Method and device for the production of textile bobbins with an axial winding structure
In winding machines for the production of textile bobbins with an axial winding structure, which have an initial cone corresponding to the bobbin cone, the thread guide device as well as the thread pressure and the drive of thread guide rollers are carried out by touching these indexing, pressure or thread guide rollers on the Garuwickel. The yarn package thus drives these elements and thus ensures, without additional means, for the advancement of the yarn guide device or for the drive of the yarn guide rollers guiding the yarn back and forth on the winding cone.
In such winding machines it has been found to be disadvantageous that when a thread breakage occurs, the broken thread end is rolled onto the thread lap. The cause of this rolling is the intimate contact of the winding cone with the indexing, pressure or thread guide roller. This makes it very difficult to find the end of the thread.
The method according to the invention for the production of textile bobbins with an axial winding structure, in which the roller is pressed against the yarn lap for the purpose of driving or advancing a thread guide roller, eliminates these disadvantages and is characterized in that when the bobbin drive is switched off as a result of a thread breakage, the Roll of thread is done.
The device for carrying out the method according to the invention is characterized in that means are provided to move the bobbin away from the thread guide roller when the drive of the winding spindle is switched off, which is held in its current axial position. Embodiments of the invention are discussed below: The winding spindle of the winding unit is expediently arranged to be longitudinally movable. The winding spindle advantageously has drive means which are released from the parts driving them when the bobbin and the winding spindle are axially displaced. Electromagnetic elements can also be provided for controlling the axial displacement of the bobbin and the winding spindle. Furthermore, devices can be arranged which dampen the longitudinal movement of the winding spindle.
For this purpose of influencing the movement, oil damping can be provided, which can simultaneously serve for the temporary lubrication of the moving parts of the winding unit.
In the drawing, the invention is shown for example. A winding spindle 2 is rotatably mounted in a gear housing 1. It carries a driving and centering cone 3 at its right end and a driving cone 4 at its left end. The driving and centering cone 3 is used to center and accommodate a winding tube 5 onto which a thread lap 6 is wound. A broken thread end visible on the bobbin cone is denoted by F '. On the right-hand side of the winding tube 5, the centering is carried out by a centering cone 7, which is rotatably and longitudinally mounted in a holder 8. The centering cone 7 is pressed against the bobbin tube 5 by a spring 9 which acts on the shaft 11 of the cone via a bearing 10. The holder 8 is firmly connected to a guide part 13 by a pin 12.
This guide part 13 is fastened by a pin 15 in the housing 1. A thread guide carrier 16 is also arranged on the guide part 13 so that it can move longitudinally. It is used to hold the bearings of an indexing, pressure and thread guide drum 17. A thread tensioner 18, a thread monitor 19, 20 and a pulling element 21 are attached to the thread guide carrier 16. The part 20 of the guard 19 is provided with a contact 22 which cooperates with a mating contact 23.
Both contacts are arranged in a circuit 24 which is fed by a current source 25. In the circuit there is also an electromagnet 27, whose pulling element 28 acts on a lever 29, 30, 31 which is mounted on a bolt 32.
A rod 31 ′ engages in the lever end 30, which at its lower end carries a damper piston 32 ′ which is provided with bores 33. An oil sump 34 is located below the damper piston 32 '. The lever end 31 rests against a ball bearing 35. A spring resting against the ball bearing 35 is denoted by 36. A drive roller 37, which is driven by a belt 38, is arranged on the housing 1. Weights 39 are suspended on the pulling element 21. In a slot 40 of the thread guide carrier 16, a clamping lever 41 is rotatably mounted in a bolt 42. The lever is tensioned in the counterclockwise direction by a spring 43.
During winding, a displacement of the indexing, pressing and thread guide drum 17 and thus of the thread guide carrier 16 is caused in a manner known per se, since there is intimate contact between the thread package 6 and the surface of the indexing, pressing and thread guide drum 17. When the thread monitor 19, 20 is pivoted counterclockwise, a contact is made between the contacts 22 and 23 so that the electromagnet 27 pivots the lever 29, 30, 31 clockwise via the pulling element 28. As a result, a movement of the winding spindle 2 to the left into the position shown is caused by the lever 31 via the ball bearing 35. The winding tube 5 is also displaced to the left by the centering cone 7 under the action of the spring 9, so that the thread lap 6 moves away from the surface of the drum 17.
At the same time, the clamping lever 41, which is designed as a lock, holds the thread guide carrier 16 in the position it has reached. Moving the thread lap 6 away from the surface of the drum 17 enables the thread end F 'to be thrown off freely, so that this thread end can easily be found.
The damper piston 32 'lies in an oil sump 34. The purpose of the damper piston 32' is to avoid jerky movement of the winding spindle 2, since otherwise the winding tube 5 will not move up with certainty. The damper piston 32 'is provided with bores 33 through which part of the oil sprays upwards when the damper piston 32' is rapidly moved downwards, so that all parts in the housing 1 are temporarily lubricated with each shutdown movement.
The contact pressure of the thread guide carrier 16 on the thread roll 6 takes place in a manner known per se via a pulling element 21 to which weights 39 are attached.
