Wie aus Abb. 2 ersichtlich, sind diese biegsamen Modellteile d durch die Grundform α hindurchgeführt; sie können auf der Rückseite irgendwie angespannt und befestigt werden. Nach dem Einstampfen können diese Modellteile d ohne jede Vorsicht nach einer Seite herausgezogen werden. Alsdann werden noch die Ringe b herausgedreht, die Brücken c und die Bretter f entfernt und der Kasten a umgelegt und abgehoben. Der sehr komplizierte Kern ist auf diese Weise ohne jede Vorsicht fehlerlos in wenigen Minuten hergestellt.
