Fig. 2 und 3) besitzt.
Device for releasing the interlocking latches of an automatic vehicle coupling The invention relates to a device for releasing the interlocking latches of an automatic vehicle coupling.
The known devices on claw clutches work with a spreading lever per claw which is pivotably mounted on this and presses with a nose against the counter claw to release. Special means are required to limit the swivel range of the claws.
In contrast, the invention is characterized in that a flat bar-shaped expansion body is provided as the expansion means, which is lying flat between the bolt base of one and the bolt face of the other of the two bolts in the coupled position and is rotatable about an axis parallel to the coupling axis. The expansion body is preferably arranged eccentrically to the axis of rotation, namely with a trapezoidal cross-section in such a way that of the parallel trapezoidal sides, the longer trapezoidal side is further away from the rotational axis than the shorter trapezoidal side.
As a result, an automatic return of the expansion body from its uncoupling position into its coupling position can be achieved when the vehicles are moved apart after the bolts have been spread, unless the return is visibly prevented with the help of a special, optionally engaged and disengageable latching For example, there is a spring fork, behind which the pivotable release rod can be locked into place by means of a collar, paragraph or the like arranged on it.
To explain the invention, an embodiment is shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 of the accompanying drawings. In detail: FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the device on a coupling head, FIG. 2 shows the expansion body in its position in the coupling position of the bolt, FIG. 3 shows the expansion body in its expansion position and FIG. 4 shows the latching of the release rod Section along the line IV-IV in FIG. 1.
1 and 2 are the cooperating latches of the coupling. You are under We effect of the springs 3. In Fig. 1, the latches are in the coupled position. 4 is the flat bar-shaped expansion body, which has a trapezoidal cross-section in the game Ausführungsbei (see. Fig. 2 and 3). The expansion body lies between the two bars. It is rotatable around the axis 6-6 in a bearing 5 of the coupling head and works together with the bolt base 7 of the bolt 1 and the bolt face 8 of the counter bolt 2. By turning the expansion body from its flat position according to FIGS. 1 and 2 into the upright position According to Fig. 3 who the bolt driven apart.
The expansion body is arranged eccentrically to the axis of rotation 6-6; the longer paral lele trapezoidal side has a greater distance from the axis of rotation than the shorter trapezoidal side, so that the spring-loaded bolt 1 when the bolt 2 is extended generates a moment about the axis of rotation 6-6, which the expansion body in its flat position turns back.
9 is a stationary stop to prevent rotation of the expansion body beyond its upright position.
The release rod 11, which is provided with a shoulder 12 with which it can be locked in the uncoupling position by pivoting into the spring fork 13, engages the bearing pin 10 carrying the expansion body 4 and is linked via tabs.
