Encoder unit for electric remote drive The invention relates to a Geberaggre gat for an electric remote drive, which is fed with direct current and is used to generate three-phase current for the synchronous operation of receivers germotoren. Such a transmitter unit is described in Swiss Patent No. 268062, in which the brushes for the supply of direct current and the brushes for the extraction of the three-phase current generated are axially parallel to the drive shaft on one end face of the encoder rotor and the one for generating the three-phase current in the DC circuit switched on partial resistances in the form of free-standing coils, are arranged on the other face of the encoder rotor.
This encoder unit has proven itself in operation in many cases. At higher ambient temperatures, as is the case, for example, in the tropics, it has been shown, however, that the wires of the individual partial resistors are heated too much. The heating from solar radiation and the heat of electricity can have a detrimental effect, especially when the collector is stationary, when the collector stops in an unfavorable position and lead to the burning of individual partial resistances. In this design, the free-standing, open counter-coils are easily injured.
These disadvantages are eliminated according to the present invention in that all partial resistances which are switched on to generate the three-phase current in the direct current circuit are wound onto one another in a common coil body and cast in a jacket provided with cooling ribs. This unit coil containing all partial resistances is arranged on one end face of the encoder rotor.
In the drawing which illustrates an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention: FIG. 1 is a longitudinal section through the transmitter unit, FIG. 2 is a section along the line II-II through the transmitter unit, FIG. 3 is a section along the line III-III through the Drive shaft, FIG. 4 shows a view from the right to FIG. 1 of the encoder rotor with the cooling jacket removed.
The encoder rotor 2 is clamped onto the drive shaft 1 by means of a conical seat 3 and a union nut 4. The flange 2a of the encoder rotor has conical bores 2c, through which the mechanical connection of the Kuns.tharzbinde- means 2e with the flange 2a is promoted.
The inner slip ring 2f and the outer slip ring 2g, , via which the direct current is fed to the encoder rotor, and the collector segments 2h, from which the three-phase current can be taken with an approximately sinusoidal voltage curve , are arranged on one end face of the encoder rotor 2. The collector segments and the slip rings are provided with conical projections 21, 2k and 2p, which promote the mechanical connection of these parts with the synthetic resin binder 2e.
The electrical connections between the slip rings and the collector segments are established by the transfer wires 2m.
The unit coil 10 containing all the partial resistances is arranged on the other end face of the encoder rotor 2. The individual partial resistances are loosely wound on one another in a coil body 10a with a U-shaped cross section. The ends of the partial resistances are connected to connecting wires 10b, which are led out laterally through the holes 10c provided for this purpose in the coil body 10a.
The fully wound unit coil 10 is placed in the jacket 11 provided with cooling fins 1.1a and 11b, and then the jacket 11 is pressed against the flange 2a by means of the nut 12. After the connecting wires 10b are connected to the collector segments 2h and the protective sleeve 13 has been attached, the partial resistances in the unit coil 10 and at the same time the unit coil 10 are cast in the jacket 11.
The synthetic resin compound used for this purpose is introduced through the openings 11c in the jacket 11 and the openings 10d in the bobbin 19 in the low-viscosity state. The openings 10c for the connection wires 10b of the partial resistors are dimensioned so that the liquid synthetic resin compound can penetrate to the flange 2a.
By filling all the cavities with a potting compound, the unit coil 10 is tightly enclosed by the jacket 11 and the heat generated in the unit coil 10 or in the partial resistances is dissipated well via the jacket 11 and its cooling fins 11a and 11b.
With 2r the wires are referred to, which connect to each other two collector segments, which were preceded by a common partial resistance. In the brush bridge 8 fastened with screws 6 in the housing 7, the brushes 9 for the supply of the direct current and the extraction of the three-phase current generated are guided axially parallel to the drive shaft 1.
