Device for wet treatment, especially for dyeing, of textiles in a closed system It has long been known to treat textiles in a closed system by means of a liq fluid, for example for dyeing, bleaching, washing, etc., the treatment liquid being circulated becomes. In addition to the autoclave containing the textile material to be treated, the circulating pump and the pipes connecting these parts, such devices have an expansion vessel which is either in the suction line or in the pressure line of the circulating pump and which is particularly necessary when the textile material has overheated liquids needs to be treated.
The previously known arrangements have the disadvantage that when the liquor passes through the expansion vessel, eddies occur, which can give rise to the formation of air bubbles in the circulating liquor. This can lead to uneven treatment, for example uneven coloring, of the goods.
It is also known to arrange vessels in the bypass of the liquor circuit which allow additives to be added to the circulating liquor during operation. These vessels can be closed off from the liquor cycle and from the outside, and pressure must be applied, for example a gas pressure, in order to introduce the additives into the liquor cycle. This leads to complicated systems.
The present invention relates to a device for wet treatment, in particular special for dyeing textiles in a closed system by means of a treatment liquid circulating in the circuit, an expansion vessel being switched into the circuit, and is characterized in that the circuit line is led into the expansion vessel and in this is interrupted, for the purpose of achieving a good circulation of the contents of the expansion vessel without bringing gas bubbles into the circulating liquid due to the formation of eddies.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, and it shows: FIG. 1 schematically shows the device, FIG. 2 a part of the expansion vessel in section, on a larger scale.
In Fig. 1 is in schematic form the basic arrangement of the whole. One direction shown. The textile grit 1 to be treated is in one. Autoclave 2 is set to the inflow of the treatment liquid and is net angeord for this purpose in a liquid-permeable insert 3. The autoklar 2 is provided with two lines and 5, both of which are connected to a four-way valve 6.
From the four-way valve 6, a line 7, the suction line, leads to the circulation pump 8 and from there the pressure line 9 into the expansion vessel 10 and from there the second part of the pressure line 11 to the four-way valve 6 back. A feed vessel 12 is connected to the expansion vessel 10. The whole system is closed and it is therefore possible to work with superheated treatment liquid.
The treatment fluid speed now moves when the circulation pump 8 is in operation from this into the expansion vessel 10, through the pressure line 11 to the four-way valve 6 and from this either through the line 5 to the autoclave and through the textile material and through the line 4 to back to Four-way valve or vice versa, depending on the position of the valve 6. From the valve 6, the treatment liquid flows back through the suction line 7 to the circulation pump 8.
In Fig. 2 the special design of the expansion vessel is shown. The supply line 9 extends into the expansion vessel 10 and ends above the mouth of the line 11, which is located at the bottom of the vessel 10. The two mouths of the conduits 9 and 11 are now arranged in such a way that the two conduit ends are coaxial and that when the treatment liquid flows through the vessel 10, the treatment liquid which partially fills the vessel is partially entrained and participates in the cycle. The expansion vessel is therefore located in the main flow of the circuit line, since it cannot be separated from it without interrupting this main flow.
Connected to the expansion vessel 10 is a feed vessel 12, whereby the two vessels 10 and 12 can be closed off from one another by a valve 13.
A feed funnel 15 is connected to the vessel 12 by a closing valve 14 and is used to introduce additives into the vessel 12. The vessels 10 and 12 are connected to each other by means of a bypass line 16, this connection being made by a valve 17 or being interrupted. This line allows the liquid to be introduced from the vessel 12 into the vessel 10 to drain more quickly, in that the gas in the vessel 10 can escape into the vessel 12, where the same pressure can be produced in the vessel 12, how it rules in the expansion vessel.
The mode of operation of the device has already been described with reference to the schematic FIG. The expansion vessel 10, which is partially filled with treatment liquid, absorbs the displaced liquid in a known manner when the temperature in the system rises. As a result of the described type of connection of the expansion vessel 10, this reserve fluid is also repeatedly entrained into the circuit, and therefore it cannot collect fluid in this vessel which has different properties than the rest of the fluid participating in the circuit.
This is particularly of great importance when introducing additives into the liquid, as is mainly necessary in dyeing in order to reach the correct tint.
Additives, in particular color additives, who are introduced into the vessel 12 through the filling trieliter 15 by opening the valve 14 with the Ven valves 13 and 17 closed. Then the valve 14 is closed. By opening the valve 17, the same pressure is produced in the additional vessel 1: 2 as it is in the expansion vessel 10, and by opening the valve 13 the additive can be introduced into the expansion vessel and thus into the reserve liquid.
As a result of the aforementioned ZV irkung, the additional liquid is now gradually introduced into the circuit of the liquid. Instead of, as shown in the drawing, the expansion vessel can also be placed between the autoclave 2 and the suction side. arranged between the autoclave and the pressure side of the pump. be.
The one in Fig. The supply line 9 shown can be formed like a nozzle at its free end, in such a way that an injector-like effect is exerted on part of the liquid content of the expansion vessel. This results in an effective permeation of the liquid present in the expansion vessel without air bubbles being able to get into the circuit, which permeation is particularly important when supplying additional liquid.
