Dispositif de fermeture de boîte
Il a déjà été proposé d'opérer la fermeture d'une boîte, par exemple en carton, en munissant l'une des parties à fixer à l'autre d'au moins une oreille susceptible de traverser une fente correspondante de l'autre partie et d'en émerger, la partie de ladite oreille émergeant portant, sur sa face interne, une seconde épaisseur de matière dont le bord tourné vers la boîte peut, en l'éloignant légèrement de l'oreille par pliage, venir prendre appui sur la face fendue et la retenir.
Cette disposition présente l'inconvénient d'obliger à doubler l'oreille de fermeture d'une seconde pièce exigeant un travail supplémentaire de collage ou d'agrafage.
Dans le but d'éviter cette seconde pièce et de permettre de constituer l'oreille de fermeture en une seule pièce faisant corps avec un élément de la boîte, la présente invention est caractérisée en ce que l'oreille est entaillée en U et présente des branches s'éloignant de la boîte et une ligne de pliage extérieure à ces branches, passant par leurs extrémités.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple. le principe de pliage adopté dans sa forme connue et une forme d'exécution du dispositif de fermeture objet de la présente invention.
La fig. 1 montre en perspective la partie de la boîte comportant l'oreille doublée.
La fig. 2 est une perspective à plus grande échelle de ladite oreille.
La fig. 3 est une coupe de la boîte à l'endroit où passe l'oreille.
La fig. 4 montre le dispositif de fermeture constituant ladite forme d'exécution.
La fig. 5 la montre en perspective en position de fermeture.
La boîte selon la fig. 1, par exemple en carton, se compose du fond 1 et du couvercle 2 le coiffant.
Le fond présente, sur son bord, une oreille de fermeture 3 qui, à boîte fermée, traverse une fente correspondante 4 du couvercle, dont elle émerge.
La fig. 2 monstre la constitution de cette oreille, qui est doublée d'une pièce 5 maintenue par une agrafe 6, mais qui pourrait aussi être collée, par exemple, ou même en une pièce, en faisant l'oreille primitivement plus longue et la repliant par rabattement sur elle-même, ce qui n'exclut pas la nécessité d'un travail sup plémentaire de collage ou d'agrafage.

En rabattant son couvercle 2 par-dessus son fond 1, on fait passer l'oreille 3 par la fente 4 dont elle émerge alors. En pliant légèrement le bas 5' de la pièce 5 de manière à 1 écarter de cette dernière, on constitue enfin une butée s'opposant à l'ouverture de la boîte.
Pour l'ouvrir, il suffit par contre de presser la butée 5' contre l'oreille 3.
La patte de fermeture selon la fig. 4 est en une pièce 7 faisant corps avec une paroi du fond 8 de la boîte.
Elle est entaillée en U selon 9 en direction telle que les branches du U s'éloignent de la boîte.
Par les extrémités des branches de ce U et extérieurement à ces dernières passe une ligne de pliage A-B.

A-B, on fait s'éloigner de son plan non seulement sa partie supérieure ou extérieure 7' mais aussi, et en sens inverse, la partie 7" comprise entre les branches et l'âme du U découpé.
C'est cette partie, enfin, qui joue le rôle de butée (5' de la fig. 3) assurant la fermeture de la boîte de la même façon que dans le produit déjà connu.

In order to avoid this second part and to make it possible to constitute the closing ear in a single piece forming an integral part of an element of the box, the present invention is characterized in that the ear is notched in a U and has branches extending away from the box and a folding line outside these branches, passing through their ends.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example. the folding principle adopted in its known form and one embodiment of the closure device which is the subject of the present invention.

The box according to fig. 1, for example made of cardboard, consists of the bottom 1 and the cover 2 covering it.
The bottom has, on its edge, a closing lug 3 which, with the box closed, passes through a corresponding slot 4 of the cover, from which it emerges.
Fig. 2 monster the constitution of this ear, which is lined with a piece 5 held by a clip 6, but which could also be glued, for example, or even in one piece, by making the ear originally longer and folding it up by folding back on itself, which does not exclude the need for additional gluing or stapling work.
The section of FIG. 3 finally recalls how the box is closed
By folding its cover 2 over its bottom 1, the ear 3 is passed through the slot 4 from which it then emerges. By slightly bending the bottom 5 'of the part 5 so as to move away from the latter, a stop is finally formed opposing the opening of the box.
To open it, you just need to press the stopper 5 'against the ear 3.
The closing tab according to fig. 4 is in one piece 7 integral with a bottom wall 8 of the box.
It is notched in a U along 9 in such a direction that the branches of the U move away from the box.
A folding line A-B passes through the ends of the branches of this U and on the outside of the latter.
Fig. 5 shows that by bending the ear according to
A-B, we move away from its plane not only its upper or outer part 7 'but also, and in the opposite direction, the part 7 "between the branches and the core of the cut U.
It is this part, finally, which acts as a stopper (5 'of FIG. 3) ensuring the closing of the box in the same way as in the product already known.
