Drive device The invention relates to a drive device with an electric motor and a hydraulic motor as the drive means, which is characterized in that it has a transmission with an externally and internally toothed ring gear, which is in working connection via circulating wheels with a gear meshing with the latter stands that the uni impellers rotate on a circular path within the ring gear that is rotating during operation and that the electric motor parts with one of the transmission parts, the hydraulic motor is in working connection with another of the transmission parts, the hydraulic motor for regulating the number of revolutions and serves the power of the output shaft.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing. It shows: Fig. 1 the transmission without electric and hydraulic motor and Fig. 2 the drive device with a section of the transmission along the line 2-2 in Fig. 1, while Figs. 3 and 4 each show a graphic representation. The transmission of the drive device has an internally and externally toothed ring gear 10. A pinion 12 serving as a drive wheel meshes with the external toothing of the ring gear 10, the shaft 11 of which is coupled to an electric motor EM.
The internal toothing of the ring gear 10 is connected via four planetary gears 13 with a gear 14 in working connection, which is on an output shaft 15 angeord net. The planetary gears 13 are rotatably attached to a carrier 16 which in turn is connected to the shaft 17 of a controllable hydraulic motor HM which can be designed as a gear or rotary piston machine.
The drive device can be used where the speed on the output shaft and the power to be output by the output shaft 15 are to be regulated within certain limits.
The EM electric motor and the hydraulic motor HM are dimensioned in such a way that together they can deliver the maximum intended total power to the output shaft. The electric motor EM takes on a certain, constant portion of the total output, while the hydraulic motor HM has to perform the portion that corresponds to the required regulation range of the total output (FIG. 3).
The gear ratio of the gearbox and the adjustable speed of the hydraulic motor who are chosen so that a speed can be set on the output shaft that, taking into account the gear ratio of the gearbox, has a certain ratio to the speed P "oI" t of the electric motor, which Speed can be increased or decreased by a certain amount with the aid of the hydraulic motor, whereby in the case of the increase -i- P, the maximum, in the case of the decrease -P, the minimum speed results,
within which limits regulation is possible (Fig. 4).
For example, if the pinion 12 has a counterclockwise direction of rotation with reference to FIG. 1, the externally and internally toothed ring 10 rotates clockwise, so that the running wheels 13 are also in rotation in the clockwise direction, while the output gear 14 rotates counterclockwise.
The hydraulic motor HM which actuates the planetary gears 13 can in turn have a direction of rotation on its output side, as a result of which the planetary gears are moved within the gear rim in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction of FIG. The reversal of the direction of rotation and the regulation of the number of revolutions of the hydraulic motor can be carried out using known means, so that a more detailed explanation in this regard is unnecessary.
Since the power of the electric motor as a drive means cannot be regulated and an electric motor of known construction with constant speed can be used and because the electric motor only has to take over a portion of the total power to be delivered, there are minimal losses and due to the omission electrical regulators lower acquisition costs. The hydraulic motor takes over the missing portion of the total power to be delivered.
If, for example, a regulation range of 50%, based on the maximum total output, is required for the total output, the maximum share of the hydraulic motor in the total output is 50.11e. If only a regulation range of 25% is required,
the maximum share of the hydraulic motor in the total output drops to 25 0/0. The greater the share of the electric motor in the total power, the smaller the share of the hydraulic motor and the greater the efficiency of the device, the conversion losses of which are a minimum and which also enables a low-inertia change in power.
In the transmission described, the number of planetary gears 13 can also be reduced to two, or three or more than four planetary gears can be seen before. Furthermore, the electric drive side can be interchanged with the output side, d. H. the electric motor EM can drive the gear 14, the hydraulic motor HM can be connected to the epicyclic gears or their carrier, while the ring gear 10 via the pinion 12 drives the shaft 11, which is now more on the output side turns.
However, the planetary gears 13 (or their carrier) could also be provided for rotating the output shaft, while the ring gear 10 by the electric motor and the gear wheel 14 by the hydraulic motor or, conversely, the ring gear 10 by the hydraulic motor and the gear wheel 14 the electric motor can be operated.
