Description

Process for the production of a casting mold, especially for meltable or malleable food and luxury goods. Up until now, for example, in the confectionery and confectionery industry, it was perceived as a deficiency that for the production of shaped chocolate or confectionery articles, one had to rely on sheet metal molds that were made by special factories in large series manufactured and delivered to all relevant shops in the same design.

With these forms the individual trader could not give his products a special note, they remained a dozen items that could be obtained in the same form from any competitor.

The production of own models failed due to the high tool costs.

The present invention is intended to remedy these disadvantages. It relates to a method for producing a casting mold, in particular for meltable or moldable food and luxury goods, and it is characterized in that the mold is made of plastic.

The accompanying drawings show two molds produced according to exemplary embodiments of the method, namely: FIG. 1 shows a top view of a casting mold, FIG. 2 shows a vertical section through the same, FIGS.

The mold 1 shown in Fig. 1 and 2 is made of plastic, for. B. made of polystyrene; it is one-piece, it can be produced in a vacuum, injection molding, pressing or drawing process, it is suitable for structures whose release from the mold presents no difficulties.

The mold according to FIGS. 3 and 4 relates to a casting mold consisting of two halves 2 and 3. The two halves of this casting mold make it possible to produce the figure shown in two halves, which two halves after the casting has solidified - Or molding compound by an edible adhesive, such as locust bean gum, mitein can be connected to each other.

If the described forms are produced, for example, in a vacuum process, cheap wooden models are sufficient for their production instead of expensive steel tools. As a result, firstly, the production of the models is much faster and, secondly, the production costs are significantly lower.

The casting molds obtained in the manner described have a very low weight, they are therefore easy to handle, the casting or molding compound can be removed from them very easily, and they are quick and easy to clean.

The method described gives the confectionery and confectionery industry completely new possibilities, it allows in a simple, quick and relatively cheap way molds for casts, z. B. in chocolate, from typical buildings or mountains of the area concerned, also from anniversaries, animals, humorous figures to produce, it leaves the entrepreneur's imagination a wide scope.

Instead of chocolate, the casting molds described can also be used for other meltable or mouldable goods in the food or luxury goods industry, e.g. B. for gelatinous products such as Sulzen, etc., also for ice cream or sugar confectionery, are used ver.
