Device that can be used in various working positions for processing crops lying on the ground
The invention relates to a device that can be used in different working positions for processing crops lying on the ground, with a frame with a number of rake wheels that can be set in rotation by contacting the ground, the reeh wheels in a first working position in a row removing and removing the harvested crops turn the harvested crop in two rows in another working position, and the frame has at least two elongated support members, each of which is provided with bearings, and a first support member is longer than a second, around all the reed wheels, if the device a)
s side rake is used to be able to arrange in a single inclined row.
Devices of this type are already well known. These known devices have support members which have an unchangeable position to one another. This creates the sewing part that in the working position, in which the reeh wheels are arranged in two rows on both support members, two strips are processed, the distance between them is always the same.
According to the invention, the second support member is adjustable in such a way that the distance to the first support member can be changed transversely to the direction of travel. Through this measure it is achieved that the reindeer wheels can be arranged in two rows at different distances from one another for the purpose of adapting to different working conditions.
The invention is explained with reference to the drawing of some simple exemplary embodiments of the device according to the invention.
According to the drawing, a tractor 1 has a front axle 2 and front wheels 3, the front axle 2 carrying two rods 4 which are directed forwards and obliquely upwards and whose ends are connected to a tube 5 parallel to the front axle 2. On this rod between collars 7 and 8 a bush 6 and between collars 10 and 11 a bush 9 are arranged. The bushes 6 and 9 can be rotated about the axis of the tube 5, while the distance between the bushes can be changed, if necessary, by moving the adjusting rings which enclose a bushing together.
The end 12 of the tube 5 is provided with holes 13 for this purpose, into which the vision hood 14 of the adjusting ring 11 can be optionally inserted. The circlips 6 or 9 have a fork-shaped projection 15 or 16, in which a pivot pin 17 or 18 is inserted. A, for example, tubular, first support element 19 can be rotated around pin 17, while a preferably likewise tubular, second support element 20 can be pivoted around pin 18 in a horizontal plane. The first support element 19 is supported by an impeller 21 in such a way that this support element is horizontal in its normal position.
The horizontal axis 22 of this impeller is connected to a vertical axis 23 which is freely rotatable in a bearing connected to the support member 19, the axes 22 and 23 crossing each other so that the La. ufrad 21 is self-adjusting. Likewise, in the swath turning position of the device shown in the figure, the second support member 20 is supported by an impeller 24 with a horizontal axis 25, which axis 25 is connected to a vertical axis 26 crossing this axis, which axis 26 in one with the Support member 20 connected bearing is mounted, so that this second La. ufrad is self-adjusting.
The first support member 19 is provided in the vicinity of the front end with a rail 27 in which a number of holes 98 are arranged, in which pivot pins can be attached. By means of a hinge pin 29 arranged in one of these holes, an arm 38 is fastened to the support member 19 and can be pivoted in a horizontal plane. The free end of this rod is provided with a number of holes 31 in which a pivot pin can be placed. By means of this pivot pin 32, in the case shown in the drawing, the fork-shaped, front end 33 of the second support member 20 is articulated to the rod 30.
The distance between the pivot pins 32 and 29 is preferably chosen to be the same as the distance between the pivot pins 17 and 18. If the latter distance is increased, the holes 31 allow the first distance to be increased as well.
Also, the distance between the pins 29 and 17 is the same as the distance between the pins 32 and 18, so that these pins can always form the angular points of a parallelogram Arm 30 is articulated to this arm, while the other end is fastened to the first support member 19 by means of a pivot pin 36 inserted into one of the holes 28. By choosing the hole 28 in question, the angles of the parallelogram can be set to a number of specific values.
The first support element 19 is provided with four horizontal bearings 37 to 40, while the second support element 20 is provided with two horizontal bearings 41 and 42. The axles of the cranks 43, 44, 45 and 46 are received in the bearings 37, 38, 41 and 42, which cranks carry reeh wheels 47, 48, 419 and 50 on their crank pins.
The planes of these Reehenräder are all parallel to each other in the position shown in the drawing, and they remain parallel if one moves the in the normal position about horizontal crank up or down or changes the angle of the said par allelogram.
