a certain frictional resistance, which is caused by pressing the legs of the insert frame near the axis of rotation against the feed frame.
The invention also includes an embodiment in which the two axes about which the wing is optionally four-pivoted, both as. Verti kalachsen, on the left and on the right side of the wing are arranged.
In this case, by rotating the cremone from its central position in one direction of rotation, the wing can be pivoted about its left-hand axis of rotation and when rotating the cremone in the other direction of rotation about its right-hand axis of rotation, while if the cremone is left in its central position, both the Left-hand and right-hand axle bolts partially engage in the pivot bearings of the sash and block the sash against opening.
But if you let the cremone go back to its middle position with the sash partially or completely open, then. caused by the inserted frame pressed into its sealing position, braking of the wing in the area of its axis of rotation. The described subject matter of the invention is suitable for left and right opening windows and doors of all kinds. The same is particularly useful for preparation conditions that deviate from the normal form z.
B. are simultaneously designed as a tilting and swinging wing and optionally tilted in the vertical plane or pivoted in the vertical plane who can.
