Description
Paroi La présente invention a pour objet une paroi comprenant des panneaux montés dans au moins un cadre.
Cette paroi est caractérisée en ce que les élé ments dudit cadre présentent chacun au moins une nervure longitudinale et sont assemblés au moyen d'organes de liaison, chacun desdits organes étant serré sur la nervure longitudinale d'un desdits élé ments et fixé à l'extrémité d'un autre.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue d'ensemble en élévation. La fig. 2 en est une vue à plus grande échelle, en coupe selon II-II de la fig. 1.
La fig. 3 en est une vue partielle à plus grande échelle représentant un angle du cadre.
La fig. 4 en est une vue partielle à plus grande échelle représentant un organe de liaison vu en plan.
La paroi représentée au dessin comprend des panneaux 1, en matériau aggloméré tel que du Pavatex (marque déposée), et 2, en verre, montés dans un cadre métallique composé d'éléments tubu laires 4a et 4b de forme rectangulaire présentant respectivement sur deux faces opposées l'une à l'autre une nervure longitudinale externe 5 et, de part et d'autre de cette dernière, dans le prolongement des deux faces adjacentes à celle qui est munie de la nervure 5, des ailes 6 dont les extrémités sont recourbées en direction de ladite nervure 5.
Les élé ments 4a et 4b dudit cadre sont assemblés entre eux au moyen d'organes de liaison présentant des mâchoires et qui sont serrés chacun sur l'une des nervures 5 d'un élément<I>4a</I> ou<I>4b</I> avant d'être intro duits par leur extrémité libre dans l'espace tubulaire de l'élément adjacent pour être fixés à l'extrémité de ce dernier au moyen de vis. Le montage des pan neaux 1 et 2 dans un tel cadre s'effectue au moyen de deux joints 8 en matériau souple disposés l'un en face de l'autre de manière à former deux rainures 9 superposées et permettant l'une de les monter sur les nervures 5 des éléments du cadre et l'autre d'y introduire les bords des panneaux 1 et 2 que l'on désire monter entre lesdits éléments du cadre.
Cha que joint d'étanchéité 8 présente d'autre part une fente 10 dans laquelle s'engage l'extrémité recour bée de l'une des ailes 6 se trouvant de part et d'autre des deux joints, afin d'éviter tout déplacement latéral de ces derniers, qui serait susceptible de provoquer un déchaussement des panneaux qui y sont montés.
Il suffit que les éléments périphériques 4a du cadre soient munis d'une seule nervure 5 alors que les éléments intermédiaires 4b doivent être munis de deux nervures 5 sur deux de leurs faces opposées comme représenté à la fig. 2 en traits pleins. Dans le cas où un élément 4 est monté à l'intersection de trois panneaux, il doit être muni d'une nervure 5 sur une troisième face comme représenté en traits mixtes à la fig. 2.
L'élément 4 pourrait encore être muni d'une ner vure 5 sur sa quatrième face et toutes les faces munies de nervures pourraient également être munies d'ailes recourbées 6 pour le maintien en place du joint 8 qui sera monté entre elles.

The wall shown in the drawing comprises panels 1, made of agglomerated material such as Pavatex (registered trademark), and 2, made of glass, mounted in a metal frame composed of tubular elements 4a and 4b of rectangular shape having respectively on two faces opposed to each other an external longitudinal rib 5 and, on either side of the latter, in the extension of the two faces adjacent to that which is provided with the rib 5, wings 6 whose ends are curved towards said rib 5.
The elements 4a and 4b of said frame are assembled together by means of connecting members having jaws and which are each clamped on one of the ribs 5 of an element <I> 4a </I> or <I> 4b </I> before being introduced by their free end into the tubular space of the adjacent element to be fixed to the end of the latter by means of screws. The panels 1 and 2 are assembled in such a frame by means of two gaskets 8 made of flexible material arranged opposite each other so as to form two superimposed grooves 9 and allowing one to mount them. on the ribs 5 of the frame elements and the other to introduce the edges of the panels 1 and 2 that it is desired to mount between said frame elements.
Each seal 8 has on the other hand a slot 10 in which engages the curved end of one of the wings 6 located on either side of the two seals, in order to avoid any displacement. side of the latter, which would be liable to cause the panels mounted therein to loosen.
It suffices that the peripheral elements 4a of the frame are provided with a single rib 5 while the intermediate elements 4b must be provided with two ribs 5 on two of their opposite faces as shown in FIG. 2 in solid lines. In the case where an element 4 is mounted at the intersection of three panels, it must be provided with a rib 5 on a third face as shown in phantom in FIG. 2.
Element 4 could also be provided with a rib 5 on its fourth face and all the faces provided with ribs could also be provided with curved wings 6 for holding in place the seal 8 which will be mounted between them.
