Trotz laufendem Elektromotor 5 steht die Zahnstange 1 still.
Servomotor An invention of the present patent relates to a servomotor having a main control piston and a pilot valve.
The servo motor according to the invention is characterized in that the main control piston accommodating the pilot control slide in a bore carries electromagnetic actuation means which can be moved together with the sem and cause a relative displacement between the pilot control slide and the main control piston when excited.
Another invention relates to the use of this servomotor in a hydrostatic transmission for generating a reciprocating movement.
Such gears are required, for example, for machine tools such as planing and grinding machines, in which the tool and the workpiece table perform a reciprocating longitudinal movement relative to one another. It is usually necessary to set up the speed for advance and retraction of the moving 1-pocket part differently, and it is desirable to keep the control times at the beginning and at the end of the stroke movement as low as possible.
In the electric motor drives known for such purposes, reversing times of the order of magnitude of about one second are achieved, which time, however, is regarded as undesirably long in certain applications. By using the servo motor according to the invention in a hydrostatic transmission to achieve a reciprocating movement, the transmission being in constant drive connection with a continuously running drive motor, a drive for a reciprocating component can be created which zen with very short Changeover times get by.
The servo motor according to the invention and its use are explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5 in an exemplary embodiment. It shows: FIG. 1 an example of a path-time diagram of the desired oscillating longitudinal movement; Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an Ausfüh approximately example of the servo motor contain the hydrostatic transmission; 3 to 5 each have a diagram for explaining the operation of the transmission according to FIG. 2.
The oscillating longitudinal movement to be generated with the gear is plotted in the diagram according to FIG. 1 as a distance s as a function of time t. The useful stroke during the time segments from a to b and from e to f as well as the idle stroke during the time segments c to d and g to h should in each case take place at largely constant speed. The reversal intervals b to c, d to e, f to g, h to i etc. should be as small as possible. When using the transmission described in more detail below, it is possible to achieve reversal times of 0.05 to 0.4 seconds.
This hydrostatic transmission is shown schematically and with insignificant parts in the figure. shown. The machine part to be driven for an oscillating movement is said to be provided with a rack 1 with which a gear 2 is in engagement. The drive of the gear 2 takes place via a hydrostatic transmission, consisting of the two axial piston machines 3 and 4 on the part of an uninterrupted and always rotating in the same direction electric motor 5, which is constantly in drive connection with the transmission.
The two axial piston machines, of which the designated 3 as a hydraulically driven motor and the designated 4 as a pump for the hydraulic medium, for example. Oil, works, are known constructions and infinitely adjustable with regard to their I1ubes.
The stroke change takes place by pivoting the housing of the pump 4 by the angle z1 and that of the motor 3 by + z2 with respect to the straight line connecting the coaxial drive and output shafts. In the position shown and at the number of revolutions' n, the drive shaft of the pump 4, the drive shaft of the motor 3 rotates at the speed n.2 in the same direction of rotation, which results in a feed movement in the direction of V of the rack 1. If the housing of the pump%. from position V, corresponding to a.
Angle + z1, pivoted into the position R, corresponding to an angle -z1, there is a speed change of the output shaft Lund of the gearwheel 2, which results in a retraction movement in the direction R of the rack 1.
The speed ratio ui : n2 and the torque ratio DZi : 1-V12 between the drive shaft and the output shaft is determined by the ratio of the stroke volumes V1: V2 of pump 4 and motor 3 . Preferably, the same axial piston units are used as pump 4 and motor 3.
It turns out
EMI0002.0033
as
EMI0002.0034
ILi = pump constant, K2 = motor constant, where kn = pressure efficiency, km = mechanical efficiency, kn = volume efficiency.
In order to obtain a linear increase in the secondary speed n in the present hydrostatic transmission, the primary part of which is formed by the pump 4 and the secondary part of the motor 3, the angle z1 must be according to the solid line in the diagram Fig. 3 and the angle z2 can be changed according to the solid line in the diagram of FIG. 4, the power N and the pressure P of the hydraulic medium then running according to the diagram in FIG.
The maximum permissible pressure P determines the lowest speed (n.2) I "at which the gearbox still transmits the full power N.
