Selbstauswerfende Fruchtzentrifuge Die Erfindung betrifft eine selbstauswerfende Fruchtzentrifuge.
Bei den bekannten kombinierten Haushaltmaschi nen besteht ein auswechselbarer Aufsatz aus einem Zentrifugenkorb mit zylindrisch angeordneter, ge lochter Seitenwand und eingesetzter Raffelscheibe. Das zu zentrifugierende Gut wird an der Raffel- scheibe zerkleinert und gegen die Korbwand ge- schleudert, durch deren Bohrungen der Saft auszentri- fugiert wird. Der im Korb verbliebene Rest muss nun aus dem Korb entfernt werden, was nicht ohne ein Stillegen des ganzen Apparates erfolgen kann.
Da eine Haushaltzentrifuge nur über ein kleines Fas sungsvermögen verfügt, erweist sich dieses oftmalige Stillegen als Nachteil.
Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine selbstauswerfende Fruchtzentrifuge zu schaffen, wodurch sich ein kontinuierliches Arbeiten ermög lichen lässt.
Bei der erfindungsgemässen selbstauswerfenden Fruchtzentrifuge ist die gelochte Zentrifugenkorbwand gegenüber der Drehachse derart geneigt, dass sich der Korb nach der Korböffnung hin erweitert.
Damit das zu zentrifugierende Gut gut ausge schwungen ist, können Organe angebracht sein, die das Gut nahe dem Korbboden der Korbwand zu führen. Das Gut gleitet im Korb der Wand entlang nach oben, wo es in einen Behälter ausgestossen werden kann. Das nahe dem Korbboden neu zuge führte Gut bewirkt ein Herausstossen des bereits zen trifugierten Gutes der Korbwand entlang.
Auf der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbei spiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch eine selbstauswerfende Fruchtzentrifuge, wobei das Gut zwischen Korb boden und Raffelscheibe dem Korb zugeführt wird, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch eine selbstauswerfende Fruchtzentrifuge, wobei das Gut zwischen Raffel- scheibe und Zentrifugengehäuse dem Korb zugeführt wird, und Fig. 3 eine weitere Variante.
Auf der Antriebsachse des Motorsockels 1 ist mittels einer Schraube 2 der Zentrifugenkorb 3 mit eingelegter, gelochter Raffelscheibe 4 aufmontiert. Zwischen Zentrifugenkorb und Motorsockel befin det sich die mit einem Auslass 5 versehene Saft auffangschale 6. Der Zentrifugenkorb ist vom Ge häuse 7 überdeckt. Am Gehäuse 7 angeschlossen ist der Behälter 8, der über die Öffnung 9 mit dem Innern des Zentrifugenkorbes 3 verbunden ist.
Bei der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 1 besteht zwischen Raffelscheibe 4 und Zentrifugenkorbboden ein Hohlraum 1U, aus welchem das geraffelte Gut durch die Zentrifugalkraft gegen die gelochte Seiten wand des Korbes geschleudert wird. Da diese Wand gegen die Korböffnung hin von der Rotationsachse weggeneigt ist, gleitet das Gut nach oben, wobei es gleichzeitig entsaftet wird, und fällt schlussend- lich über den Korbrand in den Behälter B.
Bei der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 2 gelangt das geraffelte Gut zwischen Raffelscheibe 4' und einer in die Nähe des Korbbodens reichenden Gehäuseaus buchtung 11 zur Korbwandung.
Bei der selbstauswerfenden Fruchtzentrifuge ist es wichtig, dass das zu zentrifugierende Gut nahe dem Korbboden der Korbwandung zugeführt wird. Das Frischmaterial bewirkt durch Nachdrängen das Hin auf- und Hinausgleiten des Gutes der Korbwandung entlang.
Damit das ausgeschwungene Gut sicher in den Behälter 8 gelangt und sich nicht wieder mit dem Saft in der Schale 6 vermischt, kann, wie dies in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist, der Deckel des Gehäuses 7' bis nahe zum oberen Korbrand herunterreichen, ausser an der Öffnungsstelle 9' des Behälters 8'. Dadurch wird ein unzeitiges überborden des zentrifugierten Gutes verhindert.
In Drehrichtung des Korbes ge sehen kann aber auch hinter der Behälteröffnung 9 eine Zunge 13 angebracht sein, die in den Zentri- fugenkorb 3 reicht und die Randschicht des Gutes herausleitet. Wie in Fig. 3 angedeutet, kann der seit lich angeschlossene Behälter 8 als Ringbehälter 12 ausgebildet sein, wobei die seitliche Wand des Ge häuses 7", an die der Saft geschleudert wird, nur die Höhe des Zentrifugenkorbes hat und das ausge worfene Gut auf dem ganzen Umfang über diese Wand hinaus in den Ringbehälter 12 gelangt.
Der Ringbehälter kann einen eigenen Auslass aufweisen.

In the self-ejecting fruit centrifuge according to the invention, the perforated centrifuge basket wall is inclined relative to the axis of rotation in such a way that the basket widens towards the basket opening.
So that the material to be centrifuged is well swung, organs can be attached to guide the material near the bottom of the basket wall. The goods slide up along the wall in the basket, where they can be ejected into a container. The newly added material near the bottom of the basket causes the material that has already been centrifuged to be pushed out along the wall of the basket.

The centrifuge basket 3 with an inserted, perforated grating disc 4 is mounted on the drive shaft of the motor base 1 by means of a screw 2. The juice collecting tray 6 provided with an outlet 5 is located between the centrifuge basket and the motor base. The centrifuge basket is covered by the housing 7. The container 8 is connected to the housing 7 and is connected to the interior of the centrifuge basket 3 via the opening 9.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, there is a cavity 1U between the grating disc 4 and the bottom of the centrifuge basket, from which the grated material is thrown against the perforated side wall of the basket by centrifugal force. Since this wall is inclined away from the axis of rotation towards the basket opening, the product slides upwards, with the juice being extracted at the same time, and finally falls over the basket rim into the container B.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the grated material passes between the grating disc 4 'and a housing indentation 11 reaching into the vicinity of the bottom of the basket to the wall of the basket.
With the self-ejecting fruit centrifuge, it is important that the material to be centrifuged is fed to the basket wall near the bottom of the basket. The fresh material causes the goods to slide up and down along the wall of the basket by being pushed back.
