Swiveling up, lockable in the working position on a stationary support upper roller support and load arm for spinning machine drawing units The invention relates to a swiveling ble,
in the working position on a stationary support lockable top roller support and load-loading arm for spinning machines drafting systems with articulated saddles for the top rollers and over this stored weight lever as a common loading means for all top rollers.
In known weight-loaded drafting works, the weight lever is located under half of the 'punch and is connected to the upper roll support arm by means of a tie rod. Because of the poor accessibility of the weight lever this stretching works is in a known embodiment of the weight lever on a fixed support seated on the Füh approximately rod of the support arm above the support arm pivot bar.
This weight lever presses in the working position between the guide rod and the articulation point for the saddles on the support arm. This results in disadvantages that the loading weight must be relatively large and that the weight lever located above the support arm has an unfavorable influence on the overall height of the drafting system.
Countering this is the purpose of the invention. A per se known upper roll support and load arm is locked in the working position on a stationary support, for example the guide rod. The invention consists in that the weight lever is pivotably mounted directly in the rear part of the support arm and the saddles for the upper rollers are arranged on a transfer lever which is mounted on the front end of the support arm,
wherein the short lever arm of the weight lever acts on the long lever arm of the transmission lever and the short lever arm of the transmission lever acts on an upper saddle that transfers the load to all upper roller saddles.
The invention is shown in three exemplary embodiments in the drawing. They show: FIG. 1 an upper roller support and loading arm on a spinning machine drafting system with three pairs of rollers in a side view, partially in section, FIG. 2 an upper roller support and loading arm at a four-roller stretching system, in particular for pre-tensioning machines, in,
Side view, partially in section, and FIG. 3 shows a special arrangement of the transmission lever.
The upper roll support arm 9 is swiveled upwardly on the guide rod 1 arranged along the spinning machine behind the drafting system. In the working position, the support arm 9 is locked by means of the swivel bolt 37 on the - guide rod 1 or a joint seated on the same with a stop lug ge against pivoting up. At the rear, part of the support arm 9 of the forward ge directed weight lever 11 is pivotable Gela Gert.
Under the same there is a transfer lever 2, which is directed backwards and is pivotally mounted at the front end of the support arm 9. The two pivot points in question are denoted by 10 and 25, respectively. The short lever arm of the Ge weight lever 11 acts. onto the long lever arm of the transmission lever 2 and its short lever arm back onto the upper saddle 27.
This has a guide rod 28 which carries the upper roller saddles 29, 30. On the latter there is again a guide rod 31 for the upper roller saddles 32 and 33. The saddles 29 and 30- are attached to the guide rod 28 so that they can be adjusted parallel to the stretching field, as are the saddles 32 and 33 to the guide rod 31.
The weight lever 11, which incidentally has a sliding weight 12, is a two-arm loading lever in FIG. That end 36, of the shorter backward-facing arm, is via a tab 34 to the end 3'5 of the long arm of the transmission lever 2; hinged. The transmission lever '2 is also two armed.
With its short end: '26 the upper saddle 27 is articulated.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, weight lever 11 and transmission lever 2 are designed as one-armed levers. Their pivot points 10 and 25 are also located at the back and front on the support arm 9. Close to its pivot point 10, the weight lever 11 is now again with the to the rear by means of the tab 34. turned end of the translation lever 2 articulated.
In the same way, the upper saddle 27 is close to the pivot point 25 of the transmission lever 2 in an articulated connection therewith. The two upper roller saddles 38 and 3.9 for the output roller and for the rear central upper roller are arranged on the guide rod 28. The saddles 38 and 39 carry the saddles for the -übri via rods 31
gen top rollers.
Also in the case of Fig. 3 weight lever 11 and transmission lever 2 are one-armed lever. The weight lever 11 is provided with a pressure lug 43 near its pivot point 10, with. which it acts on the rearward facing free end 3! 5 of the transmission lever 2. The pivot point 2 @ 5 of the transmission lever 2 is in this case not located directly on the support arm 9, but rather on the rearward-facing arm of a two-armed auxiliary lever 41.
This has its pivot point 40 on the support arm 9. The forward-facing arm of the auxiliary lever 41 is under the influence of a compression spring 42 which is mounted on the front end of the support arm and which is adjustable by means of the screw 45. The free end of the front arm of the auxiliary lever 41 also has a hand 44 to relieve the upper rollers. If the upper saddle <B> '</B> 7 is lifted under the influence of the roving, the compression spring 42 tries to keep the pivot point 25 of the transmission lever 2 in its original position.
This has the swiveling ken of the translation lever 2 and the Ge weight lever 11 without increasing the load pressure as a result.
