La présente invention a pour objet un emballage, . tel que boîte en carton, matière plastique, etc..,, pour vêtements.
Les emballages généralement employés pour le transport ' de vêtements,présentent divers inconvénients. En effet, les vêtements disposés et transportés dans ces emballages, se dépla- cent et se, tassent au fond de l'emballage, d'où déformation de ces vêtements et apparition de faux plis,
L'invention a pour but de remédier 4 ces inconvénients et de procurer un emballage dans lequel les vêtements transportée sont maintenus en bonne position.

A cet effet, suivant l'invention, au moins un cintre est disposé à l'intérieur de cet emballage.
Suivant une forme de réalisation de l'invention, le cintre susdit est associé à la paroi de l'emballage destinée à recevoir ou comportant la poignée permettant le transport dudit , emballage.
Suivant une forme de réalisation avantageuse de l'invention, la poignée et le cintre susdits sont réalisés en une seule pièce, une ouverture étant ménagée dans la paroi de!l'em- ballage précitée de manière à permettre l'assemblage de l'em- @ ballage et de la pièce constituant la poignée et le cintre.
Suivant une forme de réalisation particulièrement avantageuse de l'invention, au moins une entaille est prévue, @ dans la pièce susdite, entre la portion de pièce constituant la poignée et la portion de pièce constituant le cintre, le bord correspondant de l'ouverture susdite étant engagé dans cette entaille s manière immobiliser la pièce susdite par rapport à la paroi de l'emballage à laquelle elle est assemblée.
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description des dessins annexés au présent mémoire et qui représentent, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, une ..,. forme de réalisation particulière de l'objet de l'invention.

L'emballage 1, représenté aux figures 1 et 2, comporte, pour permettre de transporter des vêtements sans les déformer, un cintre 2 associé à la paroi supérieure de l'emballage. Pour

simplifier la fabrication et abaisser leur prix de revient, le cintre 2 et la poignée 4 de l'emballage 1 sont réalisés en une seule pièce 5, cette dernière étant assemblée à l'emballage 1 grâce à une ouverture 6 ménagée dans la paroi 3 susdite.
La pièce 5 est estampée de manière à présenter, entre la portion de pièce constituant la poignée 4 et la portion de pièce constituant le cintre 2, deux entailles 7, les bords 6 correspondants de l'ou- verture 3 étant engagés dans ces entailles de manière à immobiliser la pièce 5 par rapport à la paroi 3 de l'emballage. La pièce 5 est estampée de manière à tre découpée suivant une ligne brisée-10 et de manière à être entaillée sur une partie de son épaisseur, suivant une ligne 11.
Afin d'éviter les faux plis aux vêtements transportés, on assure une plus grande épaisseur à l'élément 9 du cintre sur lequel reposent lesdits véements en rabattant autour de la ligne 11 et sur ledit élément 9 la partie de matière 12 comprise entre les lignes 10 et 11 (comme montré à la figure 2), Lors de 1'estampage de la pièce 5, une ouverture 13 est ménagée dans la portion de pièce constituant la poignée 4, cette ouverture étant destinée à livrer passade à un lien 14 assurant la fermeture de l'emballage.
Il doit être entendu que l'invention n'est nullement limitée à la forme de réalisation décrite et que bien des modi- fications peuvent être apportées à cette dernière sans sortir du cadre du présent brevet.
On pourrait notamment prévoir plusieurs cintres disposés dans un même emballage.

The present invention relates to a packaging,. such as cardboard box, plastic, etc., for clothing.
The packaging generally used for the transport of clothing has various drawbacks. In fact, the clothes arranged and transported in these packaging move and settle down at the bottom of the packaging, resulting in deformation of these clothes and the appearance of creases,
The object of the invention is to overcome these drawbacks and to provide a package in which the transported clothing is kept in the correct position.

To this end, according to the invention, at least one hanger is placed inside this packaging.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the aforesaid hanger is associated with the wall of the packaging intended to receive or comprising the handle allowing the transport of said packaging.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the aforementioned handle and the hanger are made in one piece, an opening being made in the wall of the aforementioned packaging so as to allow assembly of the assembly. - @ balling and the part constituting the handle and the hanger.

The package 1, shown in Figures 1 and 2, comprises, to allow the transport of clothes without deforming them, a hanger 2 associated with the upper wall of the package. For

to simplify manufacture and lower their cost price, the hanger 2 and the handle 4 of the packaging 1 are made in a single piece 5, the latter being assembled to the packaging 1 thanks to an opening 6 made in the aforementioned wall 3 .
The part 5 is stamped so as to present, between the part portion constituting the handle 4 and the part part constituting the hanger 2, two notches 7, the corresponding edges 6 of the opening 3 being engaged in these notches. so as to immobilize the part 5 with respect to the wall 3 of the packaging. The part 5 is stamped so as to be cut along a broken line-10 and so as to be notched over part of its thickness, along a line 11.
In order to avoid wrinkles in the transported clothes, a greater thickness is provided to element 9 of the hanger on which said clothes rest by folding around line 11 and on said element 9 the part of material 12 lying between the lines 10 and 11 (as shown in FIG. 2), When the part 5 is stamped, an opening 13 is made in the part portion constituting the handle 4, this opening being intended to provide passage to a link 14 ensuring the closing the packaging.
It should be understood that the invention is in no way limited to the embodiment described and that many modifications can be made to the latter without departing from the scope of the present patent.
In particular, several hangers could be provided in the same packaging.
