Trockengleichrichter Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Trockengleichrichter, bei dem tablettenförmige Gleich richterelemente, z. B. Stapel aus solchen Elementen, in Aussparungen eines von einem Blechmantel um hüllten Isolierrahmens liegen, mit lose eingelegten, aus Blech geformten Anschluss-Kontaktstücken, die jeweils einen an einer Tablette anliegenden platten- förmigen Teil und eine nach aussen führende An schlussfahne aufweisen.
Die Anschluss-Kontaktstücke einer derartigen Anordnung sollen einerseits mög lichst bereits durch das Einlegen in den Isolierrahmen in eine im wesentlichen gesicherte Lage gelangen; anderseits sollen ihre plattenförmigen Teile bei der weiteren Montage der Anordnung nach dem Ein legen der Gleichrichtertabletten und beim Verschlie ssen des Gehäuses ihre Lage in beschränktem Umfange noch derart ändern können, dass sie imstande sind, mit den Tabletten auch bei Abweichungen der ein zelnen Bauelemente von ihren Sollmassen einen guten flächenhaften Kontakt zu bilden.
Falls der platten- förmige Teil des Anschluss-Kontaktstückes zwischen einer Tablette bzw. einem Tablettenstapel und dem Blechmantel des Gehäuses liegt, ist ein derartiger flächenhafter Kontakt insbesondere in thermischer Einsicht von Bedeutung, da in diesem Falle die von den Tabletten entwickelte Verlustwärme grossenteils über das Anschlussstück zum Blechmantel abfliesst. Ferner sollen die Anschlussfahnen einen ausreichen den Kriechwegabstand gegenüber dem Blechmantel aufweisen.
Diese Forderungen werden gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung dadurch erfüllt, dass die An schlussfahne jedes Kontaktstückes mit einem etwa kreisbogenförmig gekrümmten Teil auf einer entspre chend gewölbten Schulter des Isolierrahmens aufliegt.
Die Figuren der Zeichnung veranschaulichen ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Mit 1 ist ein Rahmen aus Isoliermaterial bezeich net. Der Isolierrahmen 1 ist mit kreisbogenförmig gewölbten Schultern la versehen, auf welche die An schlusskontaktstücke 2 mit ihren ebenfalls etwa kreis bogenförmig gekrümmten Teilen 2a aufgelegt wer den; der bogenförmige Teil 2a liegt zwischen dem nach aussen hervortretenden Anschlussfahnenteil 2b und dem plattenförmigen innern Teil 2c.
Auf den plattenförmigen Teil 2c werden die Gleichrichter- Tablettenstapel 3 und 4 aufgelegt, nachdem zuvor die Unterseite des Rahmens 1 durch die Isolierplatte 5 und das U-förmige Blechmantelteil 6 abgedeckt wurde. Man erkennt ohne weiteres, dass die Anschluss- Kontaktstücke 2 während der Montage infolge der etwa kreisbogenförmigen Ausbildung ihrer Auflage la12a in beschränktem Umfang noch eine Schwenk bewegung um die Schulter 1a des Rahmens 1 aus führen und sich dabei den Tablettenstapeln 3 bzw. 4 und den Bodenplatten 5 und 6 zur Herstellung eines guten flächenhaften Kontaktes anpassen können.
Die obern Endflächen der Stapel 3 und 4 werden durch Auflegen einer Kontaktbrücke 7 miteinander verbun den, die zu ihrer Führung mit einem seitlichen An satz 7a in eine Aussparung 1b des Isolierrahmens 1 eingreift. Die Anordnung wird dann durch Auflegen der Isolierplatte 8, der aus Blech bestehenden Deck platte 9 und durch Umlegen der freien Schenkelenden 6a des U-förmigen Blechmantelteils 6 verschlossen, so dass sich der in Fig. 2 veranschaulichte fertige Trockengleichrichter ergibt.
Dabei werden die Kon taktstücke 2 an ihrer kreisbogenförmig ausgebildeten Auflage zwischen den Schultern la und der Isolier platte 8 derart eingeschlossen, dass Kräfte, die auf die Anschlussfahnen 2b ausgeübt werden, im wesent lichen vom Gehäuse abgefangen, also nicht auf die Platten 2c und damit auf die Inneneinrichtung über tragen werden.

These requirements are met according to the present invention in that the connection lug of each contact piece rests with an approximately circular arc-shaped part on a correspondingly curved shoulder of the insulating frame.

The rectifier tablet stacks 3 and 4 are placed on the plate-shaped part 2c after the underside of the frame 1 has previously been covered by the insulating plate 5 and the U-shaped sheet metal jacket part 6. It can be seen without further ado that the connection contact pieces 2 still perform a pivoting movement around the shoulder 1a of the frame 1 to a limited extent during assembly due to the approximately circular arc-shaped design of their support la12a and thereby affect the tablet stacks 3 or 4 and the base plates 5 and 6 can be adapted to produce a good extensive contact.
The upper end faces of the stacks 3 and 4 are connected to each other by placing a contact bridge 7, which engages in a recess 1b of the insulating frame 1 to guide them with a lateral onset 7a. The arrangement is then closed by placing the insulating plate 8, the cover plate 9 made of sheet metal and by folding over the free leg ends 6a of the U-shaped sheet metal jacket part 6, so that the finished dry rectifier illustrated in FIG. 2 results.
The con tact pieces 2 are included on their circular arc-shaped support between the shoulders la and the insulating plate 8 such that forces exerted on the terminal lugs 2b are intercepted in the case in wesent union, so not on the plates 2c and thus on the interior decoration will be carried over.
