Ceiling construction (subject matter of the main patent is a ceiling construction with an inner ceiling suspended from a supporting ceiling made of panels, with horizontal support profiles anchored in the supporting ceiling, bolts protruding downwards, which have a flange on at least one longitudinal side, on which each the inwardly bent edge parts of two adjacent panels of the inner ceiling are suspended.
In the embodiment described in the main patent, the bolts are threaded over their entire length and screwed with their upper end into an anchor sleeve which is bricked into the ceiling. Each support profile is attached to a plurality of bolts, the axes of all bolts assigned to a support profile must lie in a common vertical plane.
In addition, all support profiles must be exactly parallel to each other. This gives the exact position of the anchor sleeves for the bolts. When installing the ceiling, special care must therefore be taken to ensure that the anchor sleeves are used correctly, which is time-consuming and costly.
To avoid these difficulties, in the ceiling construction according to the present invention, which construction also has an inner ceiling suspended from a supporting ceiling, formed from panels, on which supporting ceiling downwardly protruding bolts and horizontal support profiles are fastened on at least one longitudinal side have a flange on which the outwardly curved edge parts of two adjacent panels of the inner ceiling are suspended, the bolts are held horizontally displaceably by means of a thickened head in each of a horizontally arranged hollow profile rail with a longitudinal slot for the bolt to pass through,
which rails are at right angles to the supporting profiles attached to the supporting ceiling BEFE Stigt.
As can be easily seen, when installing the ceiling, care does not have to be taken to ensure that the hollow pro filschienen serving to attach the bolts assigned to a Tragpro fil are exactly in alignment with one another and are exactly parallel rows bil the; the bolts or bolt rows can be easily brought into the desired position when installing the support profiles by moving accordingly in the hollow profile.
Two embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown in the accompanying drawings, it shows: Fig. 1 the first example of a ceiling construction in vertical section transverse to the support profiles, Fig. 2 a section along the line II II in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 a vertical section analogous to FIG. 1 through the second example. With 1 in the drawing, a support ceiling is designated, for example, made of concrete, the underside of which has an insulating layer 2.
In the example according to -Fig. 1 and 2 are embedded in the supporting ceiling 1 at equal distances from each other-several rows of horizontal guide rails 15. The rails NEN 15 are prismatic, rectangular cross-section hollow profiles with a longitudinal slot 16 in the lower profile wall. At one end of the hollow profile rail 15, the lower profile wall is completely cut away to create an insertion opening 17 (FIG. 1). With means of upwardly bent end tabs 18, the hollow profile rail 15 is firmly anchored in the supporting ceiling 1.
In the cavity of each rail 15 is the thickened head 3a. a threaded bolt 3 protruding downward through the slot 16 is mounted horizontally displaceably. The bolts 3 of each row of bolts protrude through a longitudinal slot 1.9 (Fig. 2) of a right angle to the individual guide rails of each row extending support profile 5, which zen 3 adjustable by means of two threaded nuts 4 on the Bol. is attached.
On a horizontal longitudinal flange 5a (Fig. 1) of each support profile 5 lies the horizontal leg of the angularly bent and mutually adjacent edge parts 6 of two adjacent panels 7 of the inner ceiling. It is understood that the shape of the support profiles 5 and the type of suspension of the plates 7 on the support profiles can also be different than drawn NEN.
On the support profiles 5 of the ceiling structure drawn between the inner ceiling 7 and the support ceiling 1 transversely to the support profiles laid tubes 8 of a ceiling radiation heating device are supported.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the bolts 3 can, due to their slidable suspension in the rails 15, be brought into alignment with one another in rows when the ceiling is being installed, in such a way that the support profiles 5 come to lie exactly parallel to one another. On the other hand, the longitudinal slots 19 provided in the support profiles 5 permit relatively large inaccuracies in the mutual spacing of the bolts 3 or guide rails 15 of each row.
Means can be provided which allow the bolts 3 to be fixed in their position on the guide rails. For this purpose, the bolt shank can be provided with a thread over its entire length and releasably clamped to this profile wall by means of a screw nut resting against the outside of the slotted lower hollow profile wall. The space of the insulating layer 2 that remains free under the rail 15 can be filled with insulating material after the bolts 3 and support profiles 5 have been assembled.
In the example of FIG. 3, the guide rails 15 are not. Embedded in the concrete ceiling 1, but screwed tightly to its underside. For this purpose, the guide rails are provided with slotted side tabs 20 through the slots 20a. Fastening screws 21 protrude. Instead of using screws 21, the rails 15 could also be fastened to the underside of the concrete ceiling 1 by means of other suitable organs. The bolt 3, its shaft. Has continuous Ge thread, nut 22 is fixed to the guide rail 15 by means of a screw.
The recess provided for attaching the rail 15 to the ceiling 1 in the insulating layer 2 is filled with insulating material 2a which is subsequently applied; a cover plate 23, which is secured by a screw nut 24, closes this recess filled with insulating material 2a from below.
Otherwise, the ceiling construction according to Figure 3 is the same as the example described above according to FIGS. 1 and 2. Instead of the recess 17 in the lower rail wall, the bolt head could also be inserted through an open end face of the profile rail into the cavity will.
It goes without saying that the arrangement of the guide rails 15 described with reference to FIG. 3 allows existing ceilings to be retrospectively provided with an inner ceiling 7, which z. B. the subsequent installation of a ceiling heating is possible.