As can be seen from Fig. 2, a hydraulic servomotor 6 actuated by a feed pressure is available for the control of the hydrostatic transmission for the execution of an oscillating movement, according to the path-time diagram according to Fig.l. This has a so-called pilot slide 7 to control the main control piston B. The required pressure of the control medium, for example oil, is generated by a feed pump 9, which is either placed on the main drive motor 5 or on its own electric motor 10.
The same medium is also used to transfer energy from the primary and secondary parts of the gearbox. Depending on the position of the pilot valve 7, S S of the latter in a bore receiving main piston 8 moves in one or the other direction (V or R) and acts via the balance beam 11 with the effective Leg lengths W1 and W2 on the regulating rod 12. A longitudinal movement of the rod 12 causes a rotation of the circular sector 13 about the axis 14 to which an arm 15 is rigidly attached, which in turn is articulated to the bracket 16 on the housing of the primary unit 4.
The displacement of the main piston 8 by the distance h, 2 results in a longitudinal movement of the regulating rod by hl = h.2 (W1 = W2). In this case, the housing of the primary unit 4 is swiveled by the angle z l, corresponding to hl = C. sin z1, where C is a constant that can be influenced by the dimensioning of the control elements 13, 15 and 16.
At the same time, however, the movement of the circular sector 13 about the axis 1.4 is also transmitted to the articulated strap 17, from this to the circular sector 19 which is pivotable about the axis 18 and to the lever 21 via the strap 20 hinged to it. This is rigidly attached to the axis of rotation 22, which also carries the lever 23 and causes a pivoting movement of the hous ses of the motor 3 via the hinged tab 24 at its end.
It is. From a dependence of the pivot angle z2 according to the relationship
EMI0003.0018
achievable, where --1, B and a are each construction-related unchangeable quantities.
If the primary and secondary units are the same, the above-mentioned constants K1 and K2 are the same, so that the first-mentioned equation results in:
EMI0003.0026
and you finally get
EMI0003.0027
Since the quantities kQ, A, B, C and a are constant with a given construction and the speed 11.l of the electric motor 5 remains unchanged, the speed 112 of the output shaft depends only on the displacement hl of the Re control rod 12 or from the axial displacement h2 of the main piston 8 of the servo motor 6.
The control members described above are preferably dimensioned in such a way that when the housing of the primary part 4 is pivoted by (zl) m ".
250 an angular movement of the housing of the secondary part from -f- (z2), na = 25 up to. (z2) ". i" is greater than zero. With such a control device, the curve shown in dash-dotted lines in FIGS. 3 and 4, corresponding approximately to the relationships
EMI0003.0044
EMI0003.0045
where the sizes C1 to C5 have fixed values determined by construction.
The greatest deviation between the actual and the desired course occurs at speed (112) o, but by cleverly choosing the lever ratios, this deviation can be kept small so that a reduction in the torque is not noticeable at this point. The stroke h2 of the main piston 8 in the servo motor 6, which determines the angles z1 and z2 of the hydrostatic transmission and thus the speed 112. by the two control cam 25 and 26, which can be arranged as desired along the pilot control slide 7 and interact with the stop plate 27, adjustable to any desired value.
If the main piston 8 together with the pilot valve 7 moves in one direction - which of course is only the case at the reversal points of the rack 1 - when one of the control cams 26, 25 hits the stop plate 27, the pilot valve 7 is stopped and relative to the piston 8 Shifted longitudinally, which leads to the opening of an outlet channel for the control medium, so that the main piston 8 comes to a standstill immediately. This also ends the pivoting movement of the housing of the primary and secondary part 4 or 3 of the gearbox, and a very specific speed 112 or
Speed of the rack 1 set in the relevant direction. The servo motor 6 is only operated again when the rack 1 reaches the respective reversal point.
If the main piston 8 is in the middle position within the servo motor 6, then the primary part 4 is at z1 = 0, the speed n2 is zero, and the rack 1 is stationary. Depending on, viewed from this zero position, whether the distance between the cam 25 or 26 and the stop plate 27 is the same or different, the movement of the rack 1 takes place in both directions at the same speed or at different speeds.
In order to reverse the gear at the reversal points of the rack 1, one end position contact 28 or 29 is actuated by the same and the circuit for the lifting magnet 30 or 31 is closed. The two switches 28 and 29 lock each other, which is possible, for example, by a rocker, in such a way that the switch 29 is closed and the switch 28 is open, or conversely, the switch 28 is closed and the switch 29 is open. But the switch 29 always remains closed until the switch 28 is actuated and vice versa.