The cranks allow each wheel to rest on the ground, even on uneven terrain.
To relieve the pressure of each wheel on the ground, a flexing comb 51 is arranged on each crank, the upper end of which is connected to one end of a tension spring 52. The other ends of these springs are connected to fastening members 53, four of which are mounted on a rod 54 and two on a rod 55. These rods are ver seliiebbar in their longitudinal direction, and they can slide in their guides 56 mounted on the bearings 37 to 42. When the rods 54 and 55 are moved forward, the springs 52 are tensioned and the pressure of the deer wheels 47 to 50 on the ground is reduced.
If you move the rods far enough forward, the deer wheels even never touch the ground, which is important for the transport of the device.
The shifting of the rods 54 and 55 is effected by means of cranks or handwheels, which are operated from the driver's seat on the tractor and by which two axes 57 can be set in rotation. The rotation of these axes is transmitted by means of universal joint couplings 58 or by means of pieces of flexible Icelle to two axes located in bearings 60 fastened to the support members 19 and 20 by means of strips 59, the end 61 of which is provided with a thread and which cannot shift in the axial direction .
The rods 54 and 55, which themselves cannot rotate about their axis due to their shape and due to the shape of their guides 56, are hollow and provided with internal threads, at least at the rear end. The threaded ends 61 fit snugly into the rear ends of the rods 54 and 55, whereby the rotation of the axles 57 causes the rods 54 and 55 to misalign.
By changing the angle of the Tragorga. nen 19 and 20, the parallelogram formed by the pipe 5 and the arm 30 changes the position of the computing wheels in relation to the direction of travel, so there. # In this way, the working width of each pair of calculating wheels can be adapted to the width of the visual calves to be processed.
By increasing or decreasing the position of the pivot pins 17 and 18 and at the same time the pivot pins 29 and 32, which changes the distance between the two support members transversely to the direction of travel, the swath turner can have a larger or smaller mutual distance adjust the swath.
In order to convert the Seh seiners into a side rake, the cranks 45 and 46 with the rake wheels 49 and 50 are taken from the bearings 41 and 42 and attached to the bearings 39 and 40 on the first support member 19, where these elements are then shown schematically with 45A and 46A and 49A and 50A respectively. The springs 53 belonging to the cranks 45 and 46 are also displaced.
Furthermore, the Lanfrad 24 is removed in that the axle 2'6 is taken out of its bearing attached to the support member 20. The pivot pin 32 and the support rod 34 are removed, after which the arm 30 is pivoted backwards and against the support member 19 can be placed; the arm 30 is held in position 30A by a clamping device 61 attached to this support member.
The front end 33 of the support element 20 can then be brought to the support element 19.
By means of the pivot pin 32, the support element 20 can be fastened to the support element 19 in the position indicated by the axis 20, this pin 32 being pushed through the end 33 of the support element and through one of the holes 28. The position of the support member 19 is determined by the choice of the hole 2'8.
It is clear that the device can also be designed in such a way that a first support member has space for six rake wheels, a second support member for two rake wheels and a third support member which is parallel to the first two support members and whose rear end is in the same line with the rear ends of the first two support members, also has space for two calculating wheels. In the rake positions, all rake wheels are then on the first support element, while in the swath turner position, each support element only carries two reeh wheels.
In this case, three calves can be turned at the same time.
The side rake described can be designed without a bracket that is sufficient over the rake wheels. This makes it possible to turn the page rake so that the in fa. The side of the frame at the top comes down. The frame must then be provided, for example, with a device which makes it possible to arrange the impeller 21 on the other side of the surface of the gesture. The rake originally discharging to the left according to the drawing can then be used in the swath turning position for discharging to the right, which greatly increases the possibility of using the rake.
In order to be able to ensure that the inclined teeth on the circumference of the rake are in the desired position in one as well as in the other position of use of the rake, the rake wheels on the journals must be reversed with regard to their area can be. Of course, precautions must also be taken in order to be able to reduce the wheel pressure of the bucket wheels when it is discharged to the right.
