Description

       

      Beschlag    an     Türen    von Lastwagenaufbauten    Die Erfindung betrifft einen Beschlag an Türen  von Lastwagenaufbauten.  



  Bei der bisherigen Anordnung von     Türscharnieren     und Türschlössern ist es nicht ohne weiteres möglich,  die Scharniere und     Türgriffe    so anzubringen, dass sie  bündig mit der     Türaussenfläche    sind und dass sich  die Tür um 180  schwenken lässt. Bisher hat man in  solchen     Fällen    versenkte Scharniere und versenkte  Schlösser vorgesehen, hierbei tritt jedoch der Nach  teil auf, dass die     Scharniere    und Schlösser     in    das       Innere    des Laderaumes hineinragen, wodurch Lade  raum verloren geht. Ausserdem öffnen sich diese Tü  ren nicht um 180 .  



  Um diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden, wird gemäss  der     Erfindung    vorgeschlagen, senkrecht neben dem  Türflügel innerhalb des Türrahmens eine Gelenkwelle  anzuordnen, die Stützhebel für die Türzapfen und  den     Handgriff    trägt. Die Gelenkwelle kann um etwa  90      und    der     Türflügel    kann bei ausgeschwenkten  Stützhebeln um 180  schwenkbar sein. Auf der An  schlagseite können U-förmige Leisten für das Ein  führen des Türblattes vorgesehen sein.  



  Mit einem solchen Beschlag und seiner     Anbrin-          gung        innerhalb    des Türrahmens kann man erreichen,  dass die     Türaussenfläche    bündig mit der Wandfläche  liegt und dass trotzdem die Tür um 180  geschwenkt  werden kann.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel  einer Tür mit einem Beschlag gemäss der Erfindung  dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1, die Ansicht,       Fig.    2 bis 4, einen Schnitt nach der Linie     A-B    der       Fig.    1 und zwar     Fig.    2 bei geschlossener Tür,       Fig.    3, bei     verschwenkter    Gelenkwelle und       Fig.    4, bei     geöffneter    Tür.         Innerhalb    eines Türrahmens 1     befindet    sich der  strichpunktiert angedeutete Türflügel 2.

   Ebenfalls ist  innerhalb des Türrahmens 1     neben    dem Türflügel 2  eine senkrechte Gelenkwelle 3 angeordnet, die bei       spielsweise    zwei Stützhebel 4 und 5 besitzt, die ihrer  seits die Gelenkzapfen 7 und 8 für den     Türflügel    2  tragen. Am unteren Ende ist fest mit der Gelenk  welle 3 der     Handgriff    6 verbunden, der sich bei ge  schlossener Tür ebenfalls innerhalb des Türrahmens  1 befindet.

   Bei     geschlossener    Tür     (Fig.    2)     liegt    die  gesamte Türe einschliesslich sämtlicher     Beschläge    in  nerhalb des Türrahmens 1, wobei auch keinerlei     Be-          schlagteile    in das Innere des Laderaumes hineinragen.  



  Um die Tür zu öffnen, wird der     Handgriff    6 in       Richtung    des Pfeiles 9 geschwenkt,     wobei    die Gelenk  welle 3 um etwa 90  geschwenkt werden kann. Hier  bei wird der     Türflügel    2 aus seiner Halterung auf der  Anschlagseite herausgezogen. Diese Halterung besteht  beispielsweise aus zwei     U-förmigen    Führungsleisten  10 und 11, die sich am oberen und unteren Ende der       Türrahmenöffnung    befinden.

   Nach diesem     Verschwen-          ken    des     Handgriffes    6 kann dann der Türflügel 2 um  180  um die Gelenkzapfen 7 u. 8 in Richtung des Pfeiles  12     (Fig.    3) in die Lage nach     Fig.    4 geschwenkt wer  den, wodurch die gesamte     Türöffnung    freigegeben  wird.  



  Der     Handgriff    6 kann mit einem     Vorhängeschloss     oder mit     einer    anderen Sicherung gegen     unbeabsich-          tigtes    Öffnen versehen sein. Man kann aber auch auf  die Verwendung eines Schlosses verzichten, da die  Tür bereits durch den eingerasteten Handgriff gegen  Öffnen gesichert ist.

So far, recessed hinges and recessed locks have been provided in such cases, but the disadvantage occurs here that the hinges and locks protrude into the interior of the cargo space, whereby cargo space is lost. In addition, these doors do not open at 180.



  In order to avoid this disadvantage, it is proposed according to the invention to arrange a cardan shaft vertically next to the door leaf inside the door frame, which carries support levers for the door pins and the handle. The articulated shaft can be pivoted by about 90 and the door leaf can be pivoted through 180 with the support levers pivoted out. On the hit side, U-shaped strips can be provided for a lead of the door leaf.



  With such a fitting and its attachment within the door frame, it can be achieved that the door outer surface is flush with the wall surface and that the door can nevertheless be pivoted through 180 °.



  The drawing shows an embodiment of a door with a fitting according to the invention, namely: FIG. 1, the view, FIGS. 2 to 4, a section along the line AB of FIG. 1, namely FIG. 2 with the closed Door, FIG. 3, with the articulated shaft pivoted and FIG. 4, with the door open. The door leaf 2 indicated by dash-dotted lines is located within a door frame 1.

   Also within the door frame 1 next to the door leaf 2, a vertical articulated shaft 3 is arranged, which has two support levers 4 and 5 for example, which in turn carry the pivot pins 7 and 8 for the door leaf 2. At the lower end, the handle 6 is firmly connected to the joint shaft 3, which is also located within the door frame 1 when the door is closed.

   When the door is closed (FIG. 2), the entire door, including all fittings, lies within the door frame 1, with no fittings at all projecting into the interior of the cargo space.



  To open the door, the handle 6 is pivoted in the direction of arrow 9, wherein the joint shaft 3 can be pivoted by about 90. Here at the door 2 is pulled out of its holder on the stop side. This holder consists for example of two U-shaped guide strips 10 and 11, which are located at the upper and lower ends of the door frame opening.

   After this pivoting of the handle 6, the door leaf 2 can then be turned 180 around the pivot pin 7 and the like. 8 pivoted in the direction of arrow 12 (Fig. 3) in the position of FIG. 4 who the, whereby the entire door opening is released.



  The handle 6 can be provided with a padlock or some other safeguard against unintentional opening. But you can also do without the use of a lock, since the door is already secured against opening by the latched handle.