The two lifting magnets 30, 31 are rigidly attached to the main piston 8 of the servo motor 6 and act on a linkage 32 connected to the pre-control slide 7 so that when the rack 1 runs onto one of the end contacts 28, 29 of the associated magnet 30 or 31 moves the pilot slide from its current end position into its other end position against the action of springs 49 and 50. But this causes an immediate actuation of the main piston 8, which sets the transmission to the opposite direction of rotation of the output shaft via the regulating rod 12.
To the two end position contacts 28, 29, which can be arranged displaceably along the rack bed to enable adjustment of the reversal points, a safety contact 33 or 34 is electrically connected in parallel, which is automatically connected at the end of the maxima len feed of the rack 1 actuated. will, if the relevant end position contact was not attached correctly 5 or fail.
When the electric motor 5 is switched on for the first time, the rack 1 should not be moved, so in this case the primary unit 4 must be in its: central position at z1 = 0. This is also necessary if the rack 1 is to be temporarily stopped while the drive motor 5 is running. On the linkage 32 of the pilot valve 7 is. for this purpose, a rod 35 is rigidly attached. which carries a stop 36. In the operating state of the machine (shown in Fig. 2), the start button 38 is closed and the pull magnet 39 is energized, which attracts the push rod 40.
This is connected to the two brackets 42 and 43 via an angle lever 41, by which the arms 44 and 45 are spread and assume the position shown in FIG. 2, counter to the pulling action of the spring 46. If the rack 1 is temporarily stopped who the, then the circuit of the solenoid 39 is interrupted by means of the start button 38, whereby the push rod 40 is released and the arms 44, 45 are brought closer together by the spring 46. Here, the end of the arm 45 moves the stop 36 together with the push rod 35, the linkage 32 and the pilot valve 7 in the direction of the catch 47, which causes the main piston 8 to move in the same direction.
As soon as the stop 36 reaches the latch 47, the movement of the push rod 35 and thus the pre-control slide 7 comes to an end, which causes the main piston 8 to also stop, whereby by adjusting the latch 47 it is achieved that in this rest position the primary part 4 of the transmission has the angular position z1 = 0. This position is therefore always automatically assumed when the start button 38 is open, so that the electric motor 5 (and possibly 10) can now be switched off and on again at will. If desired, the start button 38 can be designed in such a way that the contact can only be made when the electric motor 5 is running.
If the stop 36 is congruent with the detent 47, the servomotor 6 and thus the gear unit remain in the corresponding position, even if the start button 38 is now switched on, the magnet 39 is excited and the arms 44, 45 be spread. In order to bring the transmission into an operating angle position z1, one of the safety switches 33 or 34 can be actuated or a corresponding control button connected in parallel can be pressed.
The here he excited solenoid 30 or 31 then causes a changeover of the pilot valve 7, and the above-described oscillating movement of the rack 1 begins and is automatically set until the start button 38, the P.ulreststellung of the primary part 4 at z = 0 he is forced.
In certain applications, e.g. B. in a planing machine, it is not agile to set up that the rack 1 is moved briefly in one direction or the other and can be stopped again. The machine table should be moved at a reduced speed. To make this possible union, the electrical switches 33, 34 are designed as a double-on-off switch and 38 as an order switch. In the position drawn of the switch 38, the machine is in normal operation. If the switch 38 is pressed down, the magnets 30, 31 and 39 are de-energized and thus the primary pivot angle - 0. Despite the electric motor 5 running, the rack 1 is stationary.
When one of the two switches 33 or 34 is actuated, the magnet 39 and the magnet 30 or 31 corresponding to the switch are switched on. The servomotor 6 thus begins to move and thus to accelerate the machine. So that it does not move to its end position, which corresponds to the stop 25 or 26, and thus brings the machine up to high casting speed, the time relay 48 is attached, which after a certain. Time that can be set to reopen the circuit In the de-energized state, however, the servomotor is pulled into its central position and thus the primary unit is pulled to Win angle 0, which means that the rack 1 is stationary. It also stands still when the actuated switch 33 or 34 is released again.
