Condensing steam turbine system with three low-pressure parts The invention relates to a condenser. ionic steam turbine plant in which the exhaust steam flows through three low-pressure parts. and which is provided with two surface condensers for precipitating the exhaust steam.
It is known, in two- or more than double-flow low-pressure turbines, all from steam nozzle to a common condenser or each exhaust nozzle to connect to a separate condenser. The first solution leads to a large construction height, while the second results in a large construction length of the turbine. In addition, it is known to let the cooling water flow through the two condensers in a double-flow turbine with two condensers.
In the case of a three-flow turbine, in which two oppositely directed low-pressure parts open into a common condenser, it would be obvious to make the condenser belonging to the first two low-pressure parts twice as large as that for the third low-pressure part. However, this is associated with constructional disadvantages in that the overall height is determined by the larger 1., er of the two capacitors.
In a condensing steam turbine plant in which the exhaust steam flows through three low-pressure parts and which is provided with two condensers for precipitating the evaporation, a more economical solution is now achieved according to the invention because the two condensers are practically the same size and for simple Flow of cooling water are built and the cooling water flows through one after the other,
wherein the first condenser, which has flowed through the cooling water, serves to suppress the exhaust steam from two low-pressure parts and the condenser, which has flowed through the cooling water second, serves to suppress the vapor from the third low-pressure part.
The cold cooling water first enters the condenser in which the exhaust steam from two low-pressure parts is deposited. Only the water that has already been heated in this condenser then flows into the second condenser, into which the exhaust steam from the third low-pressure part exits. In spite of practically the same size of the cooling surfaces of the two condensers, the result is approximately the same vacuum in the condenser through which it flows as in the second condenser, and this although practically twice the amount of steam is precipitated in the first condenser.
With the same total condenser cooling surface as in a steam turbine plant with unevenly shaped condensers through which the cooling water flows in parallel, the heat consumption of the plant is practically the same. The total resistance in the waterway is about the same for the series-connected capacitors as the resistance in the parallel flow condensers, provided that a double waterway is selected for the latter, while the series-connected capacitors each have only one VN waterway.
The design and arrangement of the capacitors according to the invention brings about a reduction in the required overall height compared to the known systems and at the same time a reduction in the cost of the production of the capacitors themselves, without the heat consumption of the system being adversely affected.
In the drawing, the subject invention is shown schematically. From a condensing steam turbine system three low-pressure parts 1, 2, 3 are shown, which bin parts of the upstream turbine parts, not shown, is supplied via a line .I steam. The low-pressure parts 1, 2, 3 are assigned exhaust steam nozzles 5, 6 and 7. The system also has two capacitors 8 and 9 of the same size and built for simple flow of the cooling water through which the cooling water flows one after another.
The cooling water is initially fed to the condenser 8 by a pump 10 and then flows through the condenser 9. The condenser 8 is now connected to the steaming strands 5 and 6, while the condenser 9 connects to the steam outlet 7. The condenser 8 through which the cooling water first flows is used. while suppressing the exhaust steam of the two low pressure parts 1 and 2, while the condenser 9 through which the cooling water flows as a second is used to suppress the exhaust steam of the low pressure part 7.
