Description

Blockboard with grating The present invention relates to a table lerplatte with grating, for. B. for walls, doors and the like.

Such blockboards have a grid made of lamellas, which see ver with incisions, put together to form a grid and are glued above and below with a cover plate. Wood or plywood strips, hardboard or cardboard are used as the material for the slats. The final cover panels are made of plywood, hard fiber board or chipboard. Such plates have the disadvantage that the moist vapors produced in the cavities formed by the lamellas when the cover plates are glued on can no longer escape, which causes changes in shape.

Attempts have been made to lift this deficiency by notches at the intersection of the slats, through which air circulation should be aimed. However, this facility is not entirely sufficient because when gluing the cover plates, most of the notches are uncontrollably clogged with glue.

The present invention aims to remedy this disadvantage. It consists in the fact that the grating is composed of lamellae, in which lamellae holes are angeord net, which connect all cells of the plate in the longitudinal and transverse direction with each other and through further holes in the frame strips delimiting the plate with the outside air. An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing. It shows a section of a grating with a frame, but without cover plates.

The slats 1 and 2 are provided in a known manner with incisions 3 so that they can be plugged together to form a grating. The top of the slot. 3 is extended by cutouts 4 to make it easier to fit the slats into one another. These lamellas are provided with holes 5 and 6, which are arranged at least approximately in the middle of the cell walls, so that air can circulate in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the plate. The grating is framed with strong frame strips 7, of which at least two have opposite air holes 8 which correspond to the outermost cells of the grating.

It is not necessary for each cell adjoining the frame strip to correspond to a hole 8 in Russian. It is sufficient if a group of cells is connected to an output in the frame.
