Deux formes d'exécution de la barrette selon l'invention sont représentéesà titre d'exemple, sur le dessin annexé, dans lequel: la fig. 1 est une vue en perspective de la barrette complète en position de fermeture; la fig. 2 est une vue en perspective du res sort intérieur de la barrette; la fig. 3 est une vue en perspective de la barrette ouverte sans son ressort intérieur; la fig. 4 est une vue en bout du toit, mon trant les deux mâchoires de la pince en posi tion fermée;
Hair clip It is currently known that a hair clip of the captive type comprises, for the immobilization of its two branches (one of which is called the roof and the other iron moir ) which are articulated one on the other, a bolt mounted to rotate on an axis carried by two legs integral with the end of the opposite roof to the one on which the clasp is hinged. If the lock in question guarantees safe closing of the bar by immobilizing the clasp relative to the roof, it is nonetheless true that this lock is difficult to operate, especially when it is necessary to latch it. 'to open. for the release of a lock of hair pinched between the two branches of the bar.
The present invention relates to a hair bar, comprising a roof, a clasp articulated on this roof and an internal spring, characterized in that its roof is set, to </ B> its end opposite to that on which the clasp is articulated, in the form of a clamp having two jaws arranged in such a way that by bringing into engagement with them the free end of the clasp, the latter is locked in the closed position.
A bar made according to the invention, while being as secure as the known captive bars, has the advantage of not having any bolt on the roof, which, on the one hand, considerably simplifies the manufacture. of the bar and, on the other hand, provides an appreciable economy due to the elimination of a part which is essential in the known bars. In addition, this captive bar opens when unlocked.
In one embodiment, the two pins of the jaw come from manufacture with the roof of the bar and are provided with actuators allowing them to be moved relative to to the other by elastic deformation, by torsion, of the end of the roof. In this same embodiment, the internal spring of the bar is provided with two tabs coming into engagement with the clasp in position. closure, these tabs forming an ejector to automatically cause the opening of the moiré iron as soon as the jaws of the clamp are brought into the position in which they no longer hold the free end of the moiré iron.
Two embodiments of the bar according to the invention are shown to by way of example, in the appended drawing, in which : FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the complete bar in the closed position ; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the inner spring of the bar ; FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the open bar without its internal spring. ; FIG. 4 is an end view of the roof, showing the two jaws of the clamp in the closed position ;
fig. 5 is a view similar to that of FIG. 4, showing the two jaws of the clamp in the open position ; FIG. 6 is a view similar to that of fig. 4, illustrating an alternative embodiment.
According to the execution shown in Figs. 1 to 5, the bar comprises, to as known, a roof 1, which can be coated on the outside a cover plate 2 in a decorative material, a clasp 3 integral with an axis 4 journaling in two spans 5 obtained by folding the roof 1, and a removable spring 6 com bearing, at one of its ends, two hooking lugs 7 with stops 8 and, at its other end, a hooking bracket 9. The end of the roof 1 opposite to that on which the clasp 3 is articulated is pierced with a longitudinal slot 10 leaving it to remain, on each side of the roof 1, a strip of metal 11 or 12 of narrow width.
Each of these metal bands 11 or 12 is integral with a jaw 13 or 14, respectively, in the form of a hook, to each of which a 15 or 16 operating lug is associated respectively.
The clamp formed by the two hook-shaped jaws 13 and 14, which come together, respectively, with the strip 11 and with the strip 12 formed in the roof 1 through the slot 10, is intended to grab and to hold the clasp 3 </ B > in the closed position, when the free end of the latter is engaged, as shown in fig. 4, between the two jaws 13 and 14 located in the position in which they are closest to each other.
To cause the opening of the pliers necessary to release the clasp, it suffices, with the construction indicated, to press on the two ears 15 and 16, so to bring them closer to each other, which has the effect, as can be seen in fig. 5, to cause sufficient separation of the jaws 13 and 14 for the exit of the end of the clasp 3.
In order to ensure the automatic opening of the clasp 3 as soon as the jaws 13 and 14 of the clamp are open, the internal spring 6 </ B> provided with two tabs 17 (fig. 2) which engage with the clasp 3, when the latter is closed, and which act as an ejector .
The captive bar described has the advantage of not including any lock, as an independent part, for the immobilization of the clasp 3 in the closed position. This results in a significant simplification of manufacture which results in appreciable savings in raw material and labor. In addition, the opening of a bar placed on a lock of hair is made easier, because it suffices to press on both ears 15 and 16 so that the end of the clasp 3 is released from between the jaws 13 and 14 and moved away from the roof 1 under the action of the tabs 17 carried by the spring 6.
It is to particularly to notice that the closing and opening of the clamp are mainly due to an elastic deformation, by torsion, of the bands 11 and 12 of the roof 1, which guarantees a long service life of the bar.
In the example of execution which has been described, the clasp 3 is locked when the two jaws 13 and 14 are brought together to the maximum. Fig. 6 represents a contrary arrangement, according to which the jaws 13 ' and 14' form a lock when they are as far apart as possible, the clasp 3, </ B > in the locking position, then not being held between the jaws 13 ' and 14',
but engaged on these and retained with using nozzles 17 and 18. The bar is opened, as in the previous example, by pressing on the ears 15 and 16, which has the effect of bringing together the jaws 13 ' and 14 'and, consequently, the opening of the clasp under the action of the ejector spring 6.
