Description

  

  Procédé de fabrication d'un élément échangeur de chaleur  et élément obtenu au moyen de ce procédé    Les tubes échangeurs de chaleur forment, dans  beaucoup de dispositions, et particulièrement dans le  cas d'éléments surchauffeurs, de multiples boucles  présentant des branches rectilignes parallèles. En  vue de maintenir le parallélisme de ces branches, on  a proposé de nombreux types d'entretoisement, cons  titués par exemple par des bandes de feuillard en  tourant entièrement ou partiellement les branches  rectilignes à entretoiser, ou encore des dispositifs  d'agrafage comportant une partie mâle fixée sur  un tube et s'engageant dans une partie femelle située  sur l'autre tube.  



  La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de  fabrication d'un élément échangeur de chaleur, par  exemple d'un élément surchauffeur, comportant un  tube replié sur lui-même de manière à former des  branches     rectilignes    assemblées par des boucles. Le  procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'on  comprime une certaine     partie    d'une branche recti  ligne de manière à former une nervure, et en ce qu'on  soude cette nervure à une nervure semblable formée  sur la branche voisine du tube de manière à les  rendre solidaires l'une de l'autre.  



  L'invention comprend également un élément  d'échangeur de chaleur obtenu par le procédé     ci-          dessus    et caractérisé en ce que lesdites branches  rectilignes sont solidaires l'une de l'autre, une ner  vure de l'une des branches étant soudée à une ner  vure semblable formée sur la branche voisine du  tube.  



  Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple,  une forme d'exécution de l'élément objet de l'inven  tion.    La fi-, 1 est une vue en élévation d'une partie de  l'élément échangeur de chaleur.  



  La     fig.    2 est une coupe par     II-II    de la     fig.    1.  L'élément échangeur de chaleur représenté sur  la     fig.    1 comprend trois branches rectilignes<I>a, b, c</I>  d'un tube en acier, par exemple, faisant deux boucles.  Pour entretoiser cet élément, la branche médiane b  est d'abord légèrement déviée comme on le voit en  A et B, de manière à la rapprocher des branches  rectilignes adjacentes a et c.

   Cela étant, à l'endroit  où l'on veut former l'entretoisement, soit dans les ré  gions D et E, les branches<I>a, b,</I> c sont     comprimées     entre des matrices (non représentées), agissant en  direction centripète de manière à obtenir, sur une  certaine longueur du tube, au prix d'une diminution  de la section, la formation sur toute cette longueur,  de deux nervures ou embryons     d'ailettes        b1,    cl sur  chacune des branches tubulaires b et c. On opère  de même à hauteur de l'emplacement E pour les  tubes<I>a</I> et<I>b.</I> Pour entrecroiser les tubes, on soude  les deux nervures     b1,   <I>cl</I> soit d'un seul côté, soit des  deux côtés.

   L'élément<I>a b</I> c se trouve ainsi entretoisé  sans que l'on ait à prévoir aucun dispositif spécial  supplémentaire.  



  Le diamètre du tube pouvant être, sur une cer  taine portion, augmenté, il est possible d'opérer sur  la partie de section agrandie une compression cen  tripète qui provoque la formation de la nervure  souhaitée, sans que l'on ait finalement une diminu  tion de la section du tube.

  The appended drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the element which is the subject of the invention. Fig. 1 is an elevational view of part of the heat exchanger element.



  Fig. 2 is a section through II-II of FIG. 1. The heat exchanger element shown in fig. 1 comprises three rectilinear branches <I> a, b, c </I> of a steel tube, for example, making two loops. To brace this element, the middle branch b is first slightly deflected as seen in A and B, so as to bring it closer to the adjacent rectilinear branches a and c.
